We have now used ProServe twice: once for an exterior repair / paint job and once for an insurance claim where we had to have our entire main level flooring ripped up and replaced. There are many options out there for house projects, but there is not an option quite like ProServe. They do an amazing job of making projects absolutely painless. They are a true full-service team. They are up-front about scope, cost, and timing, they handle every single detail for you while the work is happening, and they are excellent at communicating. For our flooring project, we weren't even home and our project manager handled EVERYTHING. He was awesome - always on top of things and communicated well and in a timely manner. I never felt like I was sitting around waiting on him (in fact, I was only waiting on insurance). On top of that, he was great to my wife and kids who he met with throughout the entirety of the project since I couldn't be there for most of the times he stopped by before the work began. And that's huge. It's important for me to like the project manager, but even more important for my family to feel comfortable with them. On top of all of this when I didn't think it could get any better, after the project was done our project manager dropped of a gift for our kids because he saw a wish-list item written on our playroom chalkboard... I can't even describe how much this blessed our family. So two thumbs up, 5+ stars, etc. from the Causey family, kids included.

ProServe was a wonderful company to work with for our first big home renovation project. They communicated at every point along the way, set clear expectations for what to expect and professionally handled the little things you just can't predict when remodeling a major room in your home. They worked within our budget and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. We plan to work with them on future home projects.

We used ProServe to help get our home ready to sell. Thomas, our project manager was a pleasure to work too! The work was done on time, on budget, and workmenship was quality.

I had ProServe replace my front & Back porches. They were patient through the estimate process as we took a while to make the final call. Once we approved the job, they worked well to get it done. The communication was top notch and they resolved all issues prior to taking final payment. I recommend ProServe!

We did a small bathroom renovation and HVAC work (rerouting vents, fixing floors, etc). It's my first house so I don't have anything to compare them to but my major concern with getting a house that needed a little work was with regards to contractors and their communication, sticking to timelines, final pricing vs. initial estimates, etc. I'll say I was extremely impressed and pleased with ProServe. They kept to their prices exactly on point with the estimate (overages were stuff I specifically wanted or approved -- e.g. necessary repairs after things were found when taking out walls or things I added after the project was started). So if they tell you it'll cost $xx that's what you'll be paying with at most small adjustments depending on what is found after the demo. Before the project is started and you sign any forms they bring people out to get all the costs before you start the work. So I'd say that's the biggest advantage: you'll know exactly what you're getting and how much it'll cost before you start. Again my biggest fear was a contractor coming in and saying "oh that'll cost xyz" but then finding out that after they start it'll cost 2x as much. With ProServe you absolutely will not have to worry about that. My project was small and took a few weeks and stretched out slightly because of weather issues but overall kept to the schedule. The communication was top notch though I wish the exact process of how the pricing/payments will be communicated was a little clearer in the beginning as this would have saved some stress. Overall highly recommended contractors who can do basically any project you want (no matter how big or small) and you'll get a fair price (in my opinion) with good communication that will be done in a timely fashion (within reason of course!). Definitely recommended!

We had a tree come down and damage our home, ProServe was suggested to us by the insurance company, and their bid was the best. They took out the downed tree and branches leaving no mess.The repair crew was equally efficient. I give them a well earned recommendation!

We finished our basement with Proserve and were pleased with the results. It took a little bit longer than expected but the end result was good and we are fully enjoying it.

I had a rental house that I decided to sale. ProServe helped ready the house for listing (new paint, new carpet, repairs in the bathroom) and did a great job. They were flexible and worked with me on timing to get the work done as soon as possible after the tenant moved out. They were very professional, communicative, attentive to detail, and the house looked fantastic.

We hired ProServe to restore our home after a catastrophic plumbing event - we replaced an entire floor of wood flooring, installed new plumbing and HVAC for a 3 story home. As a designer, great communication, attention to detail, staying in budget and on schedule is important. The task of selecting a contractor is daunting. We hit the jackpot with ProServe Home Solutions! Located in Roswell, they are qualified to do home construction, improvements, repairs, or updates! They were prompt to respond to our initial call, gave us a fair and competitive quote, provided a project manager to oversee the entire job, and completed the job when promised. The quality of work was exceptional, indicative of a company that takes pride in their work! We will be calling on ProServe Home Solutions for any home improvements in the future!

They do good work so I'm told. My husband does heating and air at the place their suite is in.
