QOQE finished a huge roofing job for us in September of 2023. It took several months of sorting out the details before thee project began. We were very pleased with how the estimate was handled and the various ideas which the QOQE team came up with to give us the best roofs possible. We actually had three different roof surfaces installed on our house at the same time.

Every issue that surfaced was handled professionally and done to our satisfaction. Rarely does a company listen to a customer and adopt the philosophy that the customer is always correct.
Believe me, that is the approach that QOQE takes.

We were very pleased with the finished product and the roofs installed have enhanced the appearance of our house. However, we were reluctant to write a review last fall because we just didn’t know how things would hold up through the winter months.

This Spring, we did have a couple of issues that needed correction and there was no problem getting the issues resolved. They are so easy to work with and they are really wanting to satisfy the customer. Granted sometimes it may take awhile, but they always follow through with the commitment they make to the customer.

We are very happy customers of QOQE and the money we spent was well worth it. The team there is honest, easy to communicate with, and fair. You can’t ask for anything better from a contractor. We wish them continued growth and prosperity.

Very impressed with the ability to deal with the insurance company to get the best out of the coverage. The quality of the installation was also nice. Good response and communication.

QOQ did an excellent job from beginning to end. They tarped the roof before the job started, stopping the leak. ATTENTION: INSURANCE CLAIMS TAKE A LONG TIME. But QOQ negotiated successfully with the company. All their contractors were competent and polite. New vents keep my house cooler in the summer.

QOQE were excellent to work with. Steve Woods the owner was exceptional to work with, living up to their name with quality as their core. The crews bosses did a great job with oversight on the big and small details - even with detailed clean up and care for the landscape.

Jerry and I had two skylights removed and covered and the damage that the skylights did to the roof had to be repaired. . Plywood had to be installed and new shingles. They tried to replace as close to original as possible. We are very happy with the worker and the job well done. The price was very reasonable also for the job.

Steven and Jacob are a top notch company. Our roof and siding was extremely damaged by hail and they made the process so incredibly easy…from calling our insurance for us in our presence, to meeting with the insurance agent, to dotting every i and crossing every t…..they did amazing. And their roofing crew was incredible….even announcing when my wife and children would step out to watch the work as to avoid any injuries or foul words in their presence. And on a few occasions, the crew took a moment during their breaks to talk and play with my children and ensure them they were going to take great care of our home. By far the best company I have ever worked with on our home! Will I recommend them to anyone looking to have roofing or siding done? ABSOLUTELY!!!

My neighborhood experienced a wind, hail and rain storm this past summer. I called a contractor to come and evaluate the damage. He said even though there was damage he didn't think the insurance company would cover it, because it would be hard to prove. A day or so later while going through the mail I noticed a flyer from a company called Quality over Quantity everytime Inc. The flyer explained how a train certified roofing contractor can find and prove damages. I figured it couldn't hurt to give them a call. Quality over Quantity sent their representative out to take a look. He found all kinds of damage. The next day I called my insurance company and filed a claim. The insurance company sent an adjuster who went over the damage and agreed there was damage and then some. Quality over quantity did an awesome job replacing my roofing, siding, downspouts and gutter guards. It was a pleasure working with the team from Quality over quantity Lance, Jacob and Stephen. All repairs were completed in a timely fashion. They truly are men of their words and that's hard to find these days. I would highly recommend quality over quantity for your next roofing or siding project. My project I would give them a five-star rating.

I recently sought out "Quality Over Quantity Every Time," a company hailed as the sole trustworthy roofing expert in Macomb County. While their brand paints a picture of unmatched expertise, punctual project completion, and budget adherence, my actual encounter starkly contradicted this image.

Initial Impressions: I had Aaron, a representative from the company, come out for an initial consultation. On the surface, he was personable and even took immediate actions to seal a few minor roofing issues. I also understood that time is money and provided a small tip for the free inspection.This promising start made me hopeful for a productive partnership.

However, the following discrepancies arose:

Communication Breakdown: Despite an assurance that I'd receive a quote within days, my mailbox remained empty. Furthermore, when I took the initiative to follow up, my outreach was met with unsettling silence. Their brand promises reliability, yet my firsthand experience reflects otherwise.

Professionalism Questioned: The essence of professionalism lies in transparent communication, even when the news isn't positive. If my project wasn't aligned with their expertise, a simple heads-up would have sufficed. But, leaving a client hanging, especially when they're sidelining other potential contractors based on a promise, is both unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Questionable Commitment: While their branding eloquently speaks of "on-time" and "within budget" project executions, my introductory experience has me doubting this commitment. Rescheduling can be understood, but when paired with an overall lack of follow-up, it's indicative of deeper organizational concerns.

A Word to Potential Customers: "Quality Over Quantity Every Time" may have an enticing brand philosophy, but it's crucial to remain vigilant. The initial smoothness of a consultation doesn't necessarily predicate a hassle-free project journey. Insist on clarity, respect, and promptness in communication. Hold contractors accountable to their word – it's your right as a client

Jacob and Steven are wonderful to work with. They worked everything out with the insurance company and the roof/gutters look amazing.

I would recommend Quality Over Quantity Everytime to everyone that needs work done on their house. Jacob and Steven are very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and really nice men. Jacob went above and beyond before hand to get my roof completed. The work done on my roof was absolutely amazing. Again, everyone was professional and got the job done quickly. The clean up of everything was quick as well and thorough. I’m very happy with the finished results. If I have any more work that needs to done on my home, hands down, I’ll be calling this company. These guys were very pleasant to work with, they are very honest and professional. My roof looks amazing, I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

After purchasing a home, I hired the crew from QOQE to get the exterior of my home properly sealed up from the elements. I'm super picky about quality of workmanship and I wanted to be sure that this job would be done right so that it only had to be done once.

QOQE replaced my original builder's roof with much higher quality materials. They also replaced numerous rotted trim boards and built out a whole new gutter system with vastly improved flow capacity, relocated downspouts, and properly located water deflectors.

Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive in their communications, professional, and knowledgeable. While they weren't the cheapest bid for the job, they definitely were not the highest and offered a very reasonable price for the quality of their work and the high end materials being used. They showed up on time and busted their butts to get the job done in a timely fashion. It was also really cool to see the boss get up there on the roof for a detailed inspection of everything that was done.

The folks at Quality Over Quantity Everytime definitely live up to their name and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

One weekend as it was raining outside, water was also coming inside too. After finding someone local who said he was 99% sure his caulking would fix the issue and it didn’t, I went back to the drawing board. After being contacted by Steven Woods from Quality Over Quality, I agreed to have him come out and take a look at things. He properly diagnosed the problem and I know this because he also fixed it and it hasn’t leaked since, even after some heavy rains. Steven even called in to make sure it wasn’t leaking. If I ever have issues again anywhere on my roof, this is the company I’ll be calling.

Very honest and straightforward company to work with. They did a simple repair on my siding and didn't even charge because the job ended up being smaller than expected. Really good guys.

Was impressed from from the start being we were such a small job - called at 9 am Thursday and someone was at our home to do an estimate that afternoon! Seeing we had to leave town for a meeting Jacob came back on a Saturday afternoon for us to sign contract. Work was done just a few days later, sooner than originally quoted! Also the follow up report had photos of all the work that was done, before and after. I would not hesitate to call Quality Over Quantity Every Time for any future needs.

I'm completely amazed how beautifully & quickly everything came together! We noticed a leak in our back room a few months ago and had another company come out to do the repairs, I'm writing this today so we know how that turned out. The previous company cost us a arm & a leg" without completion! I wasn't very happy. I'm so grateful for Steven & his wonderful crew! Not only did they work with our insurance company gracefully he explained every detail and answered ever question. Our home and garage look amazing! QoQ Every Time was amazing. Had a branch come through our roof during a storm and QoQ took care of everything. Performed the inspection, worked with our insurance and the on-site adjuster, repaired the roof and gutters, contracted the chimney repair, which looks amazing.
