Quality Restoration Services

Unfortunately I have had to use Rob’s services three times for a rental property. They are professional, prompt and very skilled. Todd responded to a major flood in my property on thanksgiving. Leaving his family to take care of my needs. He and his crew had my tenant back in his apartment quickly and with zero hassle. I would highly recommend them and will you them anytime I have a need.

I will call these guys everytime I need work on my home. Humble, Honest and trustworthy are just a few words to describe my opinion of the company and the workers.

Rob responded to our situation within an hour and a half. It was chaos and tragedy in our home. Rob responded with compassion and professionalism, detailing what would be done and how, and when. They began tending to the immediate need, then Rob and the crew continued to get the job done. They were very careful with our home, keeping it clean and safe. Anytime I had a question, Rob was readily available and got my answer on the spot. Our room looks brand new. Walls, ceiling, and carpets were replaced. I will be forever grateful for the services provided, and the quality and courtesy of Rob and his men.

I had my home for sale, when inspected there was a leak discovered in my shower drain that had been leaking into the crawl space. I called QRS and Brent immediately responded. He was so thorough in checking my bathroom and ensuring I understood what he was doing every step of the way. He communicated the necessary steps to take care of the issue. I was very impressed with the detailed report Brent provided when it came to finishing the work. I will definitely be using QRS for any future needs.

We recently had a pipe burst in our home. We contacted Quality Restoration Services , they responded quickly and were a pleasure to deal with in our time of chaos. We would highly recommend.

We had a pipe rupture that resulted in some pretty extensive flooding. After calling QRS, Brent was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. They wasted no time in removing the water and removing items damaged from the flood. They also identified mold and again responded promptly for the mold remediation. I was impressed with the care they took to not disrupt our business or customers. Professional company!! Highly recommend if you need their services!!

Quality restoration is an amazing company. Brent and his crew are super professional and quick. They were able to remodel my bathroom floor and kitchen wall within a week. They are really great and I will recommend them.

Crew did a great job. What ever I felt needed to be fixed they did quickly. We had water damage/mold to our master bath; utility area; master closet. They were always making sure we were satisfied. They handled all the paperwork and people we needed to get job done we didn't have to worry about any of it. Great jobs guys!

Had water leak in garage ceiling 2 weeks before Christmas. Brent was here immediately, sent his crew with heater & fans. Worked with our insurance very thoroughly, promptly. Noah and Denver Dave finished off the final painting & cleanup. Great guys!! Would highly recommend.

Rob, in Mt. Home, has the most genuine customer service I have encountered in a while. He was quick to get the job scheduled. The work was done when we were absent but his photos before and after made us quite happy that the job was done correctly. We Highly Recommend this company.

I reached out to the crew on a Sunday via Facebook and they immediately offered to come help that day. They came out, took care of everything, and made everything go back to normal. Even an 11 year old hard wood floor was fixed as if nothing ever happened! I really appreciate their services!

The did all of the clean-up and repairs from our house fire. They were quick to respond, began working immediately, and we love the finished product.

Very prompt, professional, and kind. They did an excellent job fixing my previous contractors mistakes and finished the project. Very happy with the quality of their work. I love the way my house looks now! Thanks Guys!

Kevin and his team have gonna above and beyond! He's come out several times since my original posting. Solid work and much better communication. Recommended!

Edit: changing my review to 3 stars from 1. Kevin is apparently the owner and called back to apologize. He came and did an estimate and determined my arch is not load bearing and even offered to come back to patch the ceiling after I remove the arch in order to make it right. I will update and change my review following that if appropriate, but I genuinely appreciate his willingness to make this situation right.

I called and scheduled on a Monday with Kevin for him to come to my home on Thursday and inspect an arch I want removed. Asked the day of around 230 PM if he was still coming after hearing nothing between making the appointment and then. His response was "that's the plan" I reached back out around 530 PM and he requested to come out the next day or Saturday since they were stuck on a job. I told him Saturday morning worked best and requested a time. He never answered. It is now 145 on Saturday and I called to let him know I would not be pursuing work with him or this company.
This is such a disappointment. I had requested recommendations from facebook for a local company since I just moved to the town and am a new homeowner. Everyone that responded gave rave reviews. I'm not sure if the standard for Quality Restoration Services is to be bad at communication, or if Kevin himself is the issue, but it is exceptionally unprofessional.

We had our roof done by this great team. They came in with a vey competitive bid, they were very professional and did an amazing job. I highly reccomend these guys. We have the best looking roof on the block!

Very fast in response time. I love that they work well with insurance companies. Worked with Rob on several jobs and has always been fair and honest with us and our insurance company.
