I contacted Scott to help repair a leak after a different roofing company had failed to repair it and had failed to respond to attempts to contact them. Scott came out within a few days to inspect the roof and quickly identified the source of the leak while also helping us figure out how a squirrel was accessing the crawl space below our roof. Only a few days later, Scott and his team came back to both fix the leak and remove the access point for the squirrel. Scott was professional, courteous, responsive, and took time to explain exactly what he and his crew would be fixing (including sharing pictures of the impacted areas). Scott and his team went above and beyond to provide care for our roof in a timely manner at a really reasonable cost. My experience with Pro Top Roofing was much better than my experience with several other roofing companies in the area and I strongly recommend Pro Top Roofing. I look forward to partnering with Pro Top Roofing for all my roofing needs moving forward.

I hired back in 2006 to replace the roof a 4-unit town home building. Scott is easy to work with and makes sure that his clients are happy with the work performed. I moved last year and was in my home 10 months before I realized I had some gutter issues that needed to be addressed. The first company I called was Protop. They are prompt and professional. The crew asked me to verify that they had addressed everything that was to be done. Protop is honest and reliable and stands behind their work. I recently had the roof replaced on my home which started out as a daunting task for me. I went online and asked about roof replacement and recieved tons of information, which overwhelmed me. A friend recommended Protop Roofing. Scott came out and was very patient in answering all of my questions. Protop roofing provided very detailed quotes, pictures of what they would be doing and why. The cost of the roof replacement was very competitive with larger roofing companies, but I was very satisfied with using Protop Roofing. Yes,this may be a smaller company, but they provide high quality craftsmanship and quality customer service. I would recommend Protop Roofing to anyone who need's a roof in the future.

Few weeks back, our area got hit with severe hail. Many home owners have damages to their property. Our roof also got damaged. Our neighborhood was flooded with roofing contractors and they all wanted the same thing, sign a contract with them and they will take care of all the insurance processing.

I don’t know much about the roof so I did some research to educate myself about the roofing processing and also looking for some reputable contractors. I came across Pro Top Roofing. Give them a call and Scott came and inspected our roof. I really appreciate him to take his time to thoroughly inspect the roof and found issue which other contractors didn’t catch it. He went into the attic and told us that plywood measurement is not by the code. Insurance paid us for the replacement of the entire roof plywood as well.

What I like about Scott that he is a straight forward person. He is not a sales kind of person who tries to sell it. He will tell you as it is. He used GAF Timberline high quality material and work was done professionally.

Roof replacement is not a frequent event and I hope I don’t need a roof any time soon but I definitely refer Scott to anyone who needs a roof. You be sure that you will be taking care of.
