I would like to share my experience with Allstate’s mitigation contractor Puro Clean after I had a water leak in our basement.

Dennis, Tim, Josue, Robert were the first responders.

Josue and Robert did them actual demo/floor removal. Then Josue remained in contact after the source was identified and fixed. Josue brought in dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area, removed the flush tank/seat and the vanity, removed the damaged baseboards and cut the flood-wall all along the affected area. This all started 2/19/2025, finally today, Josue returned to our home, removed some 9 blower (the included the dehumidifier) and confirmed that the area is dry now. I thank Puro Clean and all their associates for such a great help especially during this tough time of ours. Excellent service and amazingly professional and friendly staff.

These guys were great. Very professional and knew what they were doing. Job was done quick and I got more than expected. Highly recommended.

Following a major water leak inside our house, my insurance company contacted PuroClean to assess the damage and take action to prevent further damage. PuroClean began work the same day and worked long and hard the first day to start the drying process. They removed a large amount of ceiling and wall sheetrock, flooring, baseboard and quarter round, and carpet. They ran fans and heaters for several days to ensure the floors, walls, and ceiling were dry to prevent mold. Throughout the cleanup process they performed very well and their project manager for the work remained in close contact to assure our satisfaction. We were very pleased with their work.

PuroClean was immediately available and did a quick, thorough job. Josue and Cody were very nice and took the time to answer all of our questions with kindness during a stressful time.

My experience with PuroClean has been nothing short of amazing. The team that was always on site doing the beautiful work was made up of Nick and Caleb - - two terrific young men. In addition to doing a great job, they were always friendly. My German Shepherd loved them, as they would always pet her when going to and from their vehicles across the yard. I was also trying to declutter other areas of the house, and they would assist me with lifting the bags into the dumpster. All in all, this has been a pleasant cleanup experience after the disaster that required them to be here in the first place. Great, great work!
There were others who were here, too, and Tim was a great supervisor - - he was here just enough to see that things were going well! I'm very thankful for all the guys whose names I don't remember. All worked hard and did a great job!

Puroclean’s Cody and his staff were prompt, professional and did a great job to mitigate our water damage and dry things out. When he was done everything was left clean and he left one is the hey appliance usable until the repair crew can get here. Definitely recommend !

Cody Vick, the lead Technician, handled the water damage clean up with efficiency, professionalism, timeliness, and top notch communication/knowledge/skills. Most of all, I appreciated his kindness and compassion as this was a stressful, upsetting, and surreal event in my home. Cody is number one in his field and I highly recommend him.

Beltex were professional, courteous knowledgeable. Found the problem within 20 minutes fix the problems clean the house PO clean is definitely to be considered anytime you have water damage or problem. No one else can solve. They will get it done.

Working with PuroClean was so easy. Tim was so patient with me as I had a lot of questions and there were delays due to insurance issues. The crew was great as well. I also worked with Ed on the repairs and he was amazing. He followed up to make sure I was 100% satisfied even down to the smallest detail. Customer service like that is hard to find. I only wish I had found PuroClean sooner!

Our family experienced a small fire in our hall bathroom that caused some smoke and soot damage to spread to other parts of our home. The thought of how we were going to clean up and feel safe in our home in the days following our emergency was overwhelming. Excellent service by PuroClean at our home cleaning up from a failed water pipe. The teams were very responsive, courteous, respectful of our home, and did a great job.

After being gone this summer I returned home to find a water leak and extensive damage.Leak was fixed and Pro Clean was quickly on the scene.So far mold has been removed as well as my drywall everything has been dried out! Now the restoration process begins! All those that I have come in contact with are Awesome and I thank you all !!! Keep all updated if any of you have issues this is the company to cal!

A friend shared information a about the company. I told her I had roof leaks and possible mold in my attic. She had them contact me and they came and inspected the same day. The gentleman was honest, trustworthy and very customer service driven. He went in the attic on both floors and inspected everything and took his time. The great news-no mold. The best news- I will use them if I ever have a need and I will most definitely pass their name around. Thank you Lori Q for recommending them.

This company is beyond amazing. I had a roof leak and water poured into my living room and I didn’t know whether to cry or what. I called puroclean and they were there immediately. We refer clients to this office regularly. With water damage it is important to get it cleaned up fast before it starts to mold. Every time we call them they are there same day to start the cleanup while other companies make you schedule an appointment weeks in advance. While out of town our upstairs toilet tank broke and flooded our home. PuroClean came in before we got home and went to work to get things under control. They were amazing, when we walked in a day later, they begun removing water damaged material and started drying out our home. Great bunch of guys, hardworking and very good at communicating status and next steps. After everything was dried out, they brought their restoration crews in and had us back to normal quickly. The remediation crew was quick and polite and reasonably priced. Rob and the repair group worked to get us the best care we could have. They were quick and did an amazing job. I think it looks even better than it did before the damage and you can't tell where the repairs were done.

Dan led a very professional team from PuroClean following the flood of our down stairs and crawl space. Dennis sent out a team with equipment the same day we called. Dan along with Cody, Logan, Rob, Joey, Chris and Jeff from the Warrenton office did a great job drying our hardwood floors and the crawl space. They worked coordinating directly with our insurance adjuster over a three week period and I can say that if you have an emergency and need fast and professional help, this is the team for you. Rob and his team stepped in quickly to mitigate a water damage situation with considerable damages. He worked well with our insurance adjuster and coordinated services with the plumber handling a water heater installation. He was professional and courteous to all, including our 12-year old blind poodle. Clean up was thorough and the job was efficiently completed to our satisfaction.
