SunLynn must have dialed the wrong number...they 'always' answer the phone professionally...and with the 'company name'.
Just called the guy on bidding a job for me and by the end of the conversation he hung up on me. I own a property preservation company that works directly for the bank and al I asked the guy for was a roof inspection and estimate, and he said he wasn't interested and hung up.
