ProTecHome Inspection

I have purchased several homes and feel I know what a good inspection should entail. I hired David of ProTec for a home inspection in Santa Fe on recommendation of my realtor. I was present during the inspection and must say his attention to detail and depth of construction knowledge was very impressive to say the least. I don't live in Santa Fe but I trusted him so much that I had him do the final walk-through for me before closing. If you want a true in-depth home inspection where you get real value for your money this is THE guy.

David Stowe was friendly and very thorough. He inspected our new house from roof top to crawl space and taught us many things about the house that we didn’t know. The inspection report arrived promptly on the same day of the inspection, and the radon result 3 days later (as expected). We had a question about where we might eventually put the duct work for the kitchen hood, and David helped us looked carefully at the roof configuration.
