Well, this review is well over due!
My neighbors had a Davinci roof put on I saw the Pyramid Truck and I took a chance to call Pyramid. Joe came running to my rescue. It was an insurance claim last March 2024. Everything went very smootly. Joe was great!! Very Knowledgeble! answers all questions. Has referrals that pop out of his head. A very good goto person. I had to have a new flue pipe put on this year and some attic work. Joe was there for me with all the questions I asked and the referrals!!

Don’t waste your time with this outfit. Pyramid used to be good maybe when someone else ran it who knows. We had a tree fall on our house that put a large whole in our roof, Wife requested we get a bid with pyramid and the bid was fine, so I agreed to let pyramid have the job, it’s 5 months since they said it would be done “by the end of October”. Too boot the A holes said they would come to at least put up patch the was water proof. Also when we called to check on WHEN they didn’t even apologize for not telling us would not do the job do yourself a favor and never use this awful company, they left us in the wind and will do the same to you even if you sign a contract.

Pyramid did great work in replacing our roof and gutters. We have used Cody and his team for years and have never been disappointed.

Had Nate come out. He never got up on the roof to examine things. Said there was damage. And would put together something. And have something back in a couple of days.Wrote back on a Facebook post cause I didn't here anything back after 4 days. Nathan called said he apologized. Said I would recieve something via email that night or buy morning. Here we are 3 more days later yet still nothing. I don't like wasting my time! I value my time! Pyramid you suck!!!!!!!! I'll get someone else. It's no wonder why your going out of buisness.

Employee of this company was spotted driving recklessly on the interstate. While driving over 70 mph, a pyramid contractors company truck tailgated me and multiple drivers. The vehicle was speeding and swerving which almost caused an accident. Whoever was driving did not seem to care about anyone else on the road. I cant believe I witnessed this kind of driving while they were using their company truck. They are lucky I didn’t call the cops. Definitely won’t be giving my business to this company since they employ such reckless drivers.

Johnathan came by and inspected our roof after a big hail storm. He was extremely professional and gave us all the answers we needed to make a decision. Highly reccomend using this honest company with their exceptional customer service!

We have used Pyramid Roofing in Omaha twice. This recent one was last week. They are very professional. They are competitive. They came out quickly and got the roof and gutters done in two days. They are easy to work with. The roofers are very careful around the house and yard. The clean up was great! The finished job was excellent. We highly recommend Pyramid Roofing.

As new homeowners, we were in need of new gutters and had no idea where to start! We worked with Dallas and Mike to get us started on a solid plan who were professional and smart throughout the entire process. Ricardo and his crew were thoughtful in their installation and have our new house looking and functioning at it's best! We are so thankful for the peace of mind they have given us.

Looking through the reviews, it is interesting how some experiences deviate from mine. Very rarely, I run into someone that really seems to be interested in taking care of me. I almost always feel like people and companies are trying to take advantage of me.

For months, my insurance company actively refused to replace my hail damaged roof. I already had two roofing companies come out to document damage when I reached out to JOE SHANKS with Pyramid roofing. He explained how the industry works and got me in touch with Rhino Public Adjusters. Literally, within 48 hours of receiving a letter from Rhino, State Farm claims approved my roof claim.

I have never had a better experience with a business than I had with Joe Shanks, Pyramid Roofing, and Rhino Public Adjusters. I am so thankful I lucked into meeting Joe Shanks.

The work was done professionally. Given the mess during the work, I could not believe how well they cleaned up before they left. I have a huge roof and I only found 3 nails and a couple small pieces of debris around the house.

I think there are different teams and people you can call at Pyramid. You can trust Joe Shanks. Call him and you will not be. disappointed!

Had my roof and gutters replaced by Pyramid a few years ago. Woke up in the middle of the night to one of my gutters detaching from the house. Called Pyramid at 8:30 am and spoke with Matt. He was hoping to have someone get out to see it around 2. Dallas was able to get there at 10 and the gutter was replaced with downspout added by 3 PM. All with temperatures below freezing. Highly professional and amazing customer service.

We had a roof warranty replacement and Pyramid was extremely helpful in working through the warranty process and installing the roof. They took extra precautions to avoid water damage if storms were even a remote possibility. The attention to detail was top notch throughout the entire process. The crew was very courteous and answered any questions we had during the installation.

I contacted Pyramid Roofing to request a small quantity of shingles for a feeding station I am building for homeless/community cats in my neighborhood. The CEO and Matt went out of their way to provide any and all materials that I needed free of charge as well as offering to help me build any future projects for animals in need. very satisfies with all areas of working with, materials used and the work done by Pyramid Roofing, Inc., from the first visit to the end. We used them for a roof replacement. This was an 11,000 dollar adventure I wish I could erase. Started out great nice salesmen. Job boss left
The company before job was complete. We were to have our shingles delivered and installed on a Wednesday, my day off. Then we are told we got bumped for a friend. Shingles are sitting on my roof. Sent email and got my date back. Then we find out our sheeting has mold due to poor insulating of the roof. Vents were not done properly by homepride years before. My microwave was never vented. Ok so we have them fix the vents. Replace and replace the decking. They put baffles in the roof so it would vent properly and the house would have a better control of temperature. We have the workers a staple to attach them to the trusses. Well they didn’t do it. Installation was piled in the soffits. Called them
To fix it. One gentleman came and did what he could but they still needed to be stapled up. Called again they came and just piled everything back in the soffits and the roof is not breathing again. Oh and then I discover my roof is leaking in through the venting of my microwave. The cut the vent holes to big and didn’t cover them properly. Of course it blew my microwave up. Had to buy a new one. $550 later. Of course no offer to pay for that. So now almost 2 years later. My roof is still not vented correctly. So now my husband has to do up there and fix it. At 63 he should not have to do this. Not sure how they are best of Omaha. Will never recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to share this, apparently 2 weeks ago someone said a staff member used racial slurs towards a mail carrier. I want to assure all of you, this did not happen! I am said carrier and I have had nothing but great experiences when I enter the building. The staff member mentioned in that false review has been more than nice and courteous towards me, has never raised her voice, in fact every time I’m there, a member smiles and welcomes me. The person who wrote this is most likely an ex employee, I’m sure I’d this happened to a carrier, I would have heard about it at the office. That review is false! The people here at the office have been nothing but nice and professional and courteous!

I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately my experience prevents me from doing so. Starting in November and finishing in February (yes, it took that long?), we had new roofing and new siding put on our house. (To clarify, I live in a rental house and this was all organized by my landlord). During the installation process, the contractors parked in our yard, knocked off our hvac exhaust on the outside of our house resulting in it ventilating into our home instead of outside, damaged MANY items, and left a huge mess. If we received communication requesting we moved items, we would have gladly done so but no one said anything was in the way. After contacting the office multiple times requesting someone to come pick up the mess, someone finally came out and picked up a few items and left. As a result, we have spent days cleaning up our yard of nails, trash, foil, rusty razor blades, pieces of siding etc. We had to acquire our own magnet to clean up nails. It was all a truly disappointing experience.

In the photos you’ll see various areas of trash and debris left behind, a basket showing what we picked up in JUST our flower beds (red basket and silver bin), the trash can shows all they came and picked up, the broken patio furniture + umbrella stand, ripped front door mat, broken porch caps.

I reserve the right to change my rating. Pyramid has been rated Best of Omaha many years in a row. So I contacted them to see about a roof repair. They said they would be in touch in a few days. It's been (2) two weeks now. I'm hoping someone sees this and contacts me. I'm willing to give them a second chance. We shall see!

Nick was great at communicating with us and understanding our needs. I have used this company twice and will use them in the future if I need anything. My roof and gutters look awesome! They do superior work!!!

One of the drivers was busy on his phone and came into my lane less than a foot from truck. I followed him to his office nobody speaks English till someone came out , ask what I wanted. I told him , all he said was I will look into it . Gave him truck number plate point out driver and he did nothing

We had a downspout damaged due to high wind. Pyramid roofing not only fixed the downspout where the hinge was damaged they checked all of them and fixed another one that was close to breaking. Now that is service!

Pyramid Roofing did an outstanding job installing our new gutters in April 2022. We were cautious about this installation as we had the unfortunate experience of having our gutters replaced by another company less than a year ago. After excessive leaking and drainage issues, we found out the entire job could not be repaired and needed to be fully replaced. Nick, our Project Manager, was here to help. He and Ritchie did an outstanding job explaining why our gutters were not meeting our expectations and answering all of our many questions about how their installation would be better. They were able to complete the job quickly with no disturbance to our landscaping. The crew went above and beyond by touching up the paint on areas that were scratched when removing the problem gutters. After our previous horrible experience with the other company we were very pleased with all aspects of Pyramid Roofing – sales, installation and clean up. Best of all the gutters are working perfectly with no leaks!

Pyramid roofing provided me with a quick response to some roof damage I encountered. Chris was professional and gave me options to remedy my problem that worked with my budget. The repairs were made and I could not be more satisfied with the results!

Pyramid replaced all of my siding and all of the eternal wood on my home. They also installed gutters and gutter shields. The crew was on time every day and did a great job of completing this project and cleaning up afterwards. Ambrose & Anthony were great to work with. Ambrose returned after the job was completed and went over my house from end to end. He found a few minor things that he wanted corrected and brought the crew back one afternoon to finish to his satisfaction. The last day of this installation of siding was the Friday we had the hard rains and high winds that uprooted trees everywhere in Omaha. Ambrose noted that rain was coming and got his gutter crew to arrive by 3:15PM that Friday to get gutters on my home. They worked until 9:15PM that night but finished the job. This saved my basement as the hard rains we had would surely have created flooding. I have had Pyramid replace a roof for me before and I was pleased with this work. I continue to be pleased with this massive siding job that was just finished. I would clearly recommend Pyramid for your home maintenance needs as they do good work and do what they say they will do for a fair price.

They were very professional, showed up on time and did a very good clean up , and answered any questions I had , my sales guy Michael Flegg I would recommend to any one, and I had one issues where I needed a down spout that came loose and the warranty team was out right away and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thanks to Jaymie, Matt and Kyle. Just overall a great company.

Just had new roof installed by Pyramid Roofing. They were efficient and professional. Chris Babb was professional and kept us informed of every step of the process. II have used Pyramid for several projects. They installed fascia wrap and vinyl soffit. They are great to work with. Communicated through the whole process. Install team was professional and very accommodating.

The estimator was great to work with- bid was much better than a couple others were, selections and options were well-explained.

Work crew arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They kept the messes to a minimum and did a very good job cleaning up.

Very minor ding- the constant tapping while they nailed things up caused some knick-knacks on shelving on or near the walls to 'walk'. A few things fell off. It might help to warn clients of the possibility.

I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who asks.

It was a great experience using Pyramid. Courteous, professional, attentive, and they also handled the subs for my gutter and window trim installs as well. It made things easy and smooth from my end. The roof install went very well and now I have neighbors and friends constantly paying me compliments (and giving envious looks) on the new roof. Ben did a great job managing the project.

I called to ask a few questions about roofing work that was completed by Pyramid Roofing before we closed on our house. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and defensive. He was very unprofessional and even hung up on me and then would not return my call. Not great customer service at all!

It took me longer than it should have to get around to this, but better late than never. This winter we had a huge issue with water on our second floor ceiling. So much so that we thought we had a roof leak or something. I called Pyramid back in January and they sent two guys out to take a look and see what we needed to do.

They climbed up in our attic, crawled through the blown in insulation, and found that our issue wasn't a roof leak, but an improperly ventilated attic from our builder. We had no soffit vents on the front of our home, and the baffling on the back side of our home was completely blocked by batt insulation at practically every location. They provided me with a report and didn't charge me anything for their inspection. All that they asked was that when it came time to replace our roof that we give them a call. I am truly appreciative and impressed with their customer service.

The Rep (Joe) that we have been working with is wonderful! He's not only interested in helping us get a good roof, but he's very knowledge & personable. He answered all our questions & was willing to be honest about the products! If his experience showed that a product was inferior, he told us! It's very refreshing to have someone be up-front & down to earth. He also took his time & wasn't in a hurry to get on to the next thing! We really appreciated his time & interest. We didn't want to leave the company that we've been using for the last 20yrs, but it has been worth it so far!

They did a great job and finished my roof when it was 3/4 way done already by another company that I had to fire mid-job due to shady business practices. I was frantic to get it done quick and they delivered. I appreciate it!

**originally did an amazong job, had some warrenty issues due to defective product from Plygem (manufactuer) when it got hit out sun melted lots of the siding. The warrenty process to get a team out to repair it all was very lengthy but this company is very very busy so its understandable. i had a home appraisel coming up and siding looked very old even tough i had work just done a year before due to the elements.

update*** Ambrosios team was sent out and made everything right, these guys are amazing. They replaced all the bad melted siding from last years summer and made sure it was properly fitted and repaired/replaced. Very happy with my experince with this team. Office was originally slow at responding, but did make a good effort to contact me to get scheduled. Ambrose and his team are what make this company great. thanks. -Geoff

Excellent service and attention to details! Roofing, siding, gutters, and trim/wrap on house and garage. Mike F was our salesman. He was up front and we were very comfortable with the plan he had for this project. Pretty much everything went as planned and what did not, was easily corrected. Given the May 2019 SW Omaha hailstorm, I knew there were many local companies to work with and I know the insurance carrier had "their company" to work with. I did the proper thing and had the insurance recommended company come out and conduct a roof inspection and estimate was also provided. The rep started saying he would place a sign in the yard and this would be equal to our deductible. I thought to myself really, knowing how high our deductible was. I let him do his thing after all he was representing the insurance carrier. I wasn't extremely confident in this person and his company, and he was the owner!
Then, I had Joe Shanks from Pyramid Roofing come over and he never talked deductible, he did his audit as well and wanted to sit down and talk about why Pyramid Roofing is the #1 Choice of Omaha. He reviewed the materials, staff, pre-work and post work followup. When he provided his estimate he worked with our insurance carrier to ensure every aspect of the roof was reviewed with the insurance adjuster, nothing went unchecked. The work crew was very organized and cleaned up everything, all nails in the yard and the driveway and walkway and the flower beds as well. Nothing was left in the yard. The next day Joe came by to ensure everything was completed and that we were thoroughly satisfied. Joe even wanted to say that if there was any concerns or issues to call him and he will have it resolved immediately.
Roofing companies come and go, just as the storms come and go, but Pyramid Roofing answered the call and backed up the reason why they are Omaha's Number 1 Roofing company. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing.

Roof seems okay & the crew was nice but my garden was almost completely destroyed (after asking them 3x to please be careful & being told each time they would) and there are cigarette butts in the yard (no smokers here). They also left a stack of supplies behind but I'll call & have them come pick it up.

He even met my insurance adjuster at my house to help point out damage. He made replacing my roof an easy process and the work looks great. Worked with Mike for the second time on reroofing our home. He's good to work with always available to answer questions and solve problems.

We called pyramid roofing (along with a few other roofing companies) to help us take care of our roof after the late May hail storm. From the moment we contacted them they were nothing but helpful, professional, and incredibly fast. We had a baby coming and when we expressed the need to our project manager, Dan, to have the project complete before the baby arrived, there was no hesitation. The crew that came out was incredibly efficient and had the job done within a day!

Dan did a fantastic job of being our advocate with our insurance company-got the entire project, including code updates, easily covered for us. We originally started with another company and they barely showed up for the estimates and definitely did not provide any assistance with our insurance.

I would definitely recommend Pyramid Roofing. They were professional, courteous and friendly in all their dealings with me, as well as helping me with the insurance part of it. Requested service in the fall but had to wait until Spring because of bad weather, but no matter, they called back and had roof, gutters, siding,windows screens and deck replaced or repaired before the end of March.

Ben took away all our worries .pyramid does great work in 2 very hot days .They protected our landscaping .They have the latest in equiptment .clean up was done by entire crew walking perimeter of yard looking for debris and sweeping yard with 2 different magnetic devices picking up nails .They also cleaned all gutters .Ben stayed on top of everything start to finish . This is second home we used pyramid on there the best .

Pyramid and the crew did an amazing job in replacing our roof. The PM Ben McClelland did a great job working with the insurance company adjuster and keeping us informed. The installation crew was great. Very organized and provided us with a great roof and replaced damaged gutter-guards and downspouts. Their cleanup was great. Had a "contractor" come out to assess the hail damage and spent a total of 5 minutes on the roof to say I didn't have any damage. He didn't look at any siding, windows, gutters, down spouts, deck, etc. He did not go into any detail stating why he didn't think we had hail damage, maybe he didn't know what he was looking at, but I received a second opinion and it came back that I have significant hail damage (pictures and documents to prove it). I would not recommend Pyramid Roofing.

Pyramid was excellent. We had roof and gutter damage from a hail storm. Ben McClelland was our guy and he did such a good job. He crawled all over our roof and in the attic to put my mind at ease. Nervous about color matching, he had samples and recommended a few addresses to look at to compare the whole roof. We had a few issues pop up, with any large project, and he ensured everything was perfect before receiving our invoice. Very happy with the products and service!
