I am beyond pleased with the Work done on my house.
My house is old and has needed a new roof for some time now.
I received four bids from different companies around the area and honestly this was the best option for my budget and needs. There was a big name company that quoted me 10k over what Puzzle did, and didn't even include important things in the quote that needed to be done and when I asked about it they added another 3k to the quote, all while spending a total of 15 min in my home to ask me when I wanted to start the project. With Puzzle, the.bid already included the three important things (Chimney Stacks, Repair of broken and rotted Fascia, and a transition from garage to home)
The crew came on time, they didn't leave my yard a mess the days they were here, were complete with their work in 3 days and completion walk through with the project with manager making sure my questions and concerns were answered before ending the project!

Fixed my fascia + roof for a reasonable price (cheaper than other contractors around the area - probably because they didn't want a small job). Timely + Professional + Trustworthy.

I needed to replace my garage roof due to a leak, and Puzzle Roofing responded very quickly. Eugene came promptly for an inspection, provided a detailed estimate, and even offered a discount. The pricing was reasonable and included an 8-year labor warranty. Since I was leaving Seattle on Friday and had a tight schedule, I scheduled the replacement with Eugene on Monday, and he helped me arranged for the work to be done on Tuesday to accommodate my timeline.

The Puzzle Roofing team was highly professional and efficient, completing the entire roof replacement in just one day. The process went smoothly, and they even recommended a ceiling repair specialist, which was very helpful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this project. If I ever need roofing services again, I will definitely choose Puzzle Roofing! Highly recommended for anyone in need of quality roof repair!

Had a flat carport roof that was at least 30 years old showing its age, with coatings no longer holding and water pooling. Had at least 5 estimates from different companies, and everything from pressure tactics to sign right away to bids for industrial grade roof work. Fredi from Puzzle Roofing came out to do an estimate, listened to what I was hoping to achieve and gave me 2 different options. He was one of a very few of the roofers who actually understood what I wanted, took the time to assess the current state of the roof and provided a scope of work that I thought was appropriate. He was not the lowest bid but both his bids were reasonable, and his solution aligned with my goals for the roof. I liked that he had other customers that have vouched for his company's work. His crew came out and completed the job in 2 days (plus 2 hours on a 3rd day to install flashing that had to be ordered). The new roof looks good and I hope it will stand the test of time, but so far, have been very satisfied with the work performed.

Puzzle Roofing was quick to respond to my inquiry through Angie's List. We were dealing with a stubborn leak from one of our skylights and had worked with another contractor initially who was unable to resolve the issue for us. Fredi with Puzzle Roofing came out to assess our situation and provided us with a very reasonable estimate. The crew was out at the site just a few days later and was able to delicately remove existing roofing material and track down the source of the leak. The crew did an excellent job with installing the necessary flashing/underlayment/caulking that was needed to seal off the source of the leak, and then reinstalled new shingles over the affected area that were an exact match to our existing roof. The crew did a great job with site cleanup. All the work was done within the original estimate that was provided. If you are dealing with any roof leaks, I would highly recommend contacting Puzzle Roofing.

Great experience, turns out there were a lot of leaks and wood damage that I didn't know about. They repaired and rebuilt all areas structurally and then replaced the entire roof with 1/2 inch cdx plywood, not the cheap OSB board that will explode apart if it gets wet. Done very quickly even with all the repairs only took about 3 days. It was basically all included in my original estimate. Brand new TPO looks fantastic, I picked the light gray color, so much more modern than my old black touchdown roof. Thank you Puzzle Roofing for a great job.

Fredi and his brother Juan and their crew did great work! We had a surprise leak in our roof a few weeks ago which ended up meaning the whole thing had to be replaced. Not a small job, but they got out quickly and did careful, great work. Got it all done before the big rains came and we're happy with the results!

Freddie, was willing to come & personally inspect the problem w/ the roof while other contractors wanted me sent pics instead. I felt Freddie’s time & attention was more personalized. He was a pro, polite and explained the problem really well. We inspected the problem areas and he suggested what had to be done. After some time we figured the suggestions and agreed on the price! Job well done!

I’m so happy with the excellent job the team did. Every question I had was promptly answered. The team was so nice. In addition to cleaning my roof, they replaced 3 pipe boots and shingles in various places. They also power washed my concrete areas which were filled with moss. Now my roof and concrete are beautiful. When I was getting estimates for my job, Puzzle Roofing was the only company that came to my house, went on the roof and took photos so I could see exactly what needed to be done. They also took after photos too. I would definitely recommend Puzzle Roofing for any roofing job.

After the storm this area had on February 28th and 29th 2024, my roof developed some leaks. Since it's a tile roof, some companies wanted to replace it with composition /asphalt shingles. I preferred to get the areas that leaked repaired.
I was blessed to find Puzzle Roofing, LLC.
Working with Fredi was very comfortable and easy to work with. Fredi is very knowledgeable about tile roofs. His estimate covered every base I could think of and his pricing was very reasonable. Fredi put me on his job calendar which was a few weeks away. A good sign that he's also been chosen by many other wise people.
The job was done in three days. There was a lot of detailed work to do. The crew did an immaculate job of cleanup and the condition of my roof is in better condition now than when it was originally installed.
I gave Puzzle Roofing five stars out of five stars. If there was ten stars, I would give them ten stars.
If I need any roofing work in the future on this roof or any other type of roof, I know I'll call Puzzle Roofing again.
