I recently had Qualified Roofing LLC come out to inspect and diagnose a roofing leak at our home. From the very beginning, they were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Mike and Mike Sr. quickly pinpointed the issue and showed us that the leak was due to incorrect installation by the roofer who worked on the house before we purchased it in 2018.
They didn’t just patch things up—they did the job right. They replaced the pipe jacketing and took the extra step of wrapping it in both water seal and ice seal to ensure it was fully waterproof.
The next day, I noticed the leak had returned. Without hesitation, Mike and Mike Sr. came back immediately to investigate further. They thoroughly traced the issue—from the attic, through the walls, and into the bathroom—and eventually discovered the problem was actually a pinhole leak in the pipe itself, caused by improper strapping installation in the bathroom ceiling. Again, this was an issue left behind by the previous contractor, but they still took the time to fully track it down and explain everything clearly.
Watching them work brought back fond memories of when I used to do roofing myself years ago. It was a great reminder of the pride and craftsmanship that go into doing the job right.
