Walked right past a "No Soliciting" sign to the front door which had a similar "No Soliciting" sign on it and rang the doorbell.

Pointed out damages from recent hailstorm. I denied they were from the recent stom and were very small.

Ask me how old the roof was and I yelled, "THAT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!"

I looked for the city required permit badge he is required to display and there was none. I asked for a card or brochure and he said he had none but would transfer data to my cellphone and I said, "NO YOU WON'T!!!" I seriously doubt he had a permit from the city to solicit!!!

He kept arguing and I closed the door.

Will NEVER do business with a pushy and law breaking company.

PRQ Exteriors did an amazing job replacing my damaged roof. I fought over 2 years with my insurance company to get the roof replaced from a tornado we had in 2023. PRQ Exteriors helped me every bit of the way. They were available, knowledgeable, and reached out on my behalf many times with the insurance company to explain issues I didn't understand myself. You want a company to fight for you? PRQ is your team! Madison and Neveah kept me informed and answered all of my questions! So very patient and kind! I ended up getting more money from my insurance thanks to their help and expertise. They definitely went above and beyond to help me.

Our project manager has been most helpful throughout the roof replacement process from initial work with our insurance company to post build follow up. Every step was explained in detail and he's been transparent with us, so we weren't taken by surprise during any phase of the build. The production crew arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and did a professional job in a short amount of time considering the high degree of difficulty of our build (very steep roof). The site was a bit messy during the build but was cleaned up to our satisfaction. Overall, the completed phases to date required very little from us so it's been convenient and hassle free.

I had a very disappointing experience with PRQ Exterior Paint. Not only was I overcharged, but there were also hidden fees that were never communicated upfront. When I raised concerns, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, making the situation even more frustrating. I expected professionalism and transparency, but unfortunately, I received neither. I would not recommend this company—be very cautious if you decide to work with them.

Ted came to my house to help me with the Zoom call with Colin. Both men were patient with me and we got through the meeting . I could not have asked for two better people. They are both knowledgeable with their jobs and were able to answer all my questions. Although this is my first time going through an insurance related problem such as getting new roof, I’m not having any fears about this company. I thank them for their assistance.

Great experience start to finish! My insurance company was not easy to work with, but PRQ Exteriors worked very hard to get approvals from the insurance company. Once approved my roof was completed in a few days. Top notch service and my roof looks great! Would highly recommend PRQ Exteriors!

They came knocking door to door offering a free inspection. We never followed up for a roof repair as we as homeowners didn't feel it was necessary at that time. Fast forward nearly a year and they are attempting to charge us $8,000 for work done and interest. While as stated above , we did not go forward with them and no work was done. This will be disputed.

Alec and Trent for PRQ roofing showed up quick, inspected my roof, found no hail damage, documented my roof, all painless.

Ty & Kyle have made the process of getting our home set up and ready for repairs. Very Professional respectful and understanding our concerns. We thank you both for going above and beyond.

Great experience with PRQ - they held our hand through the whole process and really made us feel confident that the roof replacement was necessary, but also going to be an improvement to what we had before. There are a lot of shady companies out there trying to track you down after every hail storm, but I would definitely recommend answer the phone call from PRQ.

Communication from start to finish has been excellent. The process was explained and PRQ met with my insurance adjuster for me while I was out of town on business.

Dan came by after the storm offered a free inspection take more than 10 minutes. He was fast quick and straight with me which is appreciated. Roof looks good. Didn’t need service but if I do, I definitely look into them. Oh Michael’s all right too.

We have really enjoyed how easy PRQ Exteriors has been to work with so far! We are now awaiting a new roof and some other services. We expect great things based on the service we've already received.

Very good presentation, organized, prepared in advance, clear communication, able to answer all questions. Great customer service and they were able to meet within our time frame.

All team members have been great in all processes so far in getting our new roof. From Ted who met with us and with the estimator from our insurance. To Tad who's helped explain the whole process, ordered the supplies (we were even able to pick the colors and type of product), the delivery, and schedule. Any questions we have had along the way we're always answered quickly and professionally.

From beginning to end PRQ Exteriors were there and were always available for ANYTHING!! When Ty Lucero came to our door after the horrible hailstorm we had, we knew we were in good hands. Ty was professional, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took care of everything for us. He contacted our insurance company right then and there and arranged everything. Then Johnathan the claims pro met with our insurance adjuster and then Tad took over then and arranged everything for us from there. They all made it so stress free for us. We had no clue what do and they explained and took care EVERYTHING!! Both roofs are finished and looked awesome!! We give PRQ Exteriors the highest rating possible and recommend them highly. So far great experience. Only in the early steps (no physical work done yet), communication has been good and the project manager has been very clear and thorough with all the information.

Just wanted to drop a review to say that having PRQ exteriors do my new roof has been a pure pleasure. A particular shout out to my main contact Nevaeh Corbin. Nevaeh was particularly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available And really helped me understand the entire project. I’m in the process of having my roof done after a hail storm, and I have worked with both Ted and Anna Coleman, and they have both been so helpful with explaining everything to me anytime I have a question, working professionally along with my insurance so that the process can be smooth and painless, and keeping me informed and aware of all of the things about roof’s that I never knew I never knew! I was extremely pleased with PRQ Exteriors.
From the initial contact with Tucker, who came by after the storm and did the initial inspection, as he was polite and took the time to fully evaluate the damage to our roof and home.
Next, Johnathan came out and met our State Farm adjuster to represent us. Together they went through all the repairs needed from shingles, gutters, fence and deck damage.
Finally, Tad went over all details of the entire process (via a zoom call). He explained in great detail how and when the work would be completed, all the costs and who would cover what, and made sure we knew our final out of pocket cost. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, answered all our questions, and shared great pictures of sample roofs PRQ had completed which really aided in our decision of a shingle color. I also really appreciated all the pictures he had of our roof as this helped us understand what work was going to be completed.

Over my 71 years of life, I have had the privilege and the challenge of working with many different companies. When hail hit our area and I was not sure if our roof was damaged, I was so thankful to have PRQ Exteriors come into the picture to help me make some next steps with my insurance company State Farm. From the first step when Tucker got up on the roof and thoroughly examined our entire house for damage, to the next step when Johnathan arrived with State Farm to go through an estimate with the adjustment process, and finally with the zoom meeting, we conducted with Tad to go through the logistics of the roof replacement from shingle color to gutters along with many other details, all three young men were outstanding! They were very knowledgeable, extremely good communicators, helped me to leverage my insurance coverage to replace the roof, and so friendly throughout the process, while not exerting any kind of pressure the entire time. PRQ Exteriors did an excellent job handling my insurance claim. They replaced the siding on my house, which was damaged by hail. The team was professional, genuinely nice, skilled, reasonably priced, and completed the work quickly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Process so far has been very easy! They explain all the steps very well and have been amazing at working with my insurance.

Very happy. They made it super easy to work through insurance for hail damage, and I was able to secure class 4 shingles that will make the new roof last longer. The new vents look really nice - I hadn't really noticed how obvious the old ones were, but the new ones blend right in with the color of the shingles. Installation and cleanup were quick, and the new roof and gutters look great. Window screens were quick and easy, and they replaced them with the pet-resistant mesh for no extra charge.

- Update, I was able to amicably come to an agreement to get the work done, I will not use them again but appreciate all they did to finally fix the issue. Be sure you constantly communicate with them. I understand all businesses have employee issues but no one should make promises to a homeowner if the business cannot back it up. I would stay home while they do the work to be sure debris isn't all over my yard. left materials all over my yard for months. Still never got the quality inspection with us the owners. say they will help with insurance but very quick to threaten to lien your property be sure to constantly communicate.
