I run a home inspection business and rely on Checklist Construction to provide accurate and honest evaluations of roofs at the end of their useful life and provide bids if necessary. They did a good job on my Dad's roof and storm damage. The clean up was excellent. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I'm sure I'll do business with them again.

Roof replacement
I can’t say enough good things about Shawn Gammon Checklist Construction. He worked with my insurance company which was a feat in itself. They dropped off a trailer last night about 6 pm, the crew was working at 6 am and cleaned up and was gone at 2:30 pm today. Shawn came by to check the job and made sure nails were picked up. I highly recommend them!

I have been referring my clients to Shaun Gammon for over a year now and I have to say I have never seen a better company. From the excellent customer service to the incredibly professional and thorough inspection to the perfectly completed project these guys are the best!!! 10 stars!!
