Thank you to Jim and Lori for an incredibly easy experience. We had wind damage to our roof and needed to have it replaced asap. They were timely with their quite and service. Very professional and got the job done in 1 day. Also Grandma's Recipe Coffee Cake helped the day of the job! Absolutely look no further if you need any roof or exterior work done to your home.

I’ve used Quality Exteriors in the past for my garage roof, so it was an easy decision to call them again when I needed my house roof replaced. They showed up when they said, they completed the job in one long day. That job included removing the old roof, putting down plywood to the entire roof, fix gutters, covered gutters, and the new roof. My awning was slightly off during a wind storm and they even fixed that!
They did an outstanding job with all aspects of this project. When they were through, they cleaned up so well, you didn’t know they were even here.
I’ve known Jim and Lori for over 20 years, and I trust them, not only because they are great friends, but their work speaks for itself.

My husband and I worked with Quality Exteriors to have our roof and gutters replaced — they were fantastic. As new home owners, searching for a company to do such an important project can be daunting, but Jim and Lori were wonderful. They were extremely responsive and professional. The entire roof was redone within a day, and the gutters were completed the next day. Their price was also fair, and they didn’t pressure us into other services or upselling. The only thing to look out for is Lori’s baking — she baked us an incredible coffee cake — highly addicting! Couldn’t ask for a more personable and respectful duo and the roof looks beautiful. In the beginning, Jim and Lori were easy to work with. My new roof was installed quickly. It's not clear to me that Quality Exteriors takes pride in doing the job right.
I do NOT recommend this company as my new roof has a leak and I cannot reach Quality Exteriors Inc. for a resolution.

We had a small piece of trim blow off in a storm. Lori and Jim came out to reinstall it. They arrived right when they said they would and even fixed a shingle problem Jim found for no extra charge. Thanks guys.

SHINGLED MY ENTIRE ROOF. GOT A QUOTE IN 1 DAY, (VERY REASONABLE) WAITED 3 DAYS FOR WEATHER THEN THEY FINISHED IT IN 1/2 DAY. CLEANED THE WHOLE YARD. WHEN THEY FOUND DAMAGED ROOF PANELS THEY WENT AND GOT NEW ONES AND INSTALLED THEM THE SAME MORNING (ALSO REASONABLE). BEST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER USED.

What an amazing job their crew did in just one day.. upon completion they did a very thorough job of not only cleaning my property but rode through the surrounding neighborhood to ensure no debris was left behind. Unlike other contractors I had come by, Jim will actually go on your roof during the estimate.
I needed the entire roof replaced with new gutters and a few extra things.
It was all done and cleaned up in one day.
Lori is also very responsive via email, which is a huge plus.

jim and Laurie were awsome. I had damage done to my roof and needed new gutters. They were really nice, very knowledgeable, fast, and professional. Everything came out perfect. There price was half of what the other companys were quoting me. I highly recommend there services to anybody.

The owner, Jim, got right back to me after I called, gave me an estimate for a roof repair the very same day, explained to me what went wrong with the roof and what he had to do to fix it. He completed the work the following day (beating out the next rain storm). His prices were fair, he has 40 years experience, does the job right and was a pleasure to deal with. I dont write many reviews but I would most definitely recommend him to others.

Jim and Lori showed up to our house less than 24 hours after reaching out to them to see what our issue was. They were the nicest people and very professional. Great experience with these guys. Did my EPDM roof replacement on my home. Best thing is they answered on a Sunday when nobody else was open to answering calls, pricing was also top notch for all the quality work done. Good, clean , respectful workers. Jim and Lori are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They work extremely hard to make sure that every step goes as smoothly as possible. I had them clean out the gutters on my house and repair a little of the vinyl siding, and they look phenomenal. I can't imagine going to anyone else!

I had a small job that I couldn't do myself because of a broken leg. I call numerous contractors and some wouldn't even come out to look at the job or wouldn't return my phone calls or email.
When I say the review for Quality Exteriors, I was impressed with the satisfaction of the customers they worked for.
I made the phone call and they came out right away and gave me a great price on repairing my room and some trim work. they were here on time and delivered a high quality of work in a short period of time.
Both Lori and Jim were very accommodating and extremely easy to talk to, honest and did a great job.

I was looking for quotes for our roof and called quality exterior for an estimate. Jim and Lori came over right on time and Jim was up on the second story roof checking it out. He gave us a great price and we even had the gutter protectors put on. Very happy with the result. Took one day to do it all and he was right there supervising the job and addressing any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them. Very nice people and easy to work with. Plus, Lori brought us some killer homemade banna bread!

My main roof and porch roof needed to be replaced. I called 3 roofers, one never replied and another gave a quote sight unseen. Jim was the only person to walk me through the roof inspection. I was so happy with the price speed and quality of the job, I called him back to do the extension on the back of the house. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jim and the team are great. They redid our roof years ago and it's been solid and clean. They've come checked it out when we've had minor problems and often didn't charge us for it! And when the roof was damaged by the big storm back in March, they guided us through the insurance process. Super helpful, great work, highly recommended.

I had several roofing companies give me prices and talk to me about the roof job and found that Jim and Lori were the BEST. They completed the job in the time frame they gave me. We were extremely happy with the service, workmanship, and timeliness of the recent roofing job performed by Quality Exteriors. Jim Facer has a family business that is honest and competent. They just did a complete roof replacement for us in a day and a half, and pointed out several improvements in gutter work (which they did at no extra cost). We've used QE twice before for roofing and for siding. Each time, their work has been highest quality, their team has been skillful and careful, the prices are reasonable, and we have been completely satisfied with the results.

We called Jim and Lori Facer of Quality Exteriors, Inc to give us an estimate on our roof that lost many shingles due to the nor’easters that previously came thru New England. Jim and Lori came over, gave us an estimate and even worked with our insurance company to complete our claim to get our roof re-shingled. Jim’s expertise and knowledge made this process very smooth and quick. Jim and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and worked very efficiently. Our house was draped to strip off the old shingles which also protected it from falling debris. Our house was built in 1892 so some areas in need were patched with new wood, then extra care was taken to insure our roof was well covered by felt, drip edges were installed and waterproof underlayment was used in the crucial areas to withstand all types of weather. Then the roof was completed with the application of architectural roofing shingles, ridge vents and new flashing on both chimneys. The experience of his crew showed thru in their work, we were amazed at how everyone in his crew knew exactly what to do with little communication. After the roof was done, his crew immaculately cleaned up the area. It was a long day for Jim and his crew but the job was done in one day, just as Jim told us it would be. We are very pleased customers and the house even looks happier with its new roof. Lori even baked us a delicious coffee cake.

Recently received a quote for a siding job from Jim and Lori. We were impressed with their attention to detail, and seemed great on the phone and in person. They quoted 18k, which was about average for quotes we received, but certainly not the cheapest. We then saw on their website they had a coupon for “15% off a job of 5,000 or more” which I obviously inquired about. The next email we got from Jim was “ we’re sorry we are going to have to turn this job down at this time there is simply no money to be made here.”

We aren’t people who nickel and dime and this wasn’t even the cheapest offer received, all it took was asking about a coupon on THEIR website.

I have never given someone a bad review on any website, but we had told all other contractors we had been talking to that decision had been made and was going with quality exteriors. Well back to the drawing board.

I am happy to recommend Quality Exteriors. They put a new roof on our home back in May and the work was done well and, as promised, completed the job in one day, and cleaned up completely afterward. When we needed some follow up work on the gutters they came back as promised!

Giving one star cause it doesn't let me do zero. I'm very disappointed with this company. Made an appointment to get a quote and they never called me to confirm again as I had requested. The worst is that I called and called their number and al I got back was the voicemail..nobody showed up and nobody ever called to give reason why...your loss

I hired Jim Facer to replace my roof on my house because everything he said in his advertising was true. He answered the phone, showed up himself to bid the job and was very knowledgeable and professional and his price was competitive. He has a great crew and together they did a great job and completed the entire job in one day. They cleaned my yard as if they were never there. I highly recommend Quality Exteriors inc. to all.
