Brian Benner and his team are amazing! They did so well with my basement, they did an awesome job and they did it fast. The were always willing to work with me with the finances and super quick to respond and answer any question I had. 100% recommend you go with this company, you won't regret it!

We had two projects completed in February 2021. Brian and crew built a loft room on the second floor and added a bathtub to a half bath in our basement. We are very pleased with the projects.

The company's website was the reason I asked them to bid on my project. The website clearly explains the company's philosophy, the renovation process and what the client can expect for results. Once I met with the owner, Brian Benner, and we discussed our project, I was convinced that Quality Renovations was the company I trusted to do the work.

We installed a new fireplace, replaced a kitchen and bathroom countertop, replaced our kitchen backsplash, added a new sink and faucet, and made handicapped accessible changes to our master bathroom. We also had painting and some small jobs done as part of the remodel. Each step along the way, Brian handled all the details and coordinated with all the electrical, tile, drywall, plumbing and painting contractors. The people he brought in to do work showed up when expected and Brian stopped by frequently to check on their work. Brian has a great deal of experience working with local companies and he suggested several places for us to visit as we made our countertop, tile and fireplace choices. We were never disappointed with his recommendations.

I highly recommend Quality Renovations and Roofing. They did an amazing job on my roof last year. Brian Benner was great to work with and went above and beyond working with my insurance company, in addition to advising me that I needed more ventilation. They know the roofing regulations in Longmont which are very specific. The crew was superb! They took great care to cover my plants and cleaned up everything, including absolutely every nail! The inspector even said it was as the nicest roof he had seen! And they are right here in Longmont!! I wouldn’t use anyone else!!
