Bid was competitive with others I had but it was their rep Matt that made a huge difference taking the time to explain and show me the issues with my roof rather than just throwing a number at me. From start to finish a good experience...they showed up on time finished in one day and during the whole process Scott the owner sent me pictures of my roof and the problems that needed addressing and there were several that couldn't be seen until old roof was taken off. Great crew of amazing guys who knew what they were doing, respectful of my property and did a thorough cleanup when done. Highly recommend and now two of my neighbors have engaged them as well. We contacted Puyallup Roofing Co. after discovering a couple water spots in our ceiling. They were one of three companies we contacted for estimates, and their estimate came in a couple thousand dollars lower than their closest competitor - and they did upgrades nobody else even mentioned.

Blake, the sales rep, was super friendly and professional, and he gave a very comprehensive presentation on the methods and materials Puyallup Roofing uses. He even left us a swatch book of shingles so we could choose the right color for our roof. He was very responsive to my questions leading up to the installation, and he left us feeling confident that Puyallup Roofing would do a good job.

The team came out and had our roof done in a day (we live in a pretty simple '70s split level). They discovered 6 pieces of plywood that needed replacing, and Scott, one of the owners, texted me pictures showing me the failing panels. Blake's presentation prepared me for the possibility that we would need new plywood, so this did not come as a surprise. The added cost was VERY reasonable, given the price of wood nowadays.

Our final inspection was today, and Scott answered a couple of questions I had promptly and professionally via text. We are very satisfied with our new roof, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody. They have an A rating on the BBB, but only because they're a relatively young company. I'm sure they're well on their way to an A+.

We had a remarkably good experience getting our roof replaced by Puyallup Roofing. They were low bidder on three estimates, and I really felt Blake the estimator, was a stand up guy and knew his business. After signing up (in March during a stretch of bad weather) it took a couple weeks to get on the schedule, we were given a date. The crew showed up at a reasonable 8:30AM and were done by 3:00PM- Seriously: 6 HOURS! My roof is not very complicated so maybe it isn’t the best gauge to judge them by, but they were an incredibly organized, professional five man crew, who knew their jobs and did them well. Our roof is two stories and the delivery crew was unable to use the conveyor belt to get the materials up on the top, so they roofing crew had to hand carry it; no complaints or extra hours for this inconvenience. These guys work hard. My roof looks great, and they did an excellent clean up afterwards. I am almost embarrassed to say my yard looked better after they had been here than before. Getting a new roof is expensive, so it’s nice to spend your. Money with people who do this good a job.

I contracted Puyallup Roofing for a complete tear down (2 layers) and install a great architectural shingle. Their salesman had many roofing samples to choose from. They completed the job on short notice and the final result exceeded my expectations.
Their workers are very skilled, courteous and thorough. They were meticulous when it came time to clean up the debris in the yard and driveway.

Let me just say that Puyallup Roofing is great! I had water coming into my home so I called a roofing company and somehow I got connected to Puyallup Roofing (happy accident) they were able to have somebody come out the next day to give me an estimate. When Josh arrived (on time) he got up on the roof and decided he would be able to do a temporary fix due to the existing roof condition (my roof is worn out) it took him no time to get it sorted out and at a reasonable price. Called Puyallup Roofing to come out for a quote, the gal i spoke with on the phone was nice enough as far as desk service goes and we scheduled a guy out the next day. The guy I met was straight to the point which I don't mind when it comes to business while others might not be so keen on it.
We hopped up on the roof to take a look at the broken joist I had pulling off the new 4x8 sheets I had laid up there in place and we looked it over all was fine up till now once done I was putting the sheets of plywood back he offered to help put them back into place now these sheets where fairly tight fitting and having to boot them into place seems to be a standard practice one sheet in particular was being especially difficult after a few boots and shifting around I told him "don't worry about it I'll take of it later" he stops for a moment walks to another side of the sheet to boot it a few more times the sheet still didn't fall into place he gives a good stomp on the corner I heard crack a bit checked it and it was now cracked told him again not to worry about it I'll take care of it I thought it was over and was waiting for him to move out the way to retarp the roof off he helped himself to a hammer i had up there and gave the edge of the sheet a few good smacks it didnt budge and I don't think I need to tell you what a hammer does to wood that isn't moving thankfully that was the last time I had to tell him not to worry about it. Retarped the roof and was told I would get a quote the next morning this was 10 days ago now so here I am no quote and some damaged sheeting writing this. So in short there is a listening problem with that particular guy I understand the desire to help but you heard it from the owner several times to not and there was a following through issue with not getting a quote, called another company (Bates) and had Brad come out he was much more personable and treated me as if we knew each other and that goes along way for me. Anyways that's my experience with these guys maybe they do good work maybe they don't couldn't tell ya.

The crew who showed up to replace my roof was not just on time, but early. They did at least 2 walk throughs in my yard to make sure all the debris was picked up. Scott and Jessica have been nothing but customer service oriented and accommodating.

This is a very competent company with excellent and on time service. This is the third roof on our house, and it is absolutely the best yet.

Josh came out to look at a gutter problem on our roof. He had a couple ideas and did a little work removing a leaf filter screen that was blocking water from getting into the gutter. (We put LeafFilters on the house and don't get them if you live among pine or fir trees.) He didn't charge anything and I will certainly call him back out if we need to do more to fix the overflow problem.

Workers were respectful of our property as well as the neighbors. Job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a roofing replacement!

Hi, in 2023 my right hand started to tremble and I saw Dr Zhao for my initial consult. During my consult with her, she went over every detail and explained in great depth my condition, symptoms, diagnosis. Dr Zhao spent over an hour with me, and I am so great full for the time she took and spent with me explaining my condition, which brought less worry for me and more comfort. She is treating me for acupuncture which has helped me tremendously with easing my symptoms, bringing me great relief and comfort. I would recommend Dr Zhao to anyone!

I developed a leak around an exhaust pipe on a section of the house that has a torched down roof. The owner came within 24-hours and assessed the problem. Not only did he look at the pipe area which was missing flashing and was much larger in diameter than normal, but he found mold growing under the eaves where a makeshift exhaust vent for the bathroom fan had been installed. He suggested a normal bathroom vent be installed and even had a solution for my electrical wire pipe that ran close to the area in question. Basically, this very small area had a some deficiencies that created leaking in the house. All areas were addressed with professionalism and common sense. A pipe with flashing replaced the existing pipe, a new bathroom fan exhaust was installed and the old vent closed, and the electrical pipe coming through the edge of the roof was sealed. All received new torch down patches to ensure no leaking. Two atmospheric rivers later no leaks. Plus, that area of my roof looks so much better. I had a another roofer come look at it and they had a silicon gun and duct tape for $700.00. So beware and thank you Puyallup Roofing for using professional standards.

These guys did a excellent job. They showed up with 6 guys and had 30 squares torn off and paper put back on. 4 guys came the next day and installed roof completely. They covered everything and caused absolutely no damage. We had vented bird blocking in and looks like it was put in when house was built. I highly recommend these guys and we are so happy that we went with them.

We used Puyallup roofing for our roof, it was a complete tear off, including sheeting, they were professional, on time and saved us from the fall rains. Our house was built in 1959 so you can only imagine the layers they had to tear off and replace. Definitely recommend for the PNW.
