Here's my experience: I happened to see a sign in my neighborhood for a neighbor getting their roof redone by insurance, so I decided to text the number on the sign. I got in touch with Ben Burdette, who is one of the most responsive contractors I have had the pleasure with of working in Montgomery. Burdette even responded to my text, rather than calling like so many contractors, thus respecting my preferred mode of conversation. We had one or two pre-meetings prior to the roof at my home where he talked to my insurance company and we selected the roof color. He was consistently friendly, patient, and detailed in his explanations. When it came time to put the roof on, I was actually out of the country. He kept me updated with pictures, and I returned to a beautiful new roof! I highly recommend Purple Turtle Roofing to help walk you through the process of getting a new roof.

We had to replace an older metal roof in Tallassee, AL that had not been installed properly over an even older shingle roof. So glad I called Purple Turtle. Their rep Ben Barnett was great throughout the entire process, taking the time to go over the job and explaining all the available options before giving me an estimate. He was always available to answer in questions I had. The crew came on schedule and finished the job in a couple of days, even replacing any decking that had shown signs of rotting. I opted to go with a black asphalt shingle and it looks amazing. Could not recommend this company enough.

The guys even took care to move my plants so they wouldn't get damaged. They worked hard and fast and did a great job with clean up afterwards. I very much recommend Purple Turtle.

Ben Barnett is my husband and I can confidently say that he is committed to his customers. He is always honest and will go above and beyond to make his homeowners happy. How do I know this? I always overhear him talking to them on the phone. He takes so much time to make sure customers understand what they are getting and is so patient in answering their questions. I am so proud of him and know his customers love him because they send him home with little gifts and even zucchini bread once. It was delicious. Anyway I digress. My husband is amazing and Purple Turlte is the best roofing company in Alabama. FULL STOP.

Paul did an excellent job of explaining the process, explaining the science behind the roofing materials, and meeting with our insurance company. His crew replaced our roof in less than two days. We are extremely picky about the appearance of our home, so Paul showed lots of patience with my wife and me. His crew also discovered and repaired holes and water damage from the old roof. We just had a new roof installed by Purple Turtle Roofers. I could not have asked for a better experience. Ben walked us through the process so there were no surprises. Very efficient and easy to work with. I was updated all through the process and everything happened when it was scheduled. The actual roofing crew was amazing.
