Service seems fast if you're a customer, but if you're a flatbed driver delivering product to them, expect to sit and wait on the road for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before getting pulled in, where there are posted signs specifically stating parking for loading/unloading is limited to 30 minutes max.

Every other Beacon/QXO I deliver to gets me in and out in a very timely manner, but this particular location is absolutely terrible. They've always got time for their customers, but never any time for the people bringing them the products they sell that pays their wages.

I rush there after working all day to get a few sticks of drip edge; but everyone was gone except one employee who was going to her car.
I arrived at 3:50pm when there hours say till 4pm. Thanks Beacon for the wasted time and gas. I will not be using Beacon in the future.

I must say I am super impressed with your staff, their demeanors, their VERY high level of customer service, and overall confidence in gathering me the right materials. It was a breath of fresh air to come to your facility. I will recommend you to everyone i know in need of anything big or small. Not to mention, I also gathered a new contractor while he was there getting materials. Made life 100% easier for me from that minute forward. He is even picking up the materials and headed out to the project THIS SUNDAY (3 days away WOW!)
Thank you for being kind, and treating my project and all materials with the upmost respect.

Bought trim coil . Finish was peeling would not honor refund told me I had to bring down all the scrap metal. Wasted my time . Terrible customer service. Manager came out . Cocky arrogant . Wanted to battle with me like I was lieing. If you can help it modern and abc far less expensive and better customer service.

Vary busy! Lots of customers, lots of deliveries, low staffed but they are doing their best to stay ahead as much as they can... but the reason for the one less star is one of their warehouse workers was not a professional in is verbal words or his mood today!! Hoping it's just today and not like that everyday?

I had a cracked window in my house and needed a replacement glass. Home Depot and Lowe’s were not helpful. I called Beacon and got Ed McManus. He was extremely kind and helpful. He was able to get me the replacement window in a week. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

They charged me almost the same price for shingles as home depot. I thought they would do a little better on the price. The lady that took my order seemed to be very irritated taking my order. The last time I was there a different woman was much more helpful.
