I can't say enough good about the folks at quality, there name says everything. They are a company who is an excellent family owned and operated local business that has pride in everything they do. Michelle showed up on time and gave me a great quick estimate and they got me on the schedule, Allison was great too work with on the office with picking our colors and any other questions we had. Tyler, Johnah, and Conner showed up in January in 5 degree foggy weather with awesome attitudes ready to work doing an awesome job in miserable weather with no compromise to installation or customer satisfaction , thanks again and I will definitely recommend quality seamless gutters of Montana

I would first like to thank the gentleman who installed our gutters. I spoke to him on the phone and he was very nice and professional. But that is were the good ends. We had quality come out and give us a bid. We put a deposit down and scheduled our service. 3 days before our install was supposed to take place they sent us an email pushing our install out two weeks. We had already made arrangements to be there for the install. When I called I was told to take the new appointment or we could be refunded our deposit.
Quality came two weeks later and performed the install. Once we returned home from work that day, we looked at the new install. As you can see at the attached pictures, there were some issues. I sent an email about this to Quality. It took them 5 days to get back to me. Once they did, I was told that the trim that was pulled away from our house was a "rookie mistake" by our downspout guy. They did offer to have him come back out and fix it after the fact. I asked why the facia was not replaced, and was told it was not part of the bid. I questioned this being that my wife specifically pointed this out to the person who gave us the bid. They said they could replace what needed replaced, then a quick "scraped and paint" on the pieces that didn't. The person on the phone denied it was her mistake due to not writing it down. She stated "she always writes everything down" so things aren't missed.
Instead of offering to fix the issue, she stated they could come out and take the gutters down so we could have someone else replace the facia. Once I stated I just wanted to pay the remainder of the job and be done with them, her tone changed to not caring at all.
If your looking to use quality in the future, make sure to get everything in detailed writing. They will not take responsibility for their errors.

Had new gutters installed by Quality Seamless Gutters of Montana. High quality product and pleasant, professional installation. Robert and his hard working crew completed the job quickly and safely, I love the look and functionality of our new system.

I will repeat what an previous reviewer mentioned. The crew was awesome! We had trouble finding someone to even respond to our calls in the Kalispell area and when I contacted Quality Seamless Gutters, they responded to my inquiry right away, provided a design and quote then scheduled accordingly. The gutters were installed last week under sunny skies with two feet of snow on the ground and look perfect! The crew were professional and communication was thorough throughout the entire process. Our neighbors are impressed as well.

They took off our old gutters and downspouts. They replaced some of the soffits that were starting to show signs of rot. They when gave the soffits two coats of paint.

A friend recently asked for a gutter recommendation, so I went back to look at an old email from this company, and I realized that I had promised I’d write them a review and I never did. Well, three years later, the gutters installed by Quality Seamless Gutters are still holding up, with zero issues. They look great; I was impressed with their timeliness and professionalism. Michelle stayed under her estimate, and looked for ways to make my back gutters stronger and better without having to replace them, so she saved me a lot of money and they work a lot better. My front gutters were completely replaced due to rotten wood and it was no problem. Gutters were installed while I was at work so it was awesome to come home to a job well done, exactly in the way that I specified.

I was given an estimate for 2.5 hours @$120 an hour totaling $300 (to rehang my existing gutters). The job was completed in 1 hour 20 minutes which should be around $180. I spoke with the installer after the work was finished and asked him if it would be less since they finished quicker than the est time. He replied they charge a minimum of 2.5 hours.. There was nothing in the contract which stated they were charging on a minimum of 2.5 hours. I called and spoke with the owner Robert to clarify their rates since it took less than estimated. Robert got VERY defensive and told me they charge $120 per serviceman (which the installer said minimum 2.5 hours). He went on to say that he replaced all my brackets and didn't charge me for them to justify that he could have charged me more. I told him he needs to have that put on the contract to avoid any potential confusion or legalities. Overall the work completed seems to be of good quality (hasn't rained yet). However, they do not charge hourly, they charge per person working on your gutters, which is NOT in the contract, and there are discrepancies in the way they charge.. They clearly must need the money ...be cautious!

I just had my gutters done by Robert at QSG and they did a great job. They were innovative and modified the job to fit my house. It hasn't rained yet, but I am going to assume they work perfectly. They look real nice and it was a much needed improvement to my old DIY plastic gutters I installed 6 years ago that leaked every time it rained. I highly recommend!

Couldn't be more happy with the quality of work, quality of materials, color, and expertise by, yes, QUALITY SEAMLESS GUTTERS. And, it was the least expensive quote (with the big, heavier gauge gutters, too!). Would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Though workable, the only issue was the time between when the quote was provided and the when the work was done.
My job was a redo of the existing gutters that had seams that leaked terribly. Should have done this a year ago. The new gutters are beautiful!

My husband called and made an appointment to get an estimate. They called to reschedule for the next day which we agreed to. The next day came and went..no show at appointment time and no phone call. The next day my husband called again and left a message. They called the next day and rescheduled another appointment and again no show and no phone call. I called myself and left a message on Saturday to please call me for an estimate. The following Tuesday I received a return call which I never answered because went with another seamless rain gutter comany that came out gave an estimate and will be doing the work with in the week.
I DO NOT recommend Quality Seamless Gutters to anyone. Apparently they have enough business so they could careless about getting new customers. They did make that perfectly clear.

Hands down, best gutters in Montana! Our gutters were installed 5 years ago and we haven't had a single problem with them. They were sized perfectly for our home and downspouts were positioned perfectly so they are out of the way. They had the perfect colors to match our fascia, patio roof and wall colors to blend seamlessly.
