If it was possible to give higher than 5 stars I would. Over the many decades I have remodeled houses, Jose and Pure Construction is the best GC I have ever used. I used him for a complete basement remodel and his company can do it all - framing, insulation, plumbing (gas and water), floor leveling, electrical, bath, ventilation, drywall - you name it, and all with an EXCELLENT level of craft. His pricing is also the best of anyone else I have used. I recommend him to everyone I know. Here are some photos of the before and after (apologies about the after, we havent started furnishing yet).
Amazing full house remodeling done by Jose’s team from pure construction LLC. Jose is such a nice guy and he is super easy to work with. The remodeling work is finished with very high quality standard but within reasonable budget range. I highly recommend Jose and his team for their remarkable skills, communication and reliability.
