I had a bad experience with a gentleman name Fred, he had a really bad attitude toward me I ask him questions about different materials I was getting, I spent more then $5,000 I was asking for respect, to the general manager make sure you check in customer service attitude.

The only one at the Harrisonburg counter was a black guy on a personal call. He had no interest in helping me and said they didn’t have exterior railing. I told him the web site showed you do or can order it. He seemed frustrated and suggested I go to another building supply place in Harrisonburg. I’ve spent a great deal of money there in the past. I don’t know about the future.
