Kevin went well above and beyond our expectations! We had some areas of concern in our home and, more or less were searching for peace of mind or if we needed to be concerned and pursue any remediation.

Kevin came to our home within 48 hours, addressed our concerns, took the time to even teach our kids and explain the tools he was using. He provided us education and calmed our nerves.

Certainly would recommend Kevin and his team again and will use them in the future for any of our needs.

Evidently Kevin is much better at analyzing a water and mold situation than I am at posting a review. Thank you, Kevin and I think it was George that was with you. I appreciated the good equipment. You had to measure the moisture in the walls and ceiling floor in our bedroom closet. Thanks for checking downstairs and the good advice regarding another issue if we have any more moisture problems, I know to call now thanks a lot.

Kevin made us #1 priority from the time we called until well after the job was complete. He even called days after they were done to see how the progress was going. I 1000% recommend him and his company. Some people say your emergency does not constitute an emergency on my part but Kevin is 100% opposite of this. Our emergency was also his emergency. Catastrophes struct our Wentzville residence with a watermain rupture in mid-afternoon, Friday May17th 2024. Our lower-level living space was deluged. We panicked;19 invited guest were expected the next day. Kevin Brown, owner and operator of PuroClean, responded to our emergency call and promptly was on service. Kevin adeptly employed thermograph, moisture meters and other advanced devices to map, measure, evaluate and document water and intrusion. Effected were bedroom, family rooms, hallways, closets and utility room. Approximately 16 hours later during our birthday celebration, Kevin's remediation and restoration estimate was received. Work commenced mid-day the following day.
We highly recommend Kevin Brown and PuroClean. He saved our carpet, pads, baseboards. He restored our lower-level spaces to like new condition. This was all accomplished professionally, skillfully and quickly.

Kevin Brown kindly came to our house to see the work we were doing to recover from a laundry room leak that poured water into the walls and ceilings of our finished basement. He complimented us on the work we had done, then outlined twelve remaining steps that he recommended we do to recover and restore our home given a slow leak we discovered while drying the basement wall. He used experience and technology to verify what was leaking and where in our wall, and talked about the steps they would follow to mitigate the condition. He described which steps we could do, and which required outside expertise. We are very grateful to Kevin for his expertise, technology, and guidance. From his guidance, we assembled a twelve-step program to restore our home to a dry and safe condition.

Kevin came out right away and immediately began working to dry out our basement. Only took 2 days with all of the fans and dehumidifier and he offered options for future solutions to prevent another flood that were not expensive. His cost for this service was significantly lower than any other company we have ever worked with. He also had options for other services to contact to resolve our issues at an economical cost. Super impressed by this gentleman and he loved my dogs! He also impressed my husband and that is a hard sell. Thanks Kevin for an amazing job done!

What an incredible difference. We recently purchased a used vehicle, that unfortunately came with the gagging remembrance of the former owner in the form of cigarette smoke. Kevin completely removed the odor,……and was on the job within 24 hours of our request. He gets our top rating,…and the most unique attribute is Kevin talks the talk, and walks the walk. A genuine good and caring person. There is no question,…he will always get our repeat business down the road.

I recently bought a home in Washington and had the usual inspections performed. Mold levels were detected by a company that warranted remediation. I did some research online and decided that PuroClean was the best choice. They did not fail us. They came in and did their own inspection and showed us what the other company had missed (and they missed a lot). Kevin thoroughly explained/showed us what he found and what his recommendations were and provided a quote to do the remediation. I did some online research and found that the quote was pretty much in line with the work to do. Work was scheduled to commence within 2 days, and was completed in 5. Note that the labor was pretty much done on day 1 with a little on day 5. The time inbetween was for letting machinery scrub the air to remove any air borne particles. Kevin and his team showed me their expertise and integrity and have proven to me that they are on your side to get the job done right. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I Recently had some flooding in my basement and was getting mixed advice from contractors on what I needed to do. I Called PuroClean and Kevin (the owner) came out as soon as he could and showed me what was going on with his meters and Infrared camera and gave me really good advice on how to handle the situation. He taught me about the standards for water remediation and repair and how he would handle it if it was his own house. He agreed to treat my basement with and anti-molding agent and gave me the knowledge to handle the rest myself. Even though I didn't need his full services this time he's made a lifelong customer out of me. I will be calling him any time I have water issues from now on because, quite honestly There is no one better. I would recommend him to anyone.

Kevin Brown came by promptly within the next day after calling. I had a minor spill, a few gallons that had soaked into my LVP flooring and ruined it, leaked into the basement. He was friendly, and gave me honest feedback. Didn't feel pressured at all, and he gave me tips on how to save myself money. Would recommend if you have a scare and need someone to give you honest feedback.

We can't rave enough about this service. Our water heater dumped its entire contents into our finished basement and then a water pipe burst when the plumber was filling the water heater. Kevin Brown and his team came within 2 days and vacuumed 90 gallons of water out. They dried the basement, cut the drywall, and moved furniture out so they could remove the carpet. This was all done over 2 weeks. The most important thing is they kept us informed every step along the way. I would highly recommend this company!

Professional and personal response to our issue. Backed up basement with sewage and they were on the job the same day. The owner came out himself and wanted to monitor the situation ASAP for the safety of my family. He walked me through each step and his process. Once I agreed he then worked one on one with my insurance agency and gave them exact details and computer measurements of our basement and did half the work for them. Making it easy for the adjuster to sign in the dotted line and get my basement back to a safe clean environment.

I had PuroClean come out and clean carpets in my home. They did a fantastic job! It was extremely helpful they moved the furniture for me, and an even better surprise they moved it back. They have great customer service, I highly recommend them and will use in the future if needed.
