Needed a new roof on house and Barn , I also needed a rubber roof, Qualified LLC got me a fast quote and was willing to be on my roof in a week. The whole job was done in one day and it looks beautiful, with a fair price too! Look no farther in this area for a great local roofing company.

Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. were wonderful. They arrived at our home by 7:30am and were here until 7:00pm and they completed the whole roof - a 4000 sq.ft. house - in that time. Our neighbors have already come by to see the new roof - they couldn't believe it was done in just one day! The crew was excellent, working together as a team and they were very polite to us the whole time. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone.

The roof of my house has many valleys and levels…not an easy task to waterproof and protect. Michael and his crew shingled it all with precision and a lot of hard work. Qualified Roofing is exactly that: professional, exacting and personable.

Mike and his team at Qualified were amazing! His quote was fair and he explained what the plan for replacing the roof was fully. They arrived at 7am and were done by 2pm, and after finding severe rot that was unexpected he showed it to us and explained how they were going to fix it with minimal impact to our budget. I’ve worked with other roofers and contractors previously and can honestly say Mike was really a pleasure to work with and he will be my go-to roofer from now on.

Father and son team were professional from the start. Reviewed our issues and explained our options, showed us sample boards to choose from. An estimate was provided and they went over every detail of it. It took only 3 days from our call to the delivery of the estimate. A total 6 vents were added to help with the condensation in the attic. The day of the install, the crew was hard working, polite, and left our yard immaculate.

Mike came out the same day I called. Within an hour he was at my house inspecting my roof. The problem was the roof vent was old and leaking. Also the vent cap needed fixing. He gave me an estimate and came within a week to do the job. He replaced the vent collar and installed a new shingle cap. He was very nice and professional and did the job quickly. Mike and his son, Mike, were great (as always)! They fixed part of our unfinished roof when we bought our home in 2021. This time, after one of the crazy rain storms we noticed a rather large leak in our bedroom. They answered our text quick and we’re here to give us an estimate the next day! They came back to do the job 2 days later and it took a total of 10 minutes! LOVE LOVE LOVE having them as our roofers. They remembered us and even were excited that we added a baby to our growing family. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have used Qualified Roofing since 2015 for chimney repairs. They are prompt to return my calls and do great work! Always polite, on time, provide photos before and after and leave the work site very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had water coming through a window casing when during heavy rain. I had called another roofing company that said the fix was an entirely new roof. That seemed a bit extreme since the roof was ~12 years old and the leak was caused by the drip edge coming away from the roof.

I called Qualified and they were able to come the next day to assess. They came to the same conclusion for the cause but had a solution that did not require a new roof. They were able to complete the repair the same day. I was super appreciative of the honesty and the pictures/explanations of how the repair would ensure water didn’t continue to leak into the house.

It’s pouring today and not a drip of water to be seen in the house.

Michael and his son are very nice people and professional . I have been in the construction business for over 30 years. When people came to the house to give estimates they were doom and gloom talking about replacing plywood before they even had my shingles off and I had to wait to get the estimates. When Michael and his son came out, they went over the roof measured it gave me a price and it was a really fair price.!!! They came here on a Saturday starting in the morning and were done by 2 o’clock and the roof looks beautiful !! They came to fix the flashing around the attic vents, but were also able to repair the seals around a chimney and several vent pipes, cap the chimney, fix some deteriorating masonry on the chimney, and do an inspection for any other possible issues while they were on the roof. 10/10, will absolutely be working with them in the future!

They did a great job identifying and repairing a number of problems with my old slate roof, at an extremely reasonable price. Edited to add: 2 years later, my roof developed a new leak (totally different from previous problem - it's an old slate roof), and they worked me into their schedule immediately, coming by the day after Thanksgiving! I contacted this company about an estimate on Thursday and they came to my home that Saturday and did the estimate. I had a 2 month personal delay in having the roof installed. When I was able to proceed I contacted them and within a week they were able to do the work. They did the roof on my house and detached garage in one day. They did an excellent job on the roof. They also washed the mold off of my home at no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I have already recommended them to a friend of mine.

Called last week because my 10 year old roof started leaking (installed by someone else). They had great communication, came right out and checked it out. Fixed the leak and addressed a couple of ither issues that would have become leaks sooner or later. Definitely recommend and would hire again.

Mike and his son came out the SAME day I called about a small leak in our spare bedroom. They gave us an extremely fair deal and were back within a week and a half to complete the job! They worked efficiently and quick! They were all extremely knowledgeable and made us feel secure about our 100 year old slate roof! He also gave us prices for snow railings and those were also reasonable! When we asked about adding gutters to our roof, he took the time to explain why it would be dangerous to our slate roof (which was nice, because he could have made more money off of us lol!). Bc of COVID it’s been difficult to find vendors who will even call back. Getting an estimate and people who will actually show up to do the job is even more tricky. But Mike and family made the whole thing easy and they did it well.

Mike and Mike Jr. do a great job! Qualified Roofing came over 7 years ago for some roof repairs after buying the house. Just 4 years ago they installed some diverters. In 2020, they repaired some gutter work from previous contractor and made it more stable and cosmetically correct.
They are going to do my garage roof next. My wife and I recommend the Evans team and today the neighbors have hired them also.

I had a pin hole leak in an old wood burning stove pipe on the roof. I explained I am at work most the time and he could look at it when I wasn't home. I feared the worst with the water damaged wood. I also had many other problems of no vents and birds making the inside of the roof their home in the winter. He checked it out and sent me many photo's and explained all my issues in detail. He asked when was a good time to speak with him in person. I felt so comfortable with him that I took the estimate over the phone that was a very fair price. Told him he could start the job at any time. He said he could do it in two days and had it done when he said. I caught him when he was packing up and he even fixed the leak for free. I never do reviews but it was nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about doing a quality job with no hassle. Jim

We had a great experience with Qualified Roofing. Mike came out the same day I called to take a look and give a quote on our chimney/roof leak. He showed us pictures of the problem and gave us a bandaid option to fix it that was a bit cheaper as well as the long term solution so that we could decide for ourselves what was in our budget right now! He came back just a couple days later and did the job quickly and professionally at an affordable price. We are very happy with his work and the flexibility in his schedule that enabled him to fit us in!

Mike quoted me $600 to repair a leak in my slate roof. He was here for about an hour, poured some tar around the chimney and left. Next time it rained it leaked. After several phone calls he came again, more tar, once again it still leaked. He came a third time. I asked him to actually find the leak instead of just putting more tar. It was coming above the chimney, not around it. Once again just more tar. I had to repair it from the inside. He refused to give a refund. Claims I damaged it myself.

My husband and I had some work done in our home and needed someone to come out and do some work on our roof. I called a few places and was told one that unless we planned a full roof replacement they werent interested till things werent busy. Another said they couldnt take anyone on no matter what. Great job my roof is beautiful,showed up with son gave estimate on roof and skylights. Noticed a couple problems that others hadn’t pointed out. Replaced skylights and did ice and water shield further up than others had said they would do. Quality work, nice guys I highly recommend.

A large branch hit my roof this December. The first roofer I called, basically told me, "Good luck finding a roofer this time of year." I called Qualified Roofing and in 5 minutes, someone was here checking out the damage. The next day, roof was repaired. Good thing the other guy wished me good luck!
