Quality Care replaced my roofing, siding and gutters after wind and hail damage. I was nervous that insurance would try to fight me on my claim and I didn’t really know how to handle all that, but Thaddeus Holgate took care of everything. He assisted me in filing the claim, came to my house when the insurance adjuster was there and worked diligently on my behalf to ensure insurance covered the entire replacement cost. I didn’t have to deal with them at all...I’m so grateful for that!! The crew was experienced and did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier with the end results. I get so many compliments on my house now. They also did 7 other houses on my block.

Quality Care Construction is amazing! My initial contact was with Kasey, after I was referred by a neighbor that had their roof and siding done. From there, I worked with Taylor and Eric and they were both very professional and helpful! They filed the claim with my insurance company (while I was present), did all the talking and answering the hard questions, and guided me through every step of what could have been a grueling process. Once the insurance company inspected and approved my claim, QC Construction was working on my roof, finished in one day, and cleaned up like they were never here. My roof looks amazing too!! It's nice to work with people you feel you can trust, but also have your best interest in mind. I just wish they did more then roofing, gutters and siding because I want them to help me with everything!

I had them do some gutters at my house. They came on time, got the job done quick and even did a plus one for me. Would easily have them do more work on my house if it's needed. Keep up the good work!

I had Storm damage on my roof, siding and gutters from a HUGE hailstorm and i’ve honestly never seen anything like that before. i had tons of contractors knocking on my door trying to help me file a insurance claim but most of them seemed sketchy and weren’t from this area. I ended up choosing Quality Care because of the saleman and owner Augie, who personally walked me through all of the steps, checked over my estimate and then had my Roof and Siding replaced and i couldnt be happier! my house looks so modern now and the crews were awesome, my wife and i even bought them lunch one day. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of work. they also did 3 other houses on my street.

They make sure everything gets covered by insurance, and they never cut corners. Team members are kind and only have one goal, to help the customer! Highly recommend this local business. You will not be disappointed!

Very unprofessional on social media, after they Criticized my work on my roofing page, I checked them out to find out they have zero pictures of a finished completed roof. Called the owner to discuss why his employees were belittling copy and he thought it was a laugh. I love roofing, I've my craft, I take It very seriously and can tell these guys are fake roofers with subs and never been on a roof in there life.

The job was done fast a very poor communication. I wouldn’t hire them again. Had nails and debris spread through my property. Lots of different things that made it a bad experience. Yes they did fix the problems they made, but I would rather deal with paying more money, then reliving the bad communication with this company.
