I wish there was a ten star option to award Kelly's Construction. We were extremely nervous about replacing the siding on our 1875 Victorian farmhouse. The 40 year old aluminum siding had been through one too many hurricanes, and was looking pretty rough. In an effort to maintain the original appearance of the home, we wanted a 4 inch plank style siding, vs traditional vinyl to cover the original juniper/white cedar siding underneath. Luckily, Kelly's had multiple products to offer, and we went with the Everlast luxury vinyl plank siding in the 4.5" reveal. But the siding was just part of the project....Not only is Justin extremely knowledgeable about the challenges with siding an old home, he made several suggestions to improve the look of the front porch and back of the home, all which ensured the original look was maintained. All of his suggestions were spot on. Their estimate was very fair, and we were glad to hear they had a crew of workers who had been with them for many, many years. Ralph, Steve, and his other team members are so talented. We cannot say enough about how thankful we are to Ralph's (foreman) attention to detail and commitment to treating our home as his own. Ralph used his talents to create optical illusions to ensure the siding and windows looked level, despite 148 years of settling. Steve, built out our backdoor wall, raised up the threshold and installed a truncated door, ensuring the installation would prevent any future water damage to the home. They installed beautiful fiberglass columns, leveling out the front porch roof. Their 'old school' work ethic and years of experience are evident in the final product. They are friendly, punctual, and respected our property by cleaning up at the end of every day. Lastly, we truly appreciate that they did not rush through the job, despite it taking longer than initially expected (old homes are full of surprises). We have received so many compliments on the work they have done. We strongly recommend their services.

We had Kelly's come out and give us a very, very fair quote for residing our house, gutters, trim and windows. We got four other quotes and ultimately chose them. The crew they sent out was absolutely amazing! Those guys worked so hard and did an excellent job. They were patient with explaining the quirks that come with an older house and how they overcame those challenges. I was very impressed how well they tidied up after it was all done. Outstanding crew, all around!

We had a fantastic experience with Kelly's! From start to finish their team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and expertise! The installation of our new gutters was seamless and efficient. Will definitely continue to use Kelly's!

If there’s an option 0 that’s what rating they will get. We requested them to replace our back door, they came by and checked. Called us back how much the price and we agreed that they will do the job.We never received the quote by email as he said or returned our call. We still try to call just to check and we never heard from them. They ghosted us!!!

Probably the worst I have seeing when it comes to response to customers. I called, text messaged, voice mailed and never got a reply. I was trying to get a quote, but ended up going with another company. With all the bad reviews that I see here, I wonder how they keep the Best Business Bureau rating at A+.

I would like to take the opportunity to comment Mr. Tucker and the crew that worked with him. They did a wonderful job with the repairs at my home. They were very professional, polite and diluent during the time they were at my home. I would use your company again if needed without a doubt and recommend you to anyone that ask me.

Kelly’s Construction installed windows and siding on my home a couple years ago. They did an outstanding job. Justin was very helpful and assisted me with selecting color of siding. I had to contact them a couple weeks ago for a couple pieces of siding for some work being done on my home. They were very responsive. They do quality work. I would recommend this company.

Absolutely satisfied with the job done by Kelly's Construction. Their professionalism and work ethic is unmatched. Justin explained the job in detail and how much it would cost, no surprises. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use Kelly's Construction for all my future home improvements. The price was also reasonable compared to quotes from other contractors. Very satisfied customer!

I called this company and spoke with a lady named Kim. I had a customer that wanted a quote on getting his home wrapped with flashing which was a job to large for my small business. The customer wanted Kelly's construction to give him a call to set up an appointment. Kim told me since i only had his last name, phone number and city location that it was not enough information and he would need to contact them directly. to speak with them. Unfortunately I will no longer be recommending Kelly's construction in the future because of Ki'm''s unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to make a simple phone call to a future customer. I found another company who was more than happy to call the customer and set up an appointment. Obviously Kelly's don't want the business so take my advice and don't waste your money with this company.

Kelly's Construction just installed 9 replacement windows on my 20 year old condo. When you see their adds on tv it is for larger homes, I wasn't sure they would even be interested in my small job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Justin came right out to talk about the job, never trying to pressure me into more bells and whistle than I needed. Took the measurements while he was here. Justin's professionalism and knowledge made it easy to choose Kelly's! Then came Ralph and his crew to install and you could not have asked for a group more respectful, experienced and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions. Their work was so thorough and neat I had no touch ups that had to be done.

Absolutely amazing! So happy with the new windows and siding on our 80 year old Norfolk home. As the “lead”, Ralph is hard working, skilled and knowledgeable of what it takes to “redo” an older home. Ralph, Randall and the team did an awesome job, taking tremendous pride in their work. Not only are we excited about the look of our “new” home, the neighbors enjoyed watching the transformation and several have said they plan to contact Kelly’s for future home projects. Though Kelly’s was not the least expensive of three quotes, Justin provided great information and shared his vision of the finished product and we have no doubt that we made the right decision to go with Kelly’s Construction. Call them! You will be glad you did!,

First I used website to set up a quote for siding, windows, and trim. NO RESPONSE for a week. So I called and set up an appointment time, individual came out looked at the house, said he would get back with a quote. Next day, no quote, so i called (Friday) and he said would have it by Monday. No quote. Wednesday I sent an email asking for quote. No response or quote. If you cannot trust a company to give a simple quote, how can you trust them to do the job.

Kellys construction installed windows and gutters on my home. They were in and out. You wouldn't even know they were there. They cleaned up after themselves. I worked with Justin and he answered my questions. The only downfall is they are behind, so if you want them, get on the waiting list. Justin came out and changed out a busted screen and answered all my questions. The true rating will come when and if there is an issue. Overall, great success. Jamie at the front desk was very helpful as well.

Not worth your money. They left a lot of holes around my two story house. And just want to put plastic around it. For $16500 they should have done a better job. Yes I have the right company. You did my sidings in 2015. I had to stay on your workers and I learned later when I went up in my attic that they didn’t do their job because I saw the holes that I told Papa Smurf to fix wasn’t done. And I don’t appreciate it not being done because I paid a lot of money. And your lead guy , I believe his name was Josh, was upset with me he didn’t come get the rest of your money. I had to bring you a cashiers check. My house looks good on the outside and messed up underneath and all you care about is a negative review. If I know then what I know now you would be in court. And I still have my receipt from you. I guess I should post that with the holes you covered!

First Class Contractor! I had new gutters installed recently, and these guys knocked it out of the park! Not only did they do an absolutely professional job at hanging the gutters, but it was noticing how EVERYTHING was spotless when I got home! Not a trace of debris or a scrap of the old gutters! Pride in Craftsmanship would be how I would best describe Kelly's Construction! I now have a Go-To Contractor I can trust! Thanks to all you Guys!!!

They did a great job on my new roof, as well as some other work. They are my go to shop for outside work now.

I’ve just recently had Kelly’s Construction install 13 replacement windows in my home. I am glad that I chose this company. Kelly’s was not the cheapest quote, but it was far from the most expensive. It took them a little while to get to my job, but it was worth the short wait — if they did poor work they wouldn’t have a long line of customers! The sales crew, installation crew, and lady on the phone were all very patient and pleasant. I was quite impressed with how much respect the installation crew showed my home and the people in it. There was almost no mess to clean up inside. The final product looks fantastic. I love the windows, I love the the way the installation of the windows appear, and I’m satisfied that I’ve received a quality job. I’ve had a few friends in need of windows ask about my experiences with Kelly’s and I’ve encouraged them to strongly consider using Kelly’s.

It is so refreshing to deal with a business that evidences honesty, integrity, and cooperation in addition to their expertise. The company is well represented by Justin Finch who is an excellent contact person. Their price range is reasonable and I am pleased with their workmanship. I highly recommend Kelly's.

I recently had new windows and siding installed by Kelly's Construction, Inc. on my rental home in Newport News. Since I live out-of-state I was dependent on texts and phone calls from Justin to give me advice and to answer my questions. He was honest, helpful, easy to work with, and prompt in his responses. I also found the price to be more reasonable than some other companies that had given me quotes. The installation team was courteous and professional. They had to work around rain delays, and they put in long days to accomplish the work in a timely manner. When the project was completed it looked like a brand new house. I definitely made the right decision when I went with Kelly's....it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this company!

We bought an old home with a desperate need of 9 new windows. Without a doubt the best money I have ever spent on home improvement. I monitored the humidity in the house before and after with hydrogmeters and the new windows reduced the humidity from an average of 62% down to 51%. While the temperature in the house remained consistent with the thermostat setting, the house definitely felt cooler because of the windows. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to make their home better. From the admin personnel to the installation team they were amazing. Justin in particular was a consummate professional and honest with the different types of windows available as well as the best bargain for the price.
