We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling that resulted in some mold. Duke and Gage got rid of the portions of our bathroom walls, ceiling, and floor tile that was damaged. They also eliminated the mold. Before leaving, they cleaned up all dust and debris thoroughly. Plus, they were very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough great things about this company. Came home on a weeknight to find our hot water heater burst, flooding our entire basement. We found PuroClean through our insurance reco list. I called and they were at our home in under TWO hours. They stayed for a few hours drying everything and getting it under control. They also moved everything for us and took all the trash / destroyed items away.

We are so thankful for them and all the work they did. Gage was so professional and awesome at communicating, always calling to let us know he’s already on the way. Dee and Peter saw through our entire project start to finish and were amazing.

Puroclean were highly professional and promptly addressed the issues I had. They finished up ahead of time and under budget. I highly recommend them.

Overall did an ok job of our water mitigation, they were quick to arrive the day I called, and eventually got everything dry. My main complaints:

1. I was told twice that I didn’t need to move items out of my basement and that they would take care of it, but only thing that they moved was the damaged flooring they removed and one rug. Instead of leaving a large portion of wet items in the basement, I ended up moving countless wet items out of the basement myself. (One picture for example in this review shows about 1/3 that I moved myself).

2. Near completion, I was assured multiple times that the walls in one finished room were dry enough (and that they took readings) and didn’t need any sheet rock removed. I finally pushed for them to remove some of the wall (which they tried to tell me was wood paneling when it wasn’t), and of course there was moisture behind the wall. If I had listened to the “experts” I would have no doubt had mold in my basement in the future. And come to think of it, prob will have mold behind the actual wood paneling on one wall which they didn’t check because they told me “mold doesn’t grow on wood”.

3. I wish communication from their office was better. I received zero notifications when the team would be returning following the initial visit, so I stayed home waiting around not knowing if there needed to be let in to check on fans/dehumidifiers. A simple heads up goes a long way!

TL:DR they did a mediocre job and tried to tell me walls didn’t have moisture when they definitively did.

Gage and Peter were informative, organized and thorough when doing the remediation work at my home. Though I hope never to have mold issues going forward, I would readily use Puro Clean for mold remediation again.

So pleased with my experience so far. They came out to assess asap and were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Thanks Gage and Josh for making this experience much less stressful!

Nigel and his team are great. They offer a much better service than other water mitigation companies. They are not as destructive and very friendly and helpful.

The PuroClean Auburn team assigned to my case, lead by Kelley, has been great.
From the start Kelley has been super helpful, and continues to follow up, offering support during the remodel. She handled the insurance side of it, and got the placed cleaned thoroughly. They packed all my stuff and furniture, and moved it into storage (and will be moving it back into my home eventually).
They were SO friendly, helpful, and professional. Cathy was also a great resource trying to find alternative housing for me.
Hopefully I won't have to, but they're who l'll call if I need these services in the future.

This review is long overdue! I was out of the country when the water heater in a family member's condo broke and flooded not just her condo but the owner below her. I had never dealt with anything like this and now I was overseas-different time zone and no knowledge of where to start. Fortunately, I found PuroClean! I called them on Memorial Day and they responded immediately! Kelley was amazing-kind, patient responsive and immediately had the team jump into action. Within hours they were on site. Andy and his team handled what was a very difficult situation with such compassion and empathy. Moved into a new house and some mold was found in the attic during the inspection. PuroClean gave a detailed and reasonable quote and was able to come take care of the issue in a short amount of time. No issues with the mold being removed. However, since part of the attic has no light in it, I put my battery powered Ryobi spotlight up there to help the technicians see better, since they didn't have one. What I didn't realize is that the spotlight would end up getting soaking wet and covered in chemicals during the process. This ended up completely destroying the battery, which alone cost $189. I informed the technicians and contacted the company multiple times but they never reimbursed me or replaced the battery, despite saying that they would. Disappointed that they still haven't resolved the issue multiple months later.

We had a situation where we needed sewage clean up at our property and decided to use Puro Clean of Auburn. They were on site within an hour and did an excellent job of clean up. Thank you!

I used Puro Clean for an emergency water clean up for my home. Travis at the N. Atl Metro Office came out immediately to access the damage, installed fans to dry my home, and came back to demo the damaged area. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
