Look no further! We had all our doors and windows replaced by Paul Henry's Windows in March 2025 and couldn't be happier with the results. From our initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire experience was wonderful. Paul Henry was most helpful guiding us through the selection process and Ashley Rose's office assistance was spot on. The installation crews were amazing. For doors, Wesley was the lead with DeWayne and Tim assisting. And, for the windows, the lead was Brad with the assistance of Kayden. They all were professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived on time, worked diligently and left our house spotless. The new doors and windows are great and noticeably improve the energy efficiency of our home. We highly recommend Paul Henry's Windows to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality door and window replacement company.

I really enjoyed working with Paul Henry’s Windows. A few things stood out to me:
1. The owner came for the initial visit
2. He brought references and insurance info to the first consultation
3. They do not subcontract the work so they were directly accountable for their work
4. When an unforeseeable structural issue came up, they took care of it with no fuss and no added cost to us
5. Their admin staff are very communicative and responsive letting you know where you are in the process and promptly answering any questions
6. They just do a good job, the windows look great and are exactly what is needed in the space. I have enjoyed them so much this spring!

We are extremely pleased by the work that Paul Henry’s did on our house! They replaced our front door, and the door from our laundry room to the garage (installing a fire door and bringing it up to code after the contractor who built our house installed the wrong type and style of door).

Paul explained the products well when doing the estimate, the doors are high quality, the installation crew was polite and professional, and the front office reached out a couple months later to verify all was still good.

After some bad experiences with past contractors when building our house, my husband and I are a bit jaded. However, Paul Henry’s is top notch, and we 100% recommend this company.

The job done for me involved two windows removed and replaced with French doors opening out to a deck. The brick siding on the house had to be cut for the larger opening and made to look like it was original. Everyone was exceptional! They asked questions and gave me the opportunity to make decisions before the work was complete, with meant I wasn’t asking them to re-do things. It’s surprising how rare this is. The doors are absolutely beautiful! I’m glad I chose Paul Henry’s and Marvin doors. I will definitely call them again.

We did not have a good experience with Paul Henry Windows. After signing the contract in mid-April and paying a $20,000 deposit (on a 40,000 total), they kept delaying the installation. It was originally scheduled for mid-August, and when August came around, they rescheduled it for December. They showed up on Dec 18 and sent only a two-man crew. One of the reasons we went with them was their supposedly thorough installation which requires removing existing window sills and inside sheetrock. Unfortunately, that creates a lot of disruption and dirt in the house. Because they sent only two men, the job took them nine days. Nine days before and after Christmas in which our house was in complete turmoil. That, as you can imagine, was very disruptive. Furthermore, the week before our scheduled date, our son had a bad snowboarding accident and spent three days in the ICU with a brain bleed and concussion. We took him home the day before Paul Henry's started their work and frankly, for the week before that date, we were focused on our son and not the scheduled window installation. Our son was still very, very ill the first week they worked. Moving our date would have moved it to Spring, so that was out of the question. Because of his accident (for which we had to travel out of town to get him), we were behind in preparing the house (blinds down, drapes down, furniture moved). Even though I had two rooms ready to go, and was ready to prepare more as they worked, they changed the order in which they wanted to install the windows and insisted on starting in rooms that were not prepared. They started taking the blinds down (rather than letting me do it). To add insult to everything, they tacked on a $900.00 extra charge for the blinds they spent a total of about two hours removing. They never even apologized for the long delay and for then sending just a two-man crew and they showed no sympathy or empathy for the fact that we were focused on our sick son. They thanked us for our months of patience by assessing that ridiculous added charge. I think the hourly rate the neurosurgeon charged us was lower than the hourly rate they charged us for the blinds they took down. In sum, the entire experience with that company has been a big disappointment. Smooth sales pitch but poor customer service.

I had 6 windows installed by Paul Henry's Windows in April 2023. The main reason that I got the windows was to reduce street noise that I was experiencing in my bedroom and bathroom. The windows are fine and the installers were friendly, but there has been no reduction in street noise. I am not naive. I wasn't expecting soundproof windows, but I was hoping for some noise reduction. I am not sure if there was an issue with the insulation around the windows or whether spray foam should have been used to create a more airtight seal. Overall, it has not turned out to be a worthwhile purchase.

We had our entryway replaced and it was done quickly and extremely well. It looks fabulous and we are very happy with this quality replacement. Very professional and the entire area inside and out was left very clean.

Mark & Kevin did a wonderful job installing a new front door and a back sliding glass door. Friendly, competent, and did a great job overall. Highly recommend this company and their prices were excellent compared to others.

Once we decided we were going have our 14 windows, two entrance and storm doors and our patio door replaced we got estimates from several businesses including Paul Henry. Paul seemed to be the most knowledgeable and personable of everyone we spoke with. His company wasn’t the lowest bidder nor the highest but our interaction with Paul and his knowledge and presentation made our decision easy. He met with us at least three different times as we had so many questions that needed to be answered. We decided to go with the ProVia Endura vinyl windows which are double hung having TLA-UV triple pane glass with argon gas and super spacer, the ProVia Signet oak entry doors and ProVia storm doors along with a ProVia Endure sliding patio door.

Once everything arrived the installation team of Brad and James was on time each and every day. They were both extremely professional and polite and hit the ground running from the moment they arrived each day until they were finished. I cannot say enough good things about Paul, his company and Brad and James. I would highly recommend Paul Henry Windows to anyone who is looking to have new windows and doors installed. Knowledgeable, experience, professionalism and politeness… I would definitely be using this company for any future projects such as gutters, roofing, etc.

I spoke to 5 window companies and Paul was by far the most knowledgeable and provides top quality products. I think we had Paul out 3 times as we kept adding windows to our job. The new 9' french style sliding door that Paul recommended is a real centerpiece! Daniel and Wes were very professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job with the install. They arrived on time each day and answered all questions. Katy was always available in the front office for scheduling and questions. I can't say enough good things about Paul and the team. Paul, Mark, Kevin, Bryan, and Katy were all wonderful to work with. They were so kind to our kids and were very considerate of our space while they worked. We are really pleased with the results!

The owner, Paul, came to our home, took measurements, and provided us with an estimate for our windows and a sliding glass door for our deck. The estimate was substantially lower than estimates that we had from other firms in Northern Virginia, and the quality of the windows was superior as well. Delivery took a while due to the pandemic, but when the windows and doors arrived the installation team came when scheduled and did a fantastic job. We could not be more pleased with our new windows and sliding glass door. Please shop local, we highly recommend this fantastic local company.

I had to replace our Wood Sliding French Door and Paul came out, talked to us, and we put together a plan. Paul came out again with color samples so we could match the exterior and we put together a contract.

I was in touch with Katy quite often with contract payment, status updates, and general communication. Katy is super friendly, professional, and helpful.

When the custom door was in, Brian Henry called and we scheduled an installation date.

On installation day, Daniel Henry and Wes came out. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Their work was on point. They did a great job assembling the door, squaring off the frame, and getting it in. They were very neat, didn't damage our existing paint at all, and did a solid job. After installation, they cleaned up everything as if they were never here.

The door is beautiful, works as designed, and I'm glad I went with a higher quality door. Paul Henry's prices were close to several other companies that I got estimates from. They won me over with their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. I absolutely made the right choice going with Paul Henry's Window Installation.

Paul Henry experience was fantastic. From the in home meeting with Mr Henry to the day we had our windows installed. We plan on doing many more projects with Mr Henry.

A great experience from start to finish in replacing my basement patio door. An excellent family owned and managed business. Paul, the owner, manages the estimates, his spouse handles the contracts, and his brother and son do the installation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and committed to customer service. Daniel, the owner's son, did the installation with a little help from his uncle. He was right on time for the scheduled installation and did an exceptional job installing our new patio door. It was obvious that he took pride in his work. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Finally, a contractor who is honest, reliable, does a great job and where you deal with family members -- not subcontractors.

Patrick in Sales was outstanding and very patient with my numerous questions. He continuously followed up and gave an excellent demonstration. Cali was very pleasant to speak with and showed me around the showroom despite the late hour. She also gave great support in providing financing information. Paul was wonderful and committed to working with me on the timing of the installation.

Daniel led a great installation crew. The care and attention to detail in the installation was over the top. The installers are all Paul Henry employees and showed their expertise in insulating and trimming the frames. The installation quality alone is enough reason to choose this company. Brian followed up and gave a patient tutorial on the mechanics of the window – worth it, as the Soft-Lite window is a well-made and robust window.

I will definitely invite this company back to help with future projects. The installation and product they provide is top of the line and a great value!

Truly professional crew who installed our six windows. They were on time. The work was exceptional and they were finished early afternoon. They left the place probably cleaner than they found it. Would certainly recommend this company. They weren't the lowest bidder on the project, but they certainly provided an excellent bang for the buck.

They installed new windows, doors, siding, soffits, and gutter on my whole house; their work was fantastic! They also willingly repaired an issue that they could have claimed was not their fault; no haggling required. You might find a contractor that is cheaper, but you will get what you pay for.
