I had Justin come by my house on 2/24 to inspect my roof after he mentioned there might have been hail damage dating back to May. He offered to assess the roof to see if there was enough damage to file an insurance claim. Throughout the inspection, he was thorough and professional, explaining everything in detail. To my surprise, at the end of the inspection, he was completely honest and told me my roof was in good condition and that I didn’t need to file a claim. This was such a refreshing experience, especially considering the pushy sales tactics I've encountered in the past with other roofing companies. Dillon Satterfield came out to my property and inspected my roof after a hail storm we had last May and he guided me through the entire process. Flawless. They replaced my roof, gutters, downspouts and even all my windows! Lucas came by and inspected my roof, took pictures, and then we discussed the findings. I filed a claim with my insurance company since this was hail damage. An inspector came out. He & Lucas inspected the roof together. The claim was approved. Lucas' team came to the house, removed the old roof, installed the new roof, cleaned up around the house, and removed all of the old roofing. Lucas is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and took great pains to educate me about Tennessee roofing issues (vastly different from California). He was with me every step of the way in dealing with my insurance company and the installation was painless and the cleanup was great. His crew even replaced a window screen that apparently they damaged in the process without his requesting them to. That is impressive. If you are in need of a new roof I cannot recommend this company enough! After many other roofing companies stopping by my house (because my roof was in such terrible shape) I was hesitant because my insurance was not going to do pay and I would be paying out of pocket. Spencer and Lucas were both so easy to work with, always showed up and did what they said they’d do and worked with me on my budget as well as chimney repairs. They were both here on installation day and when they were gone, not one nail or any remnants of my old roof was left behind. Thank you both so much! I love my new roof!

Lucas and his team did a free inspection on my roof. They discovered wind and hail damage on my roof, downspouts and fascia boards. He did a great job of explaining the insurance claim process and walked me through submission. He was familiar with my carrier and helped me facilitate an insurance inspection which confirmed damage. Once approved, he quickly scheduled a crew that installed my roof. The crew worked dawn to dark to finish my shingle roof in one day.

Lucas did what he said he was going to do at a competitive price. He was responsive to my questions and was on site during installation. These qualities are rare quality in today’s service industries.
