Leader Construction (Steve) did an excellent job fixing my house. We had a car crash into our house destroying our garages. We had carpentry, drywall, garage doors and brick replaced. Leader did an excellent job we are very satisfied.

Owner Steve Savory, met with my wife and me to present a bid for a covered patio attached to our home. From the start of our project to completion, Steve took great care to order permits, drawings, building materials, and subcontractors. We appreciated his communications by text or in person to keep us informed of who and when various workers would be on site. Our new patio is beautiful.

We absolutely love Steve our builder. He helped us to build an addition to our house. It’s a place fit for a queen. Steve was involved with every detail and very timely. The addition exceeds all expectations. We wish we would have come to him first instead of an architect. Steve can take care of everything.

Leader Construction, Steve Savory, is awesome to work with. He is super honest; everyone he brought in to work, including Steve, are polite, respectful and very kind. He is organized, gives accurate bids without overruns, easy to communicate with and easy to contact; he is very responsive and ensures you are happy with the work. I have hired Steve for three large projects. The first one was to finish the lower-level of my house that included a workout room, game room, media room, office, etc. complicated job; we have loved it and had no issues for 19 years. In 2021 Steve worked with us on a kitchen and garage remodel. He is as efficient, polite and responsive as ever; and most of all the workmanshipa and scheduling are stellar. You cannot go wrong with Leader Construction. It won’t be the least expensive bid you get but he is worth every penny. Steve stands behind his work; and makes sure you get the best deals and qualified guidance from professionals on things like lighting, cabinetry, etc.
