My roof took a beating from the last few hail storms. Chance and his team conducted a free inspection and found some areas of concern. They helped me file a claim, worked with the insurance adjuster, and got insurance to total my roof. I was unsure at first since I'd never filed a claim before. I also had bad experiences with previous contractors doing shoddy work or taking my money and running. They walked me through every step of the process step by step. Never pressured me into upgrades or additional work. They made a stressful process easy. Once insurance totaled my roof, they scheduled my repair for a week later. Their team took great care in placing tarps and plywood around my home to make sure there would be no damage when they were removing and installing the new roof. They completed replacing my roof in one day. Their team also did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. Everyone at Prosper was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated well. They really took care of my family and our home. I couldn't recommend them enough!
