Leader construction has done work on my hoe during the last five years, including roof replacement and porch repair.. I appreciate working with Steve Savory, who is clear and thorough communicating his interpretation of needed repair, along with options and costs. The workers are professional, diligent, and polite. There may be cheaper companies, but Leader and Mr. Savory are dependable from first inquiry to finish.
We used Leader Construction Company for a complete bathroom renovation in my parent's house. Steve was very knowledgable and easy to work with during all phases of the project from design to finish. Communication was clear and provided detailed information on costs, schedule and material availability. Also important, Mom and Dad enjoyed having Steve manage the project. I would highly recommend Leader Construction and will use the again if the occasion arises.
Just needed a few outlets added to my garage. Spoke with Steve who put me in contact with an electrician. Able to come out within a week, do the work quickly. Very nice job. Have used Leader for previous jobs. Will continue to use!
Apparently this did not post a few months ago when I had the outlets installed! Anyway, since then I used Leader to finish my basement. We just bought the house this year and wanted some livable space in the basement. Steve was very communicative and kept things moving at a good pace. We were able to block off a room for storage as well as a separate storage area, make an office and install a bathroom. Flooring and drywall throughout. We were trying to stay on a budget and wanted to do some of the things ourselves to help (painting). Steve worked with us and they got it all done, looks great!! Thank you to all the guys that were a part of this project! Kyle, Jim, Don, Kirk, Juan and of course Kenny and Steve! Thank you all. Highly recommend!
