Eric and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. They run as a well oiled machine. From their top notch quality craftsmanship, customer support and satisfaction, cleanliness after every hard days work and the materials they use,. The value we received with all of that said was best in class. I feel bad for any other company going up against them. I would recommend his company to all family and friends. From historical homes such as ours to
new construction and everything in the middle Quality Driven Exteriors is the best!

Oh and by the way, Eric subs zero of his work out. He is front and center everyday getting dirty and working his tail off to lead by example.

Eric and his team at Quality Driven Exteriors replaced our roof, added new chimney lead and 2 new skylights. His quote was more than fair for the value. My biggest pet peeve is when contractors don’t show up on time or cancel last minute and if I could give him 6 stars I would because he is punctual and communicates! He showed up when he said from quote to the finish of the job. He shared photos of the project along the way so you knew everything was being done right. We couldn’t be more happy with our experience.

We had great experience getting our roof replaced with Quality Driven Exteriors. The owner, Eric, is super responsive and thorough. He came out to look at my roof the SAME DAY that I called him to ask about a problem we were having with our soffit.
Pricing for the roof replacement was more than reasonable and came with a lifetime warranty.
His crew was friendly and professional, they took great care of our property and cleaned up the area well at the end of the day. Eric stayed on site while the roof was being re-shingled and sent photos during the day while I was at work.
Overall, we really felt like our home was in good hands.

I wanted to replace the 4 skylights that I had. Eric made it simple. He asked for a couple pictures and some measurements that way I wouldn't have to take any time off from work. We had 5 skylights replaced that were beginning to show signs of trouble. We also had a new roof installed. Eric and his team arrived early every day, worked hard and very well together, and cleaned up daily as the job progressed. Eric answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. Eric had done a roof replacement for me and a repair for my mother-in-law many years ago prior to starting his own company and we were very happy with the work he did at that time. We needed a new roof on a house that we moved to fairly recently as there was a leak that nobody could isolate and repair. I was pleased to be able to reconnect with Eric at Quality Driven Exteriors.

He was very responsive, listened to our problem and provided a couple of possible approaches. Eric kept us informed of updates, progress and plans throughout the whole job. He installed a new roof including plywood sheathing and we haven't had any issues since. The roof looks great and we've had compliments from neighbors as well.

Roof needed repair after the last heavy rainstorm. Eric answered the call and responded the same day. He had his guys come out who after making the repair noticed the vent cap on top also would need repair soon ,they got me a price and fit it in on the same day . I would definitely use them again in the future.

Eric is probably the most impressive contractor I have ever worked with. Not only is he incredibly personable, but he always does his best to make sure his client is totally satisfied. We had his team redo the rotted out skylights in my home and made sure they were sealed up and flawless before he considered the job complete. He also did repairs after tree damage from a storm redoing half of our roof. His team makes sure the place is cleaned up nicely before they leave the sight for good. I can't stand having nails and other debris all over after contracting jobs. I continue, and will continue to use Quality Driven Exteriors for any roofing work.

I am very satisfied. Eric's 4-man crew arrived on-time with the correct materials and finished replacement of two old skylights in just a few hours. The new skylights look and work great. They are guaranteed by Velux and QDE. The shingles match and you cannot tell they were replaced. I checked one other contractor and found QDE to be the lower cost option. Eric installed a new roof for me this spring. I have never had such service. He was prompt, detail oriented, and attentive to all my questions before during and after the project. I am an engineer so trust me when I say I had lots of questions for him during our phone discussions.

I had to conduct this entire transaction remotely with Eric since I now live out of state and currently have the house rented out.

The quality of his work was amazing. Quality is part of his process and it showed while we were negotiating on the phone. It also was apparent when I saw all the pics he sent me during the project and now that I have seen the finished product.

I’m so happy I found Quality Driven Exteriors. Eric and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. We had three skylights and our entire roof that were in rough condition and needed replacing. Eric came out to look at it and quoted me on the spot and I was on the schedule within a couple weeks. They were fast and professional.
