Mike Ulery painted our 100+ year old house, and did a fantastic job. Prep work is 90% of a good paint job, and they did an excellent job with the prep, and our house looks wonderful. We needed a quick paint job on our home. We had a quick turnaround, and Mike took the job and expeditiously completed work, all while retaining excellent quality and professionalism. I am so fortunate to have connected with Mike of Puget Painting and Home Repair LLC. He was able to meet a short deadline to paint the entire inside of our home. He did an excellent job with all the details. He was thorough cleaning every room, closet and corner. He wiped down all the windows. I would definitely recommend this business.

Mike has been a great painter to work with. We got his contact info from a neighborhood recommendation that he was reliable, did excellent work, and was fairly priced. What I liked most about working with him was that he found issues that needed to be addressed that others did not, and at the same time made suggestions that would reduce the cost and future maintenance of projects we had requested. The work he did painting our interior rooms was excellent, and his team kept the clutter under control. The results were great and we have already scheduled him for more work next summer. If you want your projects not just done, but done right, I highly recommend you give him a call.

Mike and his helpers did a great job of prepping, painting and cleaning up a huge job which included ceilings, walls , trim and doors. I appreciated all his and his helpers hard work and care.

Best decision: Hiring Puget Painting & Home Repair to paint interior of my house about 1,500 square feet which included cathedral walls, tall skylight walls and very high stairway walls as well as lots of walks encased by woodwork!!! Super professional, very very clean & tidy with high attention to detail, fast and very knowledgeable. In addition, a pleasure to have in our home! Some outside repair and painting was also completed beyond our expectations. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and look forward to bringing them back for another interior job 2,000 square feet downstairs! They rocked this job!!!

Mike and Arlin came out and painted replacewment siding at the rear of the house and then came inside and repainted , repaired, stained and refreshed all the walnut stained doors, window casings, moldings along the floor and door casings in a large home. They did more than the minimum for sure - fixing gouges and holes and scrapes that we had not even pointed out.

Mike and Arlin were here on time when they said they would and worked tirelessly until the job was finished. Both of them were very personable and professional. They clearly know what they are doing and our home looks wonderful where they painted, stained, etc.

Trained and competent professionals are not cheap but they earned every penny and I know it was a great investment to get Mike and his company.

If you want a quick and dirty paint job done on your house, DO NOT use Mike. If you want your work done with quality, reliability, perfection - He is your guy.

Mike has done a couple of different paint jobs for me. Both decks look great and have held up well. He just finished up my front door and porch ceiling and they look really nice. Good communicator and worked to fit one of my small jobs in so it was completed before a family gathering.

Posting a review here for Mike of Puget Painting. Mike was amazing to work with. He was super responsive, very clear and fair on pricing, scope of painting, and timing. We are moving and prepping our house to get it on the market ASAP and he helped us make it look great! He painted several rooms - including a stairway and hallway with some tricky nooks and some detailed ceiling sections of our dinning room in our 100+ yr old house, and everything came out looking stellar. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend him.

Mike and his team did great work on our house. We need some trim replaced and caulking work done based on findings on an inspection report. Everyone was extremely respectful and easy to work with. The inspector has since re-inspected the house. Not only did he mention all concerns from the initial report had been addressed, but complimented the quality of work done.

We have had Mike and his company out to our house numerous times over the last four years. He’s a great painter, handyman and super power washer. I am very impressed with Mike from Puget Painting & Home Repair LLC. All aspects of the process were smooth when dealing with him from the initial estimate to him finishing the job. When he first arrived for the estimate, he showed up on time and offered us transparent, fair pricing prior to work beginning. Throughout the course of the job Mike communicated very clearly and kept us updated throughout the process. The quality of the work was also excellent, while up in the attic I had misplaced my foot and put a large hole in the drywall. It now looks as if it has never happened. I’ll be using Mike in the future and will be sure to recommend him to all of my friends or colleagues.

I was a new homeowner and new to the area, so I got recommended to Mike by my neighbor. He and his team have done bigger projects for me like house pressure washing and roof care, and Mike has done some smaller projects for me like painting a front door, replacing outdoor vents, etc. I appreciate him coming to do estimates and willing to take a look at projects for me no matter the size, even if they are smaller odd jobs. He is detail-oriented which I appreciate because I never have to feel weird about being OCD and pointing out small things around my house I'd like fixed. He's good about taking care of my house and not leaving a mess. I like that I'm not made uncomfortable in my own home and I don't feel like I have to worry about being charged extra when small things come up in a project. I wish I had more friends who owned houses so I could recommend his company. I'm starting to get to know the people in my neighborhood more so hopefully I can get the recommendation out that way. I have some other projects that I'll likely hire his company for once I have the time/money to get around to it. In the meantime, I will enjoy my home!

Puget Painting and Home Repair did a great job painting my home’s exterior. The house needed extensive prep work - lots of scraping / caulking / priming etc. Mike and his crew were very thorough and detail-oriented, and their quality work really shows. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Mike!

Did great, professional quality work to repair some drywall damage. He worked with us on the price, the repair process, and even when to come by for a quote. We couldn’t have done this better ourselves if we had days or weeks to do it. Would recommend.

Mike and Larry painted the entire interior of our house just after we moved in. They worked to move furniture and boxes and helped us clean ( a neglected house) and cover some very dark colors. Their bid to paint the house was the best of 3 bids. They arrived on time for 5 days. The paint they used was exactly what I requested. The first 2 photos are after and the last is before. I would rate them 5/5 stars!

My very old home was desperately in need of a paint job, and there was going to be loads of prep--I did my research on several painting companies and interviewed three. I chose Mike because even though his bid was a bit higher, I also felt secure that he wasn't going to charge me more if something came up--he even did several smaller things for me for free (like cutting and installing new downspouts, gave my deck a good spray, and fixed a minor thing on my porch roof). Overall they took extensive time in prep, which will help in the long run. They worked more days and long hours than originally expected, but got it done before the rains came. And throughout all of it, Mike kept in communication and his team gave their best effort. I would highly recommend Puget Painting!!!

Puget Painting & Home Repair performed an exterior painting job on my house and I give them the strongest recommendation possible. Mike, the owner, is very courteous and responsible, responding to phone calls and texts in a timely manner. It's clear that Mike is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he takes the time to explain the plan in great detail. He and his team show up on time every day, work hard, and clean up before they leave. They were very careful to protect and preserve our plants and landscaping. One very large shrub next to the house needed to be severely pruned to allow for proper painting, and Mike took care of that himself. During various stages of the painting process, Mike walked me around the house to show me the progress and discuss any issues that had arisen. The quality of the work is outstanding. My house required extensive prep work, and Mike and his crew took the time to make sure that it was done right. They didn't take any shortcuts. The painting was performed meticulously with great attention to detail. Overall, Mike and the team at Puget Painting & Home Repair are true professionals, and I highly recommend them.

Mike is a true painting professional who is serious about the quality of his work. He painted my kitchen ceiling, walls, and cabinets (3 colors). It was a lot of work in a very small space with many nooks and crannies. I was impressed with the time and attention Mike and his crew put into prep before painting. They were courteous and entirely professional. They worked long hours to finish my kitchen for and cleaned up leaving no trace that they had been here but for their beautiful work. After they finished, Mike returned to check every place where two color met to ensure the seams were clean and crisp. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. He has always been friendly professional on time and completed his jobs for me on time and headache free .

These guys do a great job! Very professional, on time and responsive. Mike talked me through the job details and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to hire them. I am glad I did. The end result of my painting was amazing, I couldn't have asked for it to be any better. They are very detailed in their work. They were a bit more expensive than most of the other bids I got but like they always say you pay for quality.
