Cannot day enough positive things about the Servpro experience. It’s stressful enough to have damage to your home, but they made the process very easy for us. Dathan and Zach were here for various times during a 4 day stretch to treat a mold issue and they were always kind, courteous, and got the job done fast and, mostly importantly, right. Servpro worked with us to get a fair price locked in as well. While I hope we never have any issues severe enough to call them again, if we do, we’ll know we’ll be in great hands.

Andrew & Damon were very quick to respond. Great communication and kept everything very clean. There was a miscommunication between my husband and insurance and they were so kind in resetting up heavy equipment after it had been taken down.

Tyler & Zach did a great job taking apart my bathroom, killing the mold inside the wall, and explaining each step and what they found. I wish my landlord's agent had called them a year ago when we first complained of mold problems. Or in March after the upstairs neighbor's leak was fixed.
They left me a little business card with a QR code that I think was supposed to link here (or maybe to some other survey?) but the QR code didn't work.

I had a kitchen water leak. Servpro came out and did a great job of cleaning it up and always reassuring me during the whole process. Always explaining what was going on. We had Servpro come to our home after a pipe ruptured in our kitchen. A plumber fixed the pipe immediately but we were in need of assistance for mold remediation, removal of damaged cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, and needed help drying out our home. I called Servpro the same day we discovered the damage and they were able to come out the next day. The entire team at Servpro was wonderful! Josh walked me through everything on what to expect, worked with the insurance company, and developed the plan after an assessment of the damage, Mary communicated with me daily (and sometimes a couple of times a day) to keep me informed of the team’s schedule, including arrival times, and Brendan, David and Leslie in the office were also very helpful. Finally, the two men who came out to do the work (Tyler and Andrew) were exceptional! They arrived when they were supposed to, communicated with me the entire time, and cleaned up all along the way. Hopefully you will never need their services, but if you should, I highly recommend Servpro!

Chris and Jonny, and the whole ServPro team, did a wonderful job correcting an issue we'd encountered behind our refrigerator. Their estimates were accurate, they arrived as scheduled, and they were friendly and receptive to our comments. The job was completed on time and looks good, with minimal disruption of our routine.

Earlier this April I had a huge flood in my basement and family room due to a break in the water line to my steam dryer. I thought I could wet vac the mess myself and soon learned that I needed professional help. My insurance company contacted SERVPRO of Marlboro & Concord, and Jessica, the very kind team coordinator, sent two amazing young men to my home. Dathan and Damon arrived that Sunday and carefully assessed the situation. They explained all that would need to be done to properly remove the remaining water and moisture, and the damaged areas of the wall, the rug, and furniture that would need to be removed to prevent mold and mildew. Dathan explained the chemical products they would be using to prevent mold and mildew and to protect my pets from any harm. These young men were extremely professional and skilled, and it was obvious to me that they worked very well together. I was very grateful for their help as well as their kindness towards me, as I was quite distressed. Dathan and Damon went to great lengths to set me at ease as they worked through the mess. They set up dehumidifiers and air purifying systems throughout the basement and family room. They both took the time to let me know what to expect and to schedule the necessary follow up appointments to complete the cleanup. They arrived promptly for those appointments. I'm really very impressed with Dathan and Damon, they are the 'A' Team of SERVPRO of Marlboro & Concord! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with water mitigation in their home or business. Thank you!

Servpro responded quickly and provided excellent service to a pipe leaking water into our ground-floor walk-out family room. Tyler and Andrew were there every day. We were notified daily of where things stood with clean-up and damage, we received a nightly email checking in with the time their staff would be on-site the following day, and they checked in on our preference for how to leave the flooring and furniture. A special shout-out to Tyler and Andrew who were very kind to our small dog - even to the point of removing a stunned bird from the yard to keep out of the puppy's way. I would definitely use Servpro again.

We had a water pump explode and flood our basement in the middle of the night on a Saturday. Servpro was onsite by 9am Sunday. Lexie and Chris worked hard all week taking care of drying things out, demolition, removal and inventory of personal items. They were extremely diligent, punctual, communicative, flexible, and so easy to work with! Highly recommend!!

They are professional on establishing the damages I have, responding the inquiries from my insurance company, and following up examining on site job after the services.

We were really pleased with the job Dathan and Damon did on our basement where water leak from a window caused water damage to drywalls and flooring and caused mold to grow. They were extremely attentive to detail and kept the area isolated and clean during all phases of the project. They also went above and beyond to make sure the hardwood floor we had in the room was preserved and not unnecessarily removed, even though that meant the scope of their work was reduced! I would hire them again for sure!

We had a small mold problem in our attic; Servpro sent a crew that was almost too many, but they did a great job! Tyler, Andrew, Bill, and Chris were professional, kind, and clean (they shook my rugs outside to clean up after themselves!) Highly recommend.

I called ServePro at around midnight on a Tuesday when I discovered my daughter’s ceiling leaking because of a hole in the roof from a limb that came down during a storm. I got a call back within a half an hour. As soon as the hole was patched up by an outside vendor, Bill and Chris were able to come in and do their magic, drying the room, pulling out the ceiling and the insulation. They were respectful of our space and very efficient and professional. They kept everything contained to the area in which they worked. They were patient with the workings of our three-hundred-year-old house, making sure not to over extend the electrical. Bill, as the lead, gave excellent advice and was patient with my lack of knowledge about things! He explained everything clearly. Bill and Chris couldn’t have been kinder either, at a time when I felt particularly overwhelmed. I’d 100% recommend this team any day.

After heavy snowfall followed by torrential rain, my basement flooded with 1.5 inches of water! I called ServPro. Jessica took my info, sent some paperwork and took payment. Technicians Jonny, Jonny, Cam, Chris, Bill and Tyler of ServPro of Marlboro and Concord did a fine job with our bathroom floor and first floor ceiling failure due to a plumbing issue. Service was prompt, very neat and Jonny kept us informed at every step along the way. Highly recommend.

At my insurance's suggestion, I called Servpro of Concord. They got back to me in a matter of minutes and set up a time when an assessment could be made. The assessor was very thorough and in two days I had a detailed estimate, sent if off to my insurance, and as soon the check arrived, the Servpro team was here. Bill and Chris were heading things up, and they constantly and consistently kept me informed of what they were doing. Tyler and Andrew worked tirelessly for two days, removing the damaged material and helping to empty out the cabinets so that the damage in the flooring could be addressed.
The entire "mitigation" process was smooth, accompanied by explanations and answering any questions I had. They do not do any of the repair work, but they prepared all the areas so that another contractor could start when they removed their machinery.
As a retired clinical Psychologist, I was impressed especially by Bill's timely and efficient communication, as well as Chris's checking with me if they had to move something. These same two went out of their way to "bubble-wrap" any breakable items they were emptying out of cabinets.
I would recommend SERVPRO without hesitation, and have been impressed by the team's attentiveness and consistent professional and personable approach.

I am writing as a client who used Serv Pro a couple of weeks ago in my home that unfortunately had a pretty bad mold issue in basement due to all the rain this summer. Serv Pro was prompt in giving me an assessment , and thorough. They were correct in determining that I had a full blown issue going on ( not trying to 'take me for a ride'). I wanted to get rid of problem one time so did the whole recommended protocol and they were professional, worked steadily and hard keeping me in the loop and informed. Their crew ( Stone, Dathan and Lexi were friendly, respectful and competent). I have my basement back ( minus some sheet rock and carpet, but minus the mold!!!

We had attic mold from an unknown source and wanted it handled quickly and with expertise. All of the crew members from ServPro that I interacted with were so very kind, and did a wonderful job. We were also extremely happy with how communicative the center office was. Highly recommend these guys!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience working with the entire crew after the unfortunate damage to our house. From Stone taking my panic midnight phone call and reassuring me by walking through the entire process, to the professional work, pleasant interactions, and accommodating scheduling with Johnny, Cam, Chris, Lexie, Andrew, and Mary, it made the recovery of both my house and my mood much easier for me. While I wish nobody would need damage recovery service, have this team help you would be the next best thing!

Had a disaster at home and serv pro responded immediately, I was fortunate to have Cole and Josh specifically. Couldn’t have been nicer people kept me updated with everything, very transparent, offered great advice, and went the extra mile to make sure the house was clean and safe for our baby. They helped me through the whole process and we’re happy to do it. If anything ever happens again I’m going to directly ask for Cole and Josh, there are still people who take great pride in the work they do and they proved that on this job.

We hired Servpro after discovering water and some mold in our master bedroom. From scheduling to finish, everyone involved was courteous, professional, extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I was very on
edge at the beginning of the process, and the scheduler (wish I remembered her name) was kind and understanding. Josh, who did the evaluation, was patient with all my questions and had a very first turn around with the initial estimate. Dathan and Lexi, who did the water damage removal and mold remediation, were extremely patient when the whole process took some twists and turns while they were on site due to my insurance company. After my insurance threw a wrench into the process, they got their supervisor, Dave, on the phone to go through some options. They were all just awesome with all the craziness that went down last minute (also a shout out to Chris, who also was valuable is resolving some issues that cropped up in the process). Thanks, Servpro. I hope I never have a mold issue or water damage again, but if I do, I know who to call.

A leak in our attic which caused moisture and mold in 3 floors of our house was difficult to deal with but was made much easier by the speedy response and diligent work of Servpro of Concord and their technicians, Jonny and Cam. Jonny and Cam were determined to get every last bit of mold and were very neat doing it despite having to tear out walls and ceilings. They spent time answering all of our questions and came back promptly after completing the job to respond to a question we had. And on top of that, they were very pleasant to have around and to deal with. I cant recommend them highly enough.

ServPro made an inconvenient circumstance bearable. Cleaning oil and soot from a furnace "puffback" was always going to be a pain in the neck. Dathan and Lexie did a fantastic job of moving large furniture, cleaning items by hand, scrubbing floors, aerating the room, removing carpeting and disposing of oil-soaked items. They arrived promptly, did their work dutifully and were polite and respectful. Very responsive to specific requests.

Now that they are done and our room is cleaned and fresh, I can say it was worth the inconvenience! Could not have gone any better.

Jonny and Damon did a tremendous job helping us through a very long and slow water leak above our dining room. Demolition was quick, clean-up and treatment equally quick. Communication was great, I would call Servpro of Nashua anytime.

Our experience was great from start to finish. The emergency team Bill and Cam where just incredible. Both had a smile all the time and and made sure I understood everything they were doing every step of the way. They went above and beyond to take care of the situation. I would definitely recommend!

Servpro was very helpful when we discovered a water leak at 6pm. They showed up that evening, removed soaked insulation, put up barriers enclosing the wet areas, and provided powerful dehumidifiers to dry things out, and air cleaners to capture any mold that might be in the air. Once we were able to arrange for the plumbing to be disconnected from the sinks, they then sent a crew to remove the ruined flooring, pull up the cabinets with wet flooring underneath, etc. About a week from the start of the process to having a dry kitchen, ready to start installing new floors. The crew was great to work with, kept us informed as the process moved along.

The servpro team came to my home the same day the flood occurred to begin cleanup. They provided timely communication about what they were doing to cleanup from the water damage and when they would return to continue work each day. They were a great team to work with and I would use them again.

I can’t say enough about the ServPro team that came to our house after a kitchen fire. Prompt, courteous, hardworking, and professional. In just two days they completely cleaned the fire-affected rooms and their contents. They always left everything in an orderly way, which was very comforting when I returned at the end of the day. They cleaned our rugs and our furniture. The project manager kept me informed of the daily progress and gave me his cell phone number so that I could text him any questions I had. Justin, Cassey and Allan did an excellent job. They worked quietly and efficiently. The mouse droppings were all over the basement floor, on shelving and on boxes containing items that were also covered in droppings. All gone thanks to Justin, Cassey and Allan. The team carefully and methodically cleaned, washed, disinfected, and dried our entire basement. They carefully and methodically pushed the insulation back into where the mice had pulled it down. They removed all droppings and our basement is without a single dropping. They quickly and efficiently removed the boxes and items that were covered in droppings. Droppings were everywhere. They cleaned and disposed of everything I had marked with blue tape. Again, they worked efficiently. They were a great team. I can say, without hesitation, I would recommend them to friends, family in need of ServPro services. Only good things about Justin, Cassey and Allan! Thank you!

Chris and his team work hard and efficiently. They are pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Water damage is awful but they helped us practically and with guidance from their experience. This is the team to have if you have a serious incident.

We hired Servpro for bathroom mold removal. The technicians finished the job and clean 98% of the mold. However, my experience with this company is not positive.

1. The technicians arrived 30 mins later than the schedule one hour time frame window set up by themselves. No explanation was given.

2. The project is in a bathroom with limited air circulation. The strong chemical odor could make me dizzy within a few seconds within the treated area. I was only able to clean the bathroom the day after they finished the project. There were white chemicals residue all over the place. The technicians did their cleaning because half roll of my paper tower is gone. While cleaning, I had a piece of ceramics stocked to my palm, then I found out that they broke our lamp which was placed on the counter. Instead of letting us know, the tech hided the broken lamp into the storage under the sink.

3. The technicians left two machines running after first day of treatment. One was dehumidifier and the other one was air filter. Both machines required to plugged in power outlet to run. There are two power outlets in the bathroom and two more just outside the bathroom. The technician somehow decided plug one of the machines to the power outlet in my children's room, which is 5 fts away from the bathroom door. The children's room door was closed when they arrived. The technician did not check with me about the power outlet location. They simply help themselves to open our children's room door and find the power outlet behind a desk. We were not aware of the intrusion until next morning (again, strong chemical odor).

4. The company required me to pay 50% of the estimated before sending their crews out. I was not aware of this until late afternoon the day before the appointment. Their billing department called and left a message on my phone after 2:30 pm and I was only aware of that two hours later. I had to stay on hold while driving for 15 minutes plus before reached a service rep to help me out with the situation. Later I reviewed the signed sales contract and still found no mention on this payment requirement.

The technicians get their job done, mostly. They missed a few spot on the bathroom window. The window frame in plastic so I will find a time frame when no one needs to use that bathroom to clean the mold myself.

To be fair, I was impressed by the professionalism of their field estimator and the production manager in the beginning. I would also say the technicians do know how to clean mold, but somehow disrespectful to other’s property and privacy. With these negative experience, I will NOT hire them in the future or recommend them to anyone else.

The Servpro team was super responsive in cleaning up our water damage due to a frozen pipe bursting. They were very professional throughout the process from the home office to the technicians working at our home. This is my first experience using ServPro's services and I would highly recommend them.

We contacted several companies for an evaluation of a mold issue in our basement. ServPro gave us a very honest assessment and a fair price for remediation without using scare tactics to try to get more. Patrick and Damon showed up on time and were communicative, professional, thorough, and took COVID precautions throughout. Thank you guys for a great experience!

I am writing to express my gratitude for your amazing team. The small town I live in had a large fire on February 10th this year. The community quickly rallied and raised money to help all the residents displaced by the fire. Our first priority was to make sure the residents of this condo development had places to live. Next, we were determined to make sure they did not suffer financial or health issues, because they were not allowed back into their condos until May. After the fire it was weeks before the pipes were bled, so they froze and created water and mold damage in addition to smoke damage.
I first contacted Chris St. Onge at the beginning of May to see if ServPro would be able to help us clean out the affected units. He assured me that was something they could do. Unfortunately, we were working with a very difficult property management group, who saw us as an adversary, when all we wanted to do was help the residents.
We were finally granted access to the building on July 22nd and a couple of us walked through the building with Chris so he could supply us with an estimate. He was so kind and reassuring that his team could take care of this daunting job. He took pictures and explained the various types of mold. He sent the estimate within 24 hours and included pictures. A date of August 14th was set to clean out the building.
Of course, there are always hiccups and we were dealing with many residents so between the time we met with Chris and the 14th of August two more residents asked for us to add their units to the ServPro clean up. I emailed Chris and he graciously accommodated us even though the management group wouldn’t let us in to take pictures to send to Chris.
August 14th came and I met the team at the building and learned, that although Chris is amazing, it must be a company policy to only hire wonderful people. The entire team was great even though it was not a pleasant task.
I would recommend ServPro in a heartbeat. ServPro was one of the highlights of this whole unfortunate situation.

SERVPRO of Marlboro and Concord (and their ops manger Chris) were recommended to me by my insurance agent when some mold was discovered by an insulation contractor working in my attic. They were extremely responsive to my phone call and had Brandon out to look at my attic the very next day. Their detailed estimate was very easy to understand and they gladly and promptly answered all of my questions.

My job was scheduled within a few days of getting approval to proceed from my insurance company. I was shocked and expected to be waiting much longer.

Their on-site crew was top-notch. The office called the afternoon before each work day to let me know what time they would arrive and what they would be working on. The crew arrived on-time, every day. The supervisor and his crew were extremely professional and took great care to let me know what was happening.

Kudos to them for also being very respectful of my home. My attic is only accessible through a tiny hatch in a bedroom closet. They went out of their way to make sure that they weren't banging equipment around and they left my home super-clean every day.

Hopefully I never need their services again, but, should something happen this is the company (and branch) that I will call first. They are a top-notch operation.

I am so glad we called Servpro! They did a great job cleaning up stone masonry on 2 fireplaces after a chimney fire had blackened them. The before and after was dramatic! Justin and his team worked hard, kept the place clean, were professional, and friendly. Brendan, who gave us the quote, even came by at the end to make sure all went well, which was so nice. Highly recommend. Not the least expensive in this case, however I didn’t want the lowest bid to tackle this job!

Over the course of a week I worked directly with both David and Patrick on site and primarily Mary over the phone. All three were easy to work with and professional. They kept me informed and up to date on project progress. I hope I never have a water leak in my basement again but if I do I know that I'll be calling SERVPRO of Marlboro & Concord.
