This is the second time we contracted with Erik and his team. First time in fall 2023 was for some minor repairs. In July 2024, they completely replaced our roof. Craig, the sales associate was pleasant, outlining all our options and pricing which was accurate at the completion of the project. During the roof tear-off, one of our casement windows was damaged. The on-site project manager immediately contacted the office, informing them of the issue. Within a few weeks after the project was completed, Erik and team came back and replaced the damaged window with a new window at no cost to me.

Great service, fair and accurate pricing and pleasant and professional people. A winning combination. We will certainly reach out to Precision when we look to replace our gutters and maybe even our siding.

Compared to other companies we recently interacted with, their process was pleasant. For example, their proposals stood out as being straightforward about what work that actually needed to be done, and was reasonably priced.

During the project, they were responsive and made an extra effort to ensure we would be satisfied with the outcome. The actual work was completed on time, carefully, and professionally. They seemed to take pride in their craft.

During the whole process, including after the work was done, the office was responsive, helpful, and genuinely appeared care whether we were satisfied with the work.

In summary, they seemed to take pride in their work, cared about ensuring we were satisfied, and were straightforward.

We recently worked with Erik and his team to upgrade our ridge venting and fix the flashing on our chimneys that was poorly done by another company. From the initial quote we knew we wanted to work with them because they were very responsive, informative, and super friendly. They were not the cheapest, but they were by far the best and didn't scare us into unnecessary repairs. As new homeowners, we really appreciated their honesty and explanations about what needed to be done and why. We would highly recommend hiring them for your roofing needs and we are planning to use them again for future projects.

I recently had my aging roof replaced by Precision Roofing. They were not the lowest cost quote that I had received, but I am glad that I chose them to complete my roof.
I worked with Craig in sales to choose materials and work out an installation date. The day of the installation, the owner Erik arrived to check materials and supervise the start and end of the work. And the installation team was prompt, efficient and seemed very experienced.
The entire team does a great job at communication and I overall am very happy with the quality of the roof replacement.

We had a great experience with Precision Roofing! We replaced our whole roof and a leaky skylight in ONE day! Craig was very helpful in his assessment of our needs and giving us cost breakdowns for the different choices we had…but no heavy sales pitch!
The huge crew of seven or eight workers arrived promptly at 7AM and worked til about 5PM. Although at noon time I was worried about the crazy mess in the yard, by the time everyone left it was totally clean and we have a pretty new roof and clear skylight to see the sun!

Scheduling roof leak repair plus balcony silicone roof coating was challenging due to the inclement weather this past summer, but was very satisfied with regular e-mail communication and quality of work. Was particularly impressed with their creativity, using a large balcony canopy to protect the applied GacoRoof silicone from tree debris while it cured.

Can’t say enough about Erik, Giovanna and the Precision Roofing team! The company solved our ice dam problem with roof de-icing panels and has always completed thorough, professional and clean work (other projects include installing new gutters on our home). Precision Roofing installed our new roof today! We worked with Jermane Stephinger and he did everything as promised and beyond. He searched everywhere to locate and get us the Atlantic Blue Shingles we wanted. The work crew was here at 7am sharp this morning and worked non stop until done. He moved a vent as we requested and even tacked a neighbors loose trim piece for us while he was here. Everything was protected and cleaned up, no nails or sign that anyone was here other than a gorgeous new roof. The price was outstanding, company extremely professional and we are very happy! This has been our best experience with a contractor so far. It doesn't get any better than this.

I would highly recommend Precision Roofing. They were able to get us an estimate for a new roof with gutters and had the work completed all within a few weeks. Giovanna was extremely helpful with the process and was able to answer all questions we had. Erik provided our quote plus was here at the end of the project to inspect and make sure we were satisfied. All the workers were extremely nice and did a very thorough job picking up all the nails and scraps that came off the old roof. As a mother of little ones and a dog owner, I am grateful for that. I still can’t get over how amazing our home looks now!

**Update **
Two years later, and we needed a new roof so I called Precision Roofing again. They exceeded expectations! Patched the roof with a fix so it would stop leaking before we could have them come back to fix it, which was a quick process with quality materials. Delayed only on my end because of insurance issues. This company is fantastic and I highly recommend them!

Great experience all around. We purchased a home and found out after the first rain storm the skylights in the bedroom leaked significantly. Also, there were no gutters on the house and some old satellite dishes left behind on the roof. It was nice to have it all fixed by the same company. From the initial consultation to the on-site work, everything went smoothly. It only took a week from consultation to completion! And I was very impressed with their skill and professionalism! I would highly recommend Precision Roofing!

Excellent! If I could give an A+++++++ or 10 star rating I would! I can't say enough good things about Jermane Stephinger and Precision Roofing. We experienced major roof damage as a result of a fallen tree. Jermane provided us with a fair and detailed quote within hours of his visit. He was extremely responsive when we had questions and adjusted the scope of work as our needs evolved and as they discovered additional damage. With a major storm in the forecast for the following day, our roof was prioritized to ensure additional damage would not occur. If you need a new roof, I would highly recommend you calling Precision Roofing and ask for Jermane. We will absolutely be hiring Precision Roofing again for the other section of roof. Highly skilled, honest, responsive, and fair!

I rated Jermane A plus. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the CertainTeed product line and the skylights, we had 5 of them installed with solar blinds.

Off with the old on to the new. The guys from Precision Roofing, LLC we’re here right at 6:30am, on the roof at 6:35am and the old roof was gone by 7:25am. And just like that! Roof was done by 11:30am and after clean up, the crew was gone by 12:30pm; by the way, it was 90 degrees out and probably hotter on the roof. Can’t say enough about the crew at Precision Roofing, LLC. All throughout the process their customer service was excellent and made it stress free. Highly recommend!

Roof still leaking after 1 year. We had our full roof replaced by the Precision Roofing team approximately one year ago. There was a leak around the chimney, but we had to wait for the winter to address the problem. Precision came out in the spring to try to fix it. It still leaks and has damaged inside walls. I sent pics showing water pouring into the basement many weeks ago and asked for them to come back out to fix the problem permanently. No response and no action. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of response. I would suggest to work with someone more responsible for their workmanship.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received with Precision Roofing. I was happy with each interaction I had with their team, from Jermane (Advisor) and Erik (Owner) during the development of the quote to Steve (Team Leader) and Luis (Installer) during the installation - and of course Giovanna in the front office. I chose them for a few reasons, first they were very fair in the negotiation of the contract and worked on a number of options which I requested. Secondly, they use the roofing material I preferred given the amount of time I plan to live in our house. Finally, I felt their integrity during each conversation we had together. I believe they had both my interests and their's in mind during each step of the process. In the end though the best part is the results. The roof looks fantastic!

Tremendous company and excellent service. I reached out to five different companies/contractors for estimates for our roof. Of the 3 companies, Precision was the only one who bothered to send someone out (one company just dropped off a packet of promotional materials, the other company never got back to me). Jermane was an excellent sales guide. He inspected the attic and walked around the house, explaining what he was looking for and at every step of the way. He spent about an hour going over the various options for our new roof. While the low estimate for the roof was about 1,000 dollars more than either of the independent contractors, I decided that this cost was negligible given the professionalism of Precision Roofing. We actually opted for the "Best" package which ended up being 3,000 dollars more than either independent contractor. For a major purchase that I don't have to worry about for the next 25 years or so I wanted to make sure that I was hiring someone I trusted and someone who would stand behind their product no matter what. Precision Roofing ticked all of those boxes. You cannot go wrong by hiring this company. And ask for Jermane as your sales guide. He is tremendous.

I'm giving them 5-stars because they honored a verbal commitment. The sales guy didn't write up the job correctly, it was vague and only half of the roof was done (the damaged side), but the entire roof was old and needed to be replaced, the owner honored the work and did the entire job great.

I will use them again when the time comes.
