My house and deck have needed a de-mossing and pressure washing for a few years and I kept putting it off. Last year I collected advertising from some Warrenton ad papers and magazines and did nothing. This year I saw an ad for ARK Services and called. Tom, the owner came out the next day. His price was right in line with what I saw last year and I was impressed with his pressure washing rig. He got back to me the following day and set a time weather permitting, to wash everything. I had algae on the 4 year old siding and heavy moss on the chimney. I removed all of the window screens so the years of built up crud could be removed. After he finished it was a night and day difference. My front porch wraps around the side to a wood deck and screened porch on the back. He did the apron on the garage as well as the front walkway. I’m 100% pleased and would recommend Tom and ARK Services to anyone. It’s so nice to pull into my driveway to see a clean house and be happy that I protected my investment in my home.

The north side was covered with green algae, and now looks spotless. We said he didn't have to worry about the screened in porch, but he cleaned it anyway. Very professional, courteous and efficient. This place definitely deserves their super high 5 star rating. Everything was easy and professional from my end - couldn't be happier. From scheduling online with online estimates, Tom came out on time and worked hard - the quality of work was super high. Our place has trees nearby and we get lots of staining from them including areas high up or on hills. He had the place looking amazing after it had been collecting sap for a while. Work was done faster than I expected and quality top notch.

Tom did an excellent job removing the oxygenation on my vinyl siding. When he came out to give me an estimate he took extra time to treat a sample area on my house to make sure I’d be happy with the result before I committed to the job. He was always on time and communicated well via emails, calls and texts. Tom came back out immediately to address some areas on my house that needed a second treatment. He was knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. He clearly takes pride in his work.

So pleased with the house cleaning work Tom did on our house today.

He was on time, courteous and respectful of our property.

He explained what he was going to do and asked us if we had any concerns.

I was worried about my plants and he explained how he was going to protect them and make sure they were OK.

Once Tom finished, he walked us around the house, letting us know of issues he saw (AKA Wasp nest that he was able to remove and an issue with a soffit.)
