Quality Roofing and Exteriors did a fantastic job on my roof! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Zach came out for a free inspection and was incredibly thorough. He took clear photos of the problem areas and walked me through everything so I understood what needed to be done. He also worked with me to find a solution that fit within my budget, which I really appreciated.

The crew showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and I was kept in the loop with updates about the estimated completion time. Everything was done efficiently and the final result looks great!

Zack came out to inspect the roof prior for a home inspection. He was professional and took his time to ensure nothing was missed. He sent his crew out over the weekend and they did a phenomenal job. They were quick to get started and finished on the second day. The cleanup afterwards was impressive, not a single nail, shingle, or other material was left behind. After the install, Zack came out to make sure nothing was missed. I am highly satisfied with the job and I recommend both Zack and the crew that came out. I'll definitely hire them in the future!

Alex and Zack have been fantastic to work with leading up to our roofing job! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They went above and beyond to help us navigate insurance. Quality Roofing and Exteriors just installed a new roof on my two-story house using 4500 square feet of shingles. The installation included these materials:
• 45 squares (135 bundles) of Owens Corning (OC) TruDefinition Duration shingles
• OC RhinoRoof ice and water barriers (for valleys and high-water-traffic areas)
• OC RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment
• OC Starter Strip Plus shingles
• OC Ventsure ridge vents (6 ridges)
• OC ProEdge hip and ridge shingles
• TriBuilt drip-edge flashing (all edges)
• TriBuilt vent pipe flashing boots (5)
• Flat flashing
• Decking sheets (3, replacements)
• Facia board (1, replacement)
• Attic Breeze Model AB-3523A solar powered ventilator

The salesman was Alex Kachelhofer, aided by Zach who did the roof climbing that was part of the estimate process. Zach took pictures and videos of problem areas, which Alex went over with me. Both inspected the attic. Alex knows his product. Alex described the features and benefits of each of the materials as well as some details of installation protocol. Before signing up, I did some quick research that verified that what Alex has said was spot-on. Alex and his sales manager, Kristian, were available and ready to answer any questions I had before, during, and after the installation.

The warranty obligates OC, not the installer. My materials warranty is 50 years with no proration and is one-time transferable to a new owner. My OC workmanship warranty is 10 years. The warranty also covers wind resistance to blow-off up to 130 mph for 15 years and algae resistance for 25 years. Quality Roofing and Exteriors is a young company that recently attained preferred OC vendor status, which I verified before committing. Preferred status is necessary for the 10 years OC workmanship coverage. Preferred status was enough to convince me in advance that this was a trustworthy installer.

Tear-off, full installation, and cleanup were done in one day flat. The crew was roughly a dozen people, who started at 6:30 AM and finished in a little more than 12 hours. The size and skill of the crew made quick completion possible. Every worker knew what to do and when -- no need for much individual direction. The crew was cheerful and polite from start to finish.

The attached drone shots show in order the old roof; (2) the roof after tear-off when the installation was started; midway through the shingle installation; and the finished, cleaned-up product. The Midway picture shows how they got it done in 12 hours. There are 8 people simultaneously laying shingles plus one person moving material on the roof. At the same time, there were people on the ground cleaning up and periodically moving materials up the ladders. The ropes in pictures 2 and 3 allow the workers to navigate and work on the steep slopes. The drone shots are mine, not the installer’s.

Glad I found Quality Roofing & Exteriors. I needed roof & exterior work & wasn’t having any luck finding someone.

Luckily, they replaced a roof in my neighborhood. I was impressed with how they kept up the job site, so gave them a call.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly for an estimate.

The work was a new roof, lots of soffit/eave re placement, replacing lattice panels, building a wheel chair ramp & some exterior painting.

I’m very pleased with the results. I had a small punch list & the supervisor, Alex Kachelhofer, made sure I was happy with how they resolved it.

Zack inspected my roof and alerted me that I had a hole in my roof. He explained everything he saw up there in great detail and really helped me through the process to replace it. I ended up going with onyx black and I’m obsessed with how it looks now! The guys who repaired it were also able to get old satellite dishes from previous owners off and it now looks so sleek! The crew was efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up after they finished. Highly recommend!

Quality Roofing and Exteriors stopped by because they saw the damage on my roof. After taking a closer look at the roof and the attic, they talked to me about the inside and outside damages and what will happen if nothing is done. Alex and Kobe were very professional and explained everything they would do to replace my roof. They gave me an estimate, and I agreed to let them do the replacement. I am looking forward to working with them to get the roof replaced in the very near future.

The roof was replaced on 4/23/25 and so far, I am totally pleased. The crew came around 6:00am and got started right away. There knew that rain was coming, and they wanted to get the job complete before the rain. They covered the area around the house to help with the debris and when they completed the roof, they cleaned up all their mess. Before they left, they make sure that everything was in the order in which they found it. They were totally done in about 5 hours, shortly before the rain started. I would recommend Quality Roofing & Exteriors, LLC for your roofing need. I was always kept informed on the status of what was going on and had someone to check with me after the job was complete.

Bill and his crew were friendly, competent, thorough and amazing while putting on a new roof for us and also installing new gutters, some window screens, fixing a soffit and replacing a door!!! Great company; thanks Bill!!!

Quality Roofing & Exteriors came through after high winds pull off roof tiles from my bay window. Called quality to take a look at it and they came right out. Said it was a small job and can do it right there and then. They tackled it quickly before any damage could be done with rain. They then got up on the main roof to do an inspection and said everything else looked fine. They gave me an honest inspection when they could have said I had more damage that I couldn’t see from the ground! Honest, quick response, and great quality!

Kristian helped with my roof a couple months ago when we were moving. He and his team did a great job. I would highly recommend using them. They were transparent through the entire process

Quality Roofing & Exteriors did a repair for me after another company messed up my roof. They had someone out for an estimate and got it fixed quickly. I would definitely use them again, but I hope I don’t have to.
