They will never make an honest attempt to investigate or correct the problem.
They overcharge way too much for all services and have very poor customer service.
What a bunch of crooks! They charged $500 for a two-hour job without an estimate.
They didn't even have the courtesy of giving me an estimate or asking my permission.
The time ticket they sent clearly says 'THIS IS NOT AN INVOICE,' which is unacceptable.

Please do not use this service. They are dishonest. The cleaning crew will steal items and they company will back them in wrongdoing. They will never make and honest attempt to investigate or correct the problem. They overcharge way too much for all services and have very poor customer service.

What a bunch of crooks !, they sent one guy to replace a small piece of copper tubing and refill an air conditioning unit, the job took at most 2 hours and they charged $500 to my credit card !, of course they didnt even have the courtesy of 'giving me an estimate or asking my permission for such outrageous charge BEFORE they did the job.Neither did they bothered to send me an invoice to review. I found out about this charge in my credit card statement, and when I called to request an invoice they sent me a "time ticket" that clearly says "THIS IS NOT AN INVOICE", "DO NOT PAY FROM THIS TICKET".

My mistake: should have never trusted them with my credit card number. Stay away from these crooks.
