This is my second time using Trevor and Pure Properties LLC for some outdoor contracting needs. The first time they built a customized awning over my back deck door that perfectly matched the exterior decor of my house. Most recently they remodeled and rebuilt two staircases for me. Their work is highly professional, top quality, fairly priced, completed in a reasonable time frame and definitely to my satisfaction. Very good communication throughout the process including a quick turnaround on the quote. I will continue to use these guys in the future and highly recommend them for your contracting needs.

I cannot recommend Trevor and his crew more highly.
We had a leak in an outdoor faucet, and Trevor and team came out straightaway, solved the problem, and then re-tiled the floors in our kitchen and laundry room, as well as three bathrooms.
I feel so fortunate that Trevor and team are the ones who came to the rescue!
They are fabulous - start to finish!

We had an amazing experience with Trevor and his team . It was our first experience renovating. I was pretty nervous as I didn’t know what to expect or how would that would affect our family with kids, but it has been a smooth sailing for renovating 2 bathrooms and adding an extension to one of them , the work was organized , efficient and very tidy , everyone made sure they clean the area before they left for the day, especially Mike .

Trevor and his crew were awesome to work with and did a great job fixing my leaking water line and my foyer replacing water damaged flooring with rock flooring. Thanks for the great and professional job!!

Their team did a major repair on a shower leak, then retiled the bathroom. It was a big job and was beyond the average bath update. They were on time, professional (totally careful and neat) and the end result looks and feels perfect. We've had work done before on several houses and we know what quality work is. Highly recommend.

We had our kitchen/dining room, entry, and 2 bathrooms remodeled. Trevor is easy to work with, responsive and professional. The materials used were very good quality. Best of all the work was completed on time!

Communication was outstanding. Always kept us up to date on progress. Painters were amazing - we will hire again. And simply put, they are kind people with impeccable professionalism.

I received an estimate for my very small spare bathroom. And after looking at the estimate I realized it looked more like the estimate for a huge master bathroom. I submitted a counter estimate proposal and never heard anything back. I do not understand why you have an option for a counter proposal if you don’t get back in touch with a prospective customer. Also, you wrote up the estimate on the 16th, or at least that’s when I received it by email, but at the top right, the “proposal date” is listed as August 1st. It makes it appear as though you proposed the estimate on the first of August but that’s not possible because you didn’t even come look at my bathroom until August 9th. So why you dated the proposal as August 1st is beyond me. I also wasn’t given an option to buy my own tile like some other customer ( Dawn Gleasure) said they did in these reviews. In my proposal it says contractor purchases the tile. My husband already told him when he came out that we were going to buy ALL the materials. But in the proposal he wrote it up so that he would be the one buying everything…….NO! I can get all of those materials way cheaper than what this outrageous quote was. But the point is moot anyway since you never bothered to get back in touch with me and the estimate expired yesterday. I definitely would not recommend.

Postscript - And they don’t respond to anything you ask them. I asked for a reworking of the numbers and never heard anything back. Plus I didn’t like the fact that when Trevor showed up and talked to my husband he walked in my newly remodeled kitchen with his shoes on!! I had floor coverings down in the front room and hallway leading to the bathroom. He was there to look at my bathroom, but his eyes were glazing over everything in the kitchen with his dirty shoes on. I think this company only acts this way ( no respect or regard for your new kitchen floors) towards, “certain folks” If you know what I mean, then you know what I mean.

They came very quickly to locate and remediate an extensive leak. They also have the resources to repair and couldn't have asked to have my house back to normal any faster.

I cannot say enough kind words about Trevor and the company he keeps. We had a massive issue with an unknown upstairs water leak in an almost 100-year-old house in Ardmore. We needed a total remodel upstairs and downstairs for the floor and ceiling damage.

Trevor was reliable, intelligent, and very hands-on during the time it took to complete two projects, not to mention a really cool guy to talk to. His background in graphic design allows him to see things uniquely and spatially. I enjoyed designing with him and running my thoughts on the new rooms by him. He always shot it straight, telling me what was doable versus telling me what I wanted to hear. He has a deep faith and solid integrity. I could trust him, and that's what you need in someone repairing and rebuilding your home.

In addition, his crew were so polite, respectful, and always very thoughtful in how they left our house each day. I was so impressed with how they cleaned up after each day. So were my neighbors who had a remodeling job from another company last year. Apparently, that's not common, but these guys were amazing!

I grew to know how they took their coffee because a remodel job is not something to enter lightly. You have to create a working relationship. It takes a commitment to patience, constant communication, and the willingness to embrace the inevitable hiccups along the way with a good attitude. Trevor has all of those qualities.

I love, love, love my new bathrooms and the overall revisions we incorporated throughout the house. These weren't changes we were expecting, no one wants water damage, but we came out of a really big mess, with a pretty awesome house! All of the updates to the structure and plumbing and "vibe" of the house will be something we will enjoy for many years.

I cannot speak highly enough of Pure Properties. Being a real estate agent, I know the importance of a good contractor. When preparing a remodel on my house, I obtained numerous quotes. My remodel included both interior and exterior work. They were able to do it all unlike others. The work was top-notch; the subcontractors were professional and detailed. But what I feel separated them was their daily communication and on-time delivery. They listened! They care! You will not go wrong using Pure Properties!

Pure Properties did a great job of scraping and repainting my popcorn ceilings, drywall repair and repainting inside my house, and backsplash tile installation.

They were very responsive and detail-oriented. The work was professionally done, all cleanup was taken care of, with excellent communication.

They came, demolished the old deck, and created a new one in two days. This deck is much stronger and better than the previous one. I would highly recommend this team.

Trevor and Richard at Pure Properties we’re really great to work with to install a window in our kitchen. We appreciated their attention to detail throughout the quoting process and their transparency when it came to who was doing what and when—and they didn’t give us a hard time when we asked about how to lower costs—like doing the painting ourselves. They knew their team and their capabilities, and were confident and respectful as they moved in and out of our home (something which we’ve not been able to eat about other companies, especially have a bunch of little kids in our family). We’ll happily come to Pure Properties first with the next job we need done.

We are very impressed by the professionalism, and skill of Pure Properties. Our new home came with a miserable little bathroom with a plastic insert shower tub. Other generic quick installation shower companies were too expensive for the quality of work they advertise. We called Trever, and Pure Properties, to put in a walk-in floor-to-ceiling tile shower. He came within the week to talk with us about shower design, and installation. Trever made sure we knew exactly what construction and waterproofing was needed to change our tub to a shower with no surprise expenses. We were able to purchase our own large tile, and the tiler did a fantastic job with the tile design. Everyone who worked on our project was respectful of our time, and our home. Luis, Gio, Jesus, and Jean did a wonderful job! We appreciate all their diligence, and hard work.

These guys are AMAZING! I had quite a bit of "odd jobs" that needed done and one really big project and the whole team was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. They repaired some damaged sheetrock in both of our bathrooms (BIG job), repainted, touched up our trim and our favorite part is our new DECK! They tore down the old one, worked in the rain and the snow to deliver my dream deck. They even problem solved how to engineer a gate and a table for my laundry room that I saw on Pinterest . This whole team is unstoppable and I highly recommend them. We already have our next slew of projects on the books!

We use PureProperties for all of our home projects for our 40+ year old house and they are the best!! On time, very professional, a great team, go over everything thoroughly with you beforehand so no surprises, clean up afterwards, and are very cost wise and not over the top budget wise- very, very honest company!!
Highly recommend them - they do a nice follow up too to make sure the work was done to your satisfaction and there were no issues still remaining!

We finally got to remodel our kitchen and Pure Properties LLC did an awesome job. Five stars is not enough to rate this company, we’d give Trevor and his team 10 stars and more. We are very happy with how our kitchen turned out. Trevor and his team were very professional, humble and worked very hard to complete our kitchen. We had a wall between the living room and kitchen/dining removed to make it an open concept. The whole kitchen was gutted. We also got new oak hardwood flooring. It turned out exactly how we visioned it would be. We have never had any other contractors reply back so soon as Trevor did, always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend getting any remodeling done with Pure Properties LLC. They are the BEST!

Trevor and his team recently completed a project at our home. We live in a historic home that is 122 years old. Trevor and his team were professional and sensitive to the period esthetics of the house’s original construction. The team was courteous and kept the work areas affected by the construction clean and free of debris. They were punctual and kept us informed as the project progressed. We had work done to replace bricks that had broken down and disintegrated on our chimney. Trevor’s brick mason, Nick did a fantastic job of stitching in replacement brick and blending in the mortar. You can not tell that the bricks have been replaced they blend in so well. Even the clean up was great. Looks like they were never here........ but the bricks have been replaced.

Trevor and his guys did a great job (after heavy rains caused the septic system to backup into my basement). They worked quickly with excellent quality, and very respectful to me tenant and myself. I'd recommend Pure Construction without hesitation.

Replaced attic stairs. All work was done professionally and the finished job was excellent. This was a small job, but after seeing the finished job, I would recommend Pure Construction Co for the quality of work they do.
