Not only did they do a spectacularly efficient job on our investment property, we also had them do a repeat performance on our home! The new roofs look great & Charles also gave us Certificates of Completion advising us to submit them for a Home Owners Insurance rate premium reduction to help save some money! They don’t come any easier to work with than Charles & his entire team!! We’ve already used them for additional projects like our Covered Screen Porch & Pool Deck as well as a new fence!!! And we’re planning to also have them do our gutters & paint projects!!!! They’re simply the best!!!!!

Charles has done an excellent job on my roof for the past year. I purchased a previously owned home with a roof about 10 years old. The inspector didn't notice the shingles were nailed down incorrectly and I lost a few every time we had a major wind event. Jonesall did two very reasonably priced patch jobs. I decided rather than continue to fix a few shingles at a time, I should go ahead and replace the whole roof.
Charles gave me a reasonable price and came out very quickly after I gave him the green light. His crew did an amazing job. The roof looks great. They took care of the flower beds, vegetable garden and containers of plants all around my property so nothing was damaged. Furthermore, at the end of the work day the crew very meticulously removed all trash, and went over everything with their magnet sweeper multiple times. There were zero nails or staples in my driveway, on my sidewalk or on my two decks. Their attention to detail is world class!
I wouldn't hesitate to use Jonesall again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

JonesAll recently replaced my roof in Mt Juliet. Prior to the roof replacement, Charles helped me in dealing with the insurance company and the shingle match. The roofing crew was large and they completed the removal and replacement in one day to alleviate weather concerns with TN spring weather. The crew took extra care to protect the landscaping and other items around the house. The cleanup was phenomenal and my yard looked better after the work than it did before they started. I definitely would recommend JonesAll.

When our brand new home was all but destroyed in the tornado, Jonesall stepped right in with not only construction help, but personal touch and compassion. Charles, Blakely, and their team are seriously the best. Charles fixed our home after the March tornado. He did our brand new roof, then we had a freak storm cause more damage to our home. He was out at 8pm securing our home. We also did our interior from the tornado damage. Every aspect they came across is better then when we first moved into our new construction home.

Charles and Blakely also worked with our insurance which is above and beyond their job. They made countless phone calls trying to help us explain what exactly needed to be communicated.

I am probably the most annoying customer and Charles took every single phone call, question, and concern and quickly addressed anything and everything. 10/10! (Also, my toddler boys have a major crush on Blakely so shes practically family.)

Our first time dealing with a total roof replacement, Charles make it very easy to navigate the insurance company process. His bid was extremely fair and he worked with us throughout the entire process. The work was done efficiently and extreme care was taken of our property. The day after our new roof was put on, we could not even tell there had been any workers on our property, they left it completely clean. We were told by other companies that it would be weeks before our roof was replaced. Jonesall did it within a week. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use Jonesall again if we have any other roofing issues. Highly recommend!

Chad Jones from Jonesall Inc provided me with one of the most positive experiences with a contractor I have ever had. He and his team went above and beyond in every sense of that phrase for me and my family. Not only did Chad and his team remove and replace our roof for $1500 less than the closest estimate he also worked with us on the final cost of the work because of the amount of sheathing that needed to be replaced.

When we saw a couple of things that we didn't like about the new roof, Chad hopped on a ladder himself and went to work. At the end of our experience with Jonesall we not only got a new roof but we also got some custom carpentry work done on the underside of our rear deck's roof!

Chad was responsive to every phone call, email, and text message. When my schedule did not permit me to meet with him he was very flexible and went out of his way to connect. Chad also referred me to 2 other contractors (Chimney and Masonry) who were also great people to work with.
