My partner hired Jayden to redo the flooring in our house. Absolutely worst experience ever! Our flooring was first installed March 2023 not only did Jayden use expensive product that was low quality but it was installed extremely poorly. After 6 months the floors were cracking because his team failed to level the tile even though Jayden said it was level because it was being put on tile. After months of requesting a refund from the manufacturer we were ready to repurchase flooring and redo the entire project. Day 1 of the redo Jayden’s team showed up and ripped out all of the flooring and my partner requested the flooring be put in the garage because she was planning to repurpose the undamaged flooring. Jayden failed to communicate that to his team, when she asked where the flooring was he said in the living room. It was not in the living room then he said “i have 5 other projects” in other words telling us that he’s too busy to worry about our flooring project. The second day his team didn’t even show up to the job due to their “truck breaking down.” Day 3 they showed up and took out the baseboards for 2 hours. Jayden told my partner the self leveling cement would be laid out that day so she asked for pictures and he said “you’ll see it when you get there”. That was also not done. Due to Jayden’s lack of interest in the project and terrible communication we fired his company. Jayden significantly overcharged for materials. Saying the materials were one price but he paid way less. Now he does not respond to any communication. Do NOT use his company!! You can find a better company that stands behind their work for 2 years on labor versus Jayden’s terrible 6 month warranty. Go elsewhere! Do not use Pudney Homes!

We used Pudney Homes Construction for our master and guest bathroom remodels. We add also had them update all our countertops and paint our 3 bedrooms. We were extremely happy with them. I have recommended them several times.

Purchased a home that Pudney Construction fixed up and it was the only bad experience I've had buying a home. His crew cut corners and fixed plumbing issues with things Parker and Sons said should never be used which is why our house flooded and ceiling caved in only two and a half weeks after moving in. From the flooding issues we had to have some walls cut into to fix the plumbing problems and we discovered a bunch of trash and beer cans in the walls that had been framed and Sheetrocked in! I've never seen a company leave and hide trash in the middle of walls it was so unprofessional.

Pudney Construction to respond to your response, you did not follow through on your agreed to repairs both the first time when we had discovered this on the final walk through and after the time you requested to correct this.The two major things that you agreed to fix that were huge from Petersons inspection one of which was the shower that required going in through the wall to fix. Your contractor said he fixed it which was never the case. Now when you say you didn't go through the walls you are only admitting you guys now didn't fix the problem correctly. Also, you didn't necessarily do us a favor by buying our house. Our house didn't have serious problems and it was your partner Anthony that talked up selling to you when I was originally going to sell through a different route. Due to the lack of forthcoming, I will add more. Your company redid the entire flooring in which case you would have noticed the rotted floor boards and replaced those but instead they were just covered up. Serious corners were cut and the cosmetic repairs were not quality. After buying I saw the flooring doesn't even meet the cupboards in the kitchen. There is a one inch gap in some places of cement showing of which I have pictures. I didn't realize I needed to crawl down on my knees and look for this when initially looking at the house. If we were purchasing the house in a non fixed up condition for an as is price that may be understandable with having to fix all this. However, this house was listed in top range for the size and advertised newly redone.

Also, this is actually the first negative review I have ever done for anything. I usually don't prefer sharing so hopefully you guys will only improve from this so other clients may have a better experience.

Don't do business with this person. Everything he did in the home we purchased was done shoddy. Repairs were faked. Repairs weren't actually made. The entire job he did in this home made things worse and has cost us everything. The flooring he put in is not flush with the walls. He ignored termite and serve water damage and made efforts to hide it. Trash were in the walls from his people. Nails in the stairwell put in half hazardous and sticking out. Just about every door is falling off the hinges as they did not match the frame and instead of actually fixing it, the just tried drilling them into the frame awkwardly and they have all been stripping. They ignored leaks that causedq the ceiling to fall out within two weeks of us moving in. He ignored mold. He didn't fasten correctly the shower piping. Pipes were put in as tube. The entire water line is from a cheap kit and the main cause of the leaks. The discovery of things continues daily. Absolutely none of the repairs are done well. Just don't trust what you see. It's not worth losing your savings to have all the issues caused by poor workmanship fixed. They act like they are helpful but they are just hoping the things that will go wrong will take longer than ours did. Your home isn't really fixed up if this team did it.

Fantastic work, extremely professional, hard workers, and man do they get in and complete the job within their predicted timeline. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

I wouldn’t recommend any other company besides Pudney homes when it comes to home renovations or rehabs as a homeowner and investor they have set the bar in quality and professional work done in a timely manner !
