3 years ago, they did a full roof replacement plus a torch-down on a flat roof extension. Looks beautiful, no leak issues. After the ice storm in 12/2022, there was leakage in the flat roof area. Even with all the emergency roof issues caused by the storm, Jon and Victor contacted me within days, scheduled a time to inspect and then made a repair for the damage caused by the ice storm.

We have a large home with a cedar shake roof. Over 15 years of ownership I have cleaned the roof several times but the job is starting to exceed my capabilities. Quality Roof was one of several companies that were contacted. Most would not touch cedar but Quality came out, surveyed and inspected the project and provided a bid within days. First, cleaning. Pressure washing was the only way to get rid of the accumulation of debris and re-reveal the wood. It was also a chance to closely inspect for damaged shakes. Numerous shingles were replaced and then we had to wait for a dry period (this was February) for the preservative to be applied. The project was completed and we are extremely happy with the professionalism and really hard work the guys put in. Looking for repairs and/ cleaning? Put Quality Roof at the top of your list!

Quality roof installed my roof about 7 years ago. Every contractor I’ve had work at my house has always commented about how well done the roof is. John has always been prompt to any calls I have. Anytime I call he answers right away. Along with minor issues that I’ve called about he has come to look and gave me an honest and accurate evaluation. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I got quotes from several contractors, Jon provided the most reasonable quotes for the works. The only negative is the repair team didn't take photo of what they did, so I have to rely on trust.
