Brothers remodeling renovated my parents main floor bathroom to be ADA compliant for a wheelchair. They did an awesome job. My parents were extremely happy with the workers who were courteous and friendly. The job was done on time. Despite being a log of work with demolition etc, they were very clean. Contracted brothers to redo the siding on our house that was falling off. Fair quote, and outstanding service. They were in communication every step of the way, their professionalism and attention to detail was evident, and there were no hiccups or headaches throughout the entire process. We spent two months meeting with different remodeling companies and ended up "interviewing" six companies. Our decision to go with Brothers Remodeling was an easy one. The process was seamless even when ordering delays occurred (not by their doing but during COVID shortages). They were on top of the delays keeping us in the loop and updated. Over the past 30 years since we built our house we have had a number of repairs/updates all with different contractors. But NEVER were we happier than with Brothers Remodeling. We had our carpeting in bedrooms removed and replaced with laminate flooring and the work was done quickly and carefully and all done cleanly.
They also replaced/repaired our washroom ceiling in basement due to water leaking from upstairs bathroom that Art totally gutted and refurbished.
All in all Art and company are very honest, answer any question same day, have fair estimates, and the nicest people to do business with , and always smiling!

Brothers took on a small rubber roofing job that several other "Roofing" Companies rejected. These "Roofing Companies" checked the square yardage of my roof from a satellite and decided it was not worth their time.
Brothers took the job and had it completed and cleaned up within two days.
A few days later one of the owners was on scene for an inspection. He did not like the aesthetics of the job and the next day the crew was back for an adjustment to the finish work.
Very pleased with all aspects of the work. Would use again as projects arise.

We've used Brothers Remodeling three times and have been very happy with the results.

The first time was a ceiling repair - they worked on the inside, but another contractor worked on the actual roof repair....and Brothers Remodeling called the other contractor back because the repairs weren't done correctly and Brothers weren't going to start work until the roof was repaired properly. Should have just used Brothers for the entire repair job.

They were also able to help us out after a small kitchen fire which required replacing our cabinets and repainting walls. They were able to get repairs in place during the holiday period.

They also remodeled our front bathroom and they were able to incorporate a few unique equipment requests we had. It's the best room in the house!

Always very responsive, friendly, and professional. If something doesn't look right when they start opening up walls or floors, they'll let you know the risks of proceeding without making appropriate repairs and work with you to get necessary repairs in place as quickly as possible

Professional, Trustworthy, Integrity, Honesty… these are words that describe how we feel about the people of Brothers Remodeling. We recently had our very out-dated (1985) kitchen and half bathroom renovated by Brothers Remodeling and it turned out beautifully….. better than we ever imagined. Scott Aponte was our contractor throughout the project and he was always available to us for any questions, changes and professional advice. All communications and scheduling of work were very timely and well-organized. When we first met Scott, he said if anything was not to our satisfaction, it would be changed until it was. He kept that promise. Spencer Dickson was our project manager and did a great job staying on top of the work done by the subcontractors. All subcontractors were professional and performed high quality work. The cleanup after each job was well done, leaving us with only light dusting at the end of the project. Dave was our construction/carpentry lead and he did amazing work including the new island that he built offsite for us. Mike Ladrie and his team did outstanding work with the painting. We still marvel at how beautifully the original cabinets were transformed. New countertops were also installed…. Goodbye 1985 pink! In addition to the kitchen project, the floors throughout the downstairs were refinished beautifully and the dining room was re-painted to match the kitchen color. My wife and I have recently completed a remodel of our home with Brothers Remodeling. The finished product was more than we expected! The craftmanship, mindfulness, communication throughout the project, and the design ideas and improvements during the project from Art and his team turned our vision into a reality. We could not have been more satisfied with the finished product!
Please do not make the mistake I made. About 3 years prior, I decided to install new floors and chose one of those big TV companies to perform the work. After Art’s team came in and started working, I realized even more how much of a mistake it was to choose the TV company. I end up tearing out and replacing the TV company's floors and wasted money in the process. The TV company’s craftsmanship was poor at best. I had to have the kitchen floors torn out twice and replaced.
Art and his team at Brothers Remodeling are truly consummate professionals!! All the sub-contractors such as plumbers, tile & floor installers, painters, and electricians treated our home throughout the process with respect and professionalism. I was never concerned about having people in my home while I was not there, and neither should you! If you need or want work performed on your home, you must go with Brothers Remodeling!! You will not regret it! As they say, “measure twice, and cut once,” well, with Brothers Remodeling, you only need to measure once, and cut once!

We just completed a major remodeling of our home with Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry giving us a one floor living space. This will allow us to stay in our home as we age in place. It required moving a wall and complete plumbing replacement from cellar to roof. The new walk in shower is wonderful the kitchen is light and well designed. The work was completed as scheduled. Any questions were handled quickly and great communication with all involved. Brothers was a great partner in making design decisions. We will use them again when we approach the next project. Art would communicate with us every step of the way and when we had some new ideas to make the kitchen more unique and special for us, Art would do everything he could to make it possible. We recently completed a large project with Brother’s Remodeling, converting our unfinished basement into a full one bedroom apartment complete with full bath, full kitchen, and living room for my parents.

As we were considering different contractors, I remember Scott (one of the owners) saying to me something like “When things go wrong, and in a project this size they will, what matters is how it’s addressed”. That said a lot. Not too many contractors will admit up front that for any large project there are always unforeseen issues or problems that arise.

Before signing, we asked if we could view one of their recently completed basement remodel projects (something I highly recommend doing), and they were more than happy to make those arrangements. This gave us the opportunity not only to see examples of their work, but also to talk privately, openly and honestly with one of their former clients.

When we decided to move forward with Brothers, it wasn’t because they were the cheapest (I’m sure we could have found someone who “promised” to do the work for less). We went with Brothers because of their reputation and quality, and it’s the best decision we could have made.

Scott spent a significant amount of time with us before a single contract was signed, exploring the possibilities for the space, and developing professional plans as well as a 3D model. Scott has an amazing eye for design, and made the best use of every square inch.

As construction began, our town building inspector began throwing some curveballs at us, insisting on changes to our design, even after his office had signed off on Scott’s plans. You can’t fight city hall, but Scott has a way of making lemonade out of lemons. Some changes resulted in no cost overrun, even though by rights they were a change order and Brothers could have charged more if they wanted to. Other changes were more substantial, but Scott found creative and cost effective ways to implement the changes the building department was demanding.

After all was said and done, Scott came through to tour the final product with us. We were extremely pleased with the results, but Scott found a few sections of trim and custom work that weren’t up to his high standards, so on his dime his crew came back out for a few days, ripped out work they already completed, and re-did it all so that it’s absolutely perfect. I have never met a contactor that absolutely goes above and beyond to do the right thing, every time.

I can’t speak highly enough of Scott, Art, and the entire team at Brothers Remodeling. They are men of their word, and we couldn’t be happier in our decision to hire them.

I have waited for one year after Brothers Remodeling did work in my home. I had my kitchen and two bathrooms totally redone, a bay window installed and an extension of my hard wood floors. I also had my home sided. I waited a year to be sure everything was working and and here were no surprises. I am happy to say I haven’t had one issue, but if I know I could make a call and have it made right.

I am thrilled. The Staff is wonderful, the skilled craftsman are informative and their outside contractors are just as great. I am extremely happy and wish I had something else to upgrade.

They are honest, willing to work with you and your ideas, make any situation doable. If you are thinking of doing a remodel I promise you won’t be a disappointed. I am a single person and never once felt pressure to upgrade or felt they spoke down to me, that was very truly appreciated.

Brothers Remodeling rebuilt a large wooden Farmer’s porch in cedar for us. They are a reputable company and I'm very happy we hired them for our project. The team was professional in every way and the finished project exceeded my expectations. The design and finishing touches for the porch, railings, and stairs were thoughtful and demonstrated good craftsmanship. Art was communicative and responsive from beginning to end. Despite rainy weather, they were able to complete the project in the time we requested, which we greatly appreciated.

Brothers Remodeling has been a pleasure to work with. I am the Director for multiple veteran housing programs at the DAV Dept. of MA Service Fund Inc. and we needed a kitchen/bath remodel to make one of our homes more functional to cook for 15 veterans and make the bath ADA compliant for a wheelchair and other mobility devices.
As a nonprofit funded solely by donations and grants, we have a very strict budget to work with. The home was built in 1880 and many contractors we contacted were not even willing to consider the job and provide a quote for the work. Though the kitchen and bath were not original to the home and had been remodeled at some point in its lifetime, unfortunately, the age of the home turned many contractors away.
Scott and Art listened to what we were trying to do, and they were up for the project despite these challenges. They provided multiple design layouts to choose from and listened to us for any changes we wanted to see offering even more options. We decided on one and, of course with old houses, opening up walls, the layout needed to change. The design ended up changing quite a few times. Again, we were trying to make the bath ADA-compliant, which can be tough with limited space and load-bearing walls.
They didn’t quit the project. They worked tirelessly. Not one complaint ever came from them and they never compromised the quality of their work even when the scope changed and grew. Instead, they worked out more configurations so we could get everything we needed for the veterans and then some. You may say, “well that is their job,” but if you have have worked with contractors multiple times, you will find that it is not always the case. It is clear that this is more than a job to Scott and Art. They are genuine, honest, individuals that truly care about their clients.
This remodel was quite a journey and looking back, we would not have changed a thing. Brothers Remodeling created a beautiful and functional kitchen and bath for veterans in this home to enjoy. We are now, another step closer to opening the doors and providing a home to veterans thanks to the team at Brothers Remodeling.

All in all, Brothers Remodeling was able to fix our home and give us a great bath remodel. We had a plumbing leak that left a hole in our bath floor and two ceilings downstairs. They fixed the damage and reframed upstairs and remodeled our bath. What’s impressive is their ability to stand by quality and make sure the end product meets their customer expectations. They have excellent communication too.

Art and his team installed a car-port at our home last spring (2020). Recently one of the 6x6 support beams developed a bend. I must say Art stands behind his work, within 24 hours the beam was replaced! Great job.

Art and Scott recently remodeled my house, adding a cathedral ceiling, and the results were beautiful. This was a complex project, and they brought ideas that were both practical and creative that I never would have considered on my own! The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail was great.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done in our cellar, replacing beams. I also needed work done in my kitchen and I was again quite pleased with the work. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again if needed.

Brothers Remodeling designed and built a free standing 24 x 24 garage for us, half of it is an indoor kennel for our dogs (temperature controlled with a fenced in area attached). It was an absolute pleasure working with Scott, Art, Lexie and the rest of their crew! Their professionalism is top notch and their communication is excellent. Every day there was an email from Scott letting us know who would be coming and what they would be doing. All of their contractors were pleasant and polite. Their attention to detail was impressive and appreciated. The new garage matches our house perfectly. They took great care to clean up the job site each day when they were finished working. We were considering a new project in our house. We had Scott come in to look at the space. He made several suggestions on what we could do. This was a no pressure visit. Scott didn’t make us feel that we needed to do the project now, and of course with his company. We had major structural issues within our basement and living room from the previous owners and with the help of Brothers and Tripi Engineering we now have a safe home and a remodeled living room for our family. I had water significant water damage and Art was able to repair everything from floor to cieling in multiple rooms. He was patient and helpful when I wasn't sure what to do in regard to design. The water damage was a stressful situation but Art made it all make sense. I highly recommend Brothers Remodeling; they are respectful, have excellent communication, helped adjust things so I could stay in budget, and have good energy.

They did a great job from start to finish,
they rescued me when my house was caving in , turns out the previous owners removed a main support beam, when they took down a wall between the living room and dining room. I had just bought house, I was devastated ... I got Art's name from my realtor... he came right away to look at it,
he even saw from the pictures of the house online that there was a dip in the ceiling,
made me feel totally at ease and secure the job would be done right. I had them put a 7 foot wall up and left a 4 foot opening so the area is still fairly open between the 2 rooms.
the ceiling is no longer drooping and they installed a beautiful vinyl floor that looks just like wood in both rooms. Spic and Span clean too , not a nail or spec of dust left behind.
