Really just overall disappointed in my experience with Salvadore Chevy. At first communication was pleasant with service worker Alex. It was determined my 2023 Tahoe needed a valve body in the transmission replaced. After not having an ETA of when the part will be available and when my car will be repaired - I am being denied any assistance or compassion for the issue. When purchasing my extended warranty my sales advisor stressed to me a rental would be covered if my warranty claim was approved (which it was). Which was the main reason I decided to purchase it... I unfourtantly did not take my vehicle back to the dealership I purchased from due to Salvadore being closer and always hearing good things. I did speak to the Chevy dealer I purchased my car from and they confirmed Salvadore should be putting me into a comparable vehicle to what I have now due to this being a GMC/Chevy nation issue. I also spoke with my extended warranty company and they explained that they cap out at $350/claim however the dealer my car is at could work with me if they chose too. After expressing this to the Service Manager at Salvadore he unprofessionally told me that if I thought paying $50-80 a day for a rental was comparable to calling out of work and not transporting my 4 children around then my finances weren't in order. He also made is clear I "dont know" what I'm talking about. $2,000-$3,000 a month for a rental on top of a car payment isn't something most people want to do or plan on doing. As a full time nurse, mom of 4 school age kids and infant - I'm very disappointed to say I am giving my business to them.. but have learned to never again and will steer all my Chevy owner friends & husband away. They were quick to take my money but not quick to go the extra mile for a loyal customer.

Overall very pleased with the service, but I was a little disappointed they were unprepared to deliver the car the same day as the purchase despite us arriving shortly after they opened.
Overall I would recommend this dealership.

I stopped by to check out a new truck and I liked it. Then I asked for an amount that I can get for a trade in on my current truck. I was happy with the amount of the trade in and I requested to proceed with the sale. I want to thank Andrew and Mike for their help in the sale. Also I want to thank Ed for his help in the necessary bank paperwork. I would recommend this dealership highly for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was immediately checked in upon my arrival. The advisor explained everything to me and gave me an estimated time frame for completion. The waiting room was small but comfortable. My catering was finished quickly and the advisor again explained everything. Excellent service!!

I have to say the employees in the service department are the nicest people. I was/am having issues with my car intermittently making a popping while turning, although we have yet to figure out the issue (because the problem always seems to disappear when I bring it in) they have been nothing more than understanding and patient with me. I was feeling like a mad woman but they assured me we will figure it out. Shout out to Alex for putting up with me.

Glenn was a pleasure to work with and the whole process of buying our vehicle was met with speed and professionalism.

Both my husband and I have purchased Chevy vehicles from Salvadore. Glenn was our sales rep in both cases and he is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and charming! We also get our vehicles serviced here and have been for years. We would both recommend Salavadore Auto group.

Buying a car from Salvadore Auto Sales in Gardner was a pleasant experience. Mike, Ashley, and Ed worked together to make it happen hassle free. They are highly efficient and very personable. There were no high pressure sales moments to get me to buy more than I wanted. And a I got a good deal on a great car.

Andrew Panageotes our Salesman was great helped us with getting a new car and he made sure we got the military discount because my husband service.

The dealership I bought my car from in CT is nowhere near as ethical as you all at Salvadore Chevrolet. I've been bragging up my experience to almost everybody I know that lives locally. Specifically, Rich (service manager), Alex (service rep), Jamison and Lainey (both mechanics - one drove me home, the other drove me back to the service department). They've been responsible for making my time spent there pleasant and they have taken the time to care about my concerns. I have only good things to say about each of them.

Salvadore has earned themselves a life long customer after this experience. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to my family or friends. I was in a pretty tough situation for a while when it came to looking for a new car. Spent quite some time running around with no hope until I found these guys who got it done. I dealt with several dealers and the way Salvadores treated me I won’t be going anywhere else. They will always have my business from now on. A plus effort is an understatement. The entire team pulled some magic together and I couldn’t be more appreciative of that!

You can tell that the sales team wants your best interest and looks at you as a customer and not a number. Communication was quick, closing the sale was quick and completely stress free.

My biggest thank you goes to Glenn, he’s a great guy! From the start you were a funny, kind and personable guy who had my best interests first and took great care of me. Definitely knows what he’s doing! I’m so glad that I got to know him and work with him. And look forward to sending my friends and family your way when they are looking! Thank you to Jermaine as well for helping me explore all my options on the finance aspect you too I appreciate and deserve the same A plus effort.

Just purchased a 2018 Colorado. Mike Bezio was my sales person. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Absolutely no pressure to purchase. Made my buying experience a pleasure. My credit isn't the best and they got me a vehicle loan with a decent monthly payment that fit my budget. Would highly recommend if your looking for a vehicle. If I'm ever in the need for another vehicle this will be my first stop.

I've heard great things about the dealership, but the service dept is shady and deceptive. Brought my Traverse in for engine repair. Told me 3 times what they thought was wrong with it and were wrong ask 3 times while charging me more and more labor to dig further and further into the motor. In the end it cost me 2k to find out it needed 9k more work to repair(they think). When I made the decision to junk the vehicle, they charged me another 700 to re-assemble it to the point where it could be towed away then pushed it into the lot with no power and all the windows down. Worst vehicle repair experience ever. In the end I wasted 3k on something I was led to belive would be a minor repair. Places like this are why people hate going to dealers for repairs.

Kian was very nice! I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted and what my budget was. They worked diligently to make everything work and I was able to leave with my first ever truck! Mike Shortslevve was phenomenal as well.

Friendly customer service. They provide top-notch care for your vehicle, and if you buy a certified pre owned, and you leave the sticker on it, you get cheap oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I have a 2020 Silverado, custom trail boss. I only pay $66. For an oil change and a tire rotation, you can't beat that.

It was time to trade in my truck and get something else, the goal was I wanted to pay less than I was for my current vehicle and wanted to lease. I didn't have the best credit so I knew it was going to be a challenge from the get go. Went in and met Kian who was my salesman Jermaine the Sales Manager and they were both Fantastic. There was no pressure from the get go. They answered all my questions. They helped me achieve the goal and I got an amazing new truck. I cannot thank them enough for the help. Truly a great car buying experience.

We recently bought a new 2024 Tahoe and couldn’t have been happier. Our Product Specialist Kian was terrific and made the process very easy. There was no high pressure and everything was explained clearly. We will definitely go back for our next vehicle.

Take a minute to read my review because I waited a few months to make sure it would be accurate. After making a plan to buy a '24 Chevy Colorado ZR2 at another western Mass Chevy dealer that I will not name - on the way there to buy the truck, I received a call from the salesman telling me that the truck had been sold the previous day. Very frustrated I decided to call Salvadore Chevrolet on a whim to see if they had one available. Ivo, the salesman answered the phone and said he had one and, "Mike, we don't play games here." I was able that day to purchase the ZR2 model that I wanted and also in the color that I preferred a color that was unavailable at the other dealer who had sold the truck from underneath me. Now the reason I've taken some time to write this review is because upon driving for a very short time the ZR2 a manufacturing defect was found in the CV boots of the front axles they were leaking grease and it was very messy and disheartening. Rafael in the service department assured me that it would be taken care of as it was a brand new car and was under warranty. The parts were ordered and within about 2 and 1/2 weeks, arrived and were installed perfectly. The rental truck from Enterprise was a perfect replacement for the one day it took to complete the repair. The truck is running better than ever and I cannot say how pleased I am with Salvadore Chevrolet the team, the sales the service and attention to detail and customer care is unmatched. In a world of disappointing retail experiences, I would not hesitate to recommend you head out today if you are looking for a new car or truck from Salvadore Chevrolet.

I appreciate that Kian was straight forward when communicating via text, email or over the phone. I was honestly working with other dealerships as well, and they all wanted to get me in person to the dealership to then start talking numbers. I was able to do all over that with Kian beforehand, so by the time I got to the dealership it was quick and easy. I truly appreciated that!

When I pulled into the lot Kian Langroudi met with me and showed me a new car that was just what I wanted in my price range. He was not pushy and he made the whole deal feel very comfortable and not rushed. I’m glad I was able to purchase a car from a dealer not far from where I live, so I can get it serviced there. When I found the truck I had been looking for and reached out to the salesperson everything went well. We decided on a deal and I met with the finance person. I told him who I bank with and what I wanted the payment to be, and he happily agreed to make it happen. But when the truck was delivered the loan was with a different bank and the payment was well over what I had asked for. The explanation I got was that the original finance person went on vacation and the person filling in was not "well trained" and rather than e-sign the paperwork before delivery we had to sign on delivery. Normally I would have just said go back and redo the paperwork, but they drove 2 hours to deliver the truck. Now I am in the process of refinancing the truck with my Credit Union. No matter how nice the people are, check the details.

I knew what vehicles I wanted when I walked in. It was a quick process, test drive, paperwork was easy, painless experience I'm glad I went to Salvatore Chevrolet. The salesman Kian was easy to work with. Thank you for the new car.

Went to TJ's this morning for inspection sticker.
A power trip mechanic wouldn't help me even though I had a paid plate sticker, just lost paperwork.
This tech savvy manager went over and above to not only help me but get the job done.

Glenn Wallace was a professional in every sense of the word. He was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous throughout the process of my leasing a new, 2024 Chevy Blazer EV. Highly recommend.

There was a miscommunication about pick up time therefore they delayed service after drop-off a few hours. I work overnight so I got upset about it. I do however understand how it could have been misinterpreted. I asked when the latest I could pick up my vehicle. They said 5 pm. I was already told it would be about 2 hours for it to be finished.. I nonverbally decided 5pm was too early for me to go to sleep ,because I work 3rd shift. It was.much easier for.me to stay up a few hours and wait for it to be finished. I simply said okay give me a call when it's finished. They took that to mean I was willing to wait until 5pm so they did not even start my 930 am appointment until well after noon. The original time was 9am but told them 930 was okay after they called me and said they had already filled my slot.

Went in for a routine oil change and left with a new vehicle. Kian was great! No pressure no hassle.

I had a very positive experience at the Salvadore Chevrolet dealership during a recent purchase of a new Silverado 1500 pickup truck. The Sales Team was friendly, professional, and helpful with all my questions.

Just leased my 3rd Equinox from SALVADORE Chevy in Gardner.
Even though the last 2 vehicles were leased we have purchased many new vehicles over the last 20 plus years from this dealership. We have also had all the vehicles serviced there as well.
We have always received excellent service and this time was no exception.
