Not only did they have a washer in stock and ready for delivery, they had the latest and greatest GE combo machine for a better price than anywhere else. Delivered as quick as I needed and gave great advice. Highly recommend!

I needed a new washer and drier. I was able to find just what I needed. The personnel were efficient and courteous. The items that were purchased were delivered in a timely manner. It is great to have a local appliance store.

Needed help with paint and wild sized batteries well Chris and Walt stepped right up and helped and fixed all my problems and even put all the batteries in ! Made my paint perfect … great staff and customer service thankyou greatly appreciated

AWESOME customer service. We were greeted right as we walked in the door. They helped us find a window a/c that would work and PVC. We just came from Ace that the employees didn't even know we were in their store. I would highly recommend True Value over Ace.

Walked around the store for 20 minutes. The person helping customers didn't even acknowledge me. I needed help finding a couple of items. I just went to Walmart, atleast they have isle numbers so I can locate what I need. I went here because I thought I would actually have someone helping me find what I need.

Came in on a Sunday, and was very happy with the service I got!! I didn't really know what I needed but with a little explaining. They knew exactly what I needed. Those 2 gentleman were great. Will be coming back.

Over the past year that I have visited this location. Customer service is outstanding, completely gobsmacked. Chris and all the staff are very helpful. Some of the prices are higher than some of the other places. Yet, the experience is more important than price. I have been treated as if they knew me for years, right from my first visit. Way to pricey. Limited stock on hand for some everyday items. Only go there if I have no choice elsewhere.

Just wanted to check some prices for a project that I am planning and I am not sure yet until I check out a few other places and when I get other price checks I will give a true rating, what I can say is that I am not impressed so far, not one person asked me if I needed anything and it was slow maybe 1 or 2 people, and didn't have much in the type of hardware I am needing so I can not recommend this place

I should have call here first. They had the maple hard wood I was looking for, to make my mother's day present. Thanks for saving the day.

A surprisingly good selection for the store's square footage. Additionally, the employees I interacted with while shopping there were very pleasant people. The prices.... well hey, what are you going to do? Not the cheapest prices but on the other hand how could you expect them to stay in business if they didn't have any mark-up? So why only four stars instead of five....Hmmm... I'm going to have to think about that one for a while... but I will shop there again.

I came in with a list of about 15 items. I was able to find two of them on my own. An employee took my list and physically gathered everything for me, from all around the store. It was such amazing customer service. I now go there for everything!
