Pursuit Restoration

Pursuit Restoration was hired to install a sump pump system in the crawl space of our house. Pursuit was one of three companies who conducted inspections of the impacted area and subsequently provided cost estimates. Tony, the owner of Pursuit, conducted the inspection for his company. He was professional, knowledgeable, and when asked specific questions provided thorough answers. Tony provided a detailed, written explanation of the required work with a reasonable cost estimate. Pursuit was hired and completed the specified work within the agreed upon time frame. While performing their work, the on-site Pursuit employees maintained a consistently neat and tidy job site. Tony was always available to answer our questions and provided updates on work progress. The final cost was as specified in the initial estimate. We were pleased with the end product and would definitely rehire Pursuit Restoration.

Tony was an excellent resource for us when we made an offer to buy a home. While I am sure the home will be great for someone, Tony’s inspection stopped us from making a mistake purchase for us. His inspection was thorough and his explanation was very clear. While we are still on the hunt for our perfect home, we will definitely call on Tony’s expertise again in the future.

Pursuit Restoration has a wide variety of services they provide. I had a woodpecker make a hole in my attic vent and possibly nesting. They restored the vent, matched the paint, and made it look like new again. They were friendly and helpful, and the owner is involved in facilitating a youth football league, which is great! If you need any issues fixed with your home, I'd recommend starting with Pursuit.

Tony was so helpful. After a dishwasher leak caused water damage to our hardwood floors, he came right out, assessed the damage, and got them dried out for us. He communicated clearly each step of the way and was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Tony was incredible to work with! I’ve heard horror stories about disasters like ours that took months to clear up so when I saw water leaking out of our ceiling, I was expecting the worst. Instead it was all cleared up within a few days and he took care of everything! His quote was much less than the other company’s I got and it included more as well. The other company would only tear everything apart and dry it out. Pursuit restoration put it back together too! I’m so grateful!

This company is amazing! I wish I called them in the very beginning of our ordeal! We had a roof leak and our insurance fought us every step. Pursuit explained the process and how it typically works way better than our adjuster. They also had the proper software or whatever that insurance companies look for as far as estimates so that was so helpful. As far as the actual work, they were always on time or early and worked fast but really well. You can’t tell anything ever happened it looks brand new. Even the paint matched perfectly! Definitely use this company!

Used Pursuit Restoration after getting a fair bid from them. Another restoration company said they would need to tear down the flooring to complete the job and the bid was double that of Pursuit Restoration. i had a family of some sort of rodent under my house in west boise and they were keeping me and my family up all night from the sounds of their scratching against our floors. We called pursuit and within 24 hours we had a kid named parker under my house taking care of it. In maybe 2 hours or so he comes back out and tells me he took care of it. Pursuit Restoration did a very good job at my rental condo remodel. The timing was an issue for us so many materials needed to be bought off the shelf at the local hardware store. Few things could have been done better but because they were rushing they got overlooked, therefore I gave them 4 stars. Overall and at the end, everything I expected them to do was done and the place looked good and satisfactory.
