Mike and his team at quality builders were a pleasure to work with. They were attentive to all of our needs and worked with us throughout the custom home building process which can be stressful at times. Due to no fault of the company we were delayed a month from receiving our certificate of occupancy (permitting delays) and had to extend an additional month in our apartment. Mike actually offered to pay that months rent for us! That was above and beyond given the circumstances.

Mike and his team are very easy to work with! They are very professional! Thanks to Quality Builders we were able to build our dream home for our family! We couldn’t ask for a better contractor! If you are looking to build, they are the best!

Argumentative and substandard! Horrible business practices permeate the administration and filter down to their subcontractors. I advise finding another contractor for your building needs. The superintendent on our job failed to inspect his subcontractor work required a third party inspector to enforce adherence to plans. Concrete reinforcement was substandard, concrete subgrade was overlooked. QB refused to follow preconstruction termite control. Mike changed the roof decking to a lower quality. Exposed eave material was installed upside down. Rudy and Mike failed to follow plans for roof penetrations and tried to double charge client for them. Plus countless cut corners and down grades to material and craftsmanship. Worst of all Mike is trying to deny ever doing business with us to save face on a public platform.
