I didn't have the opportunity to discover what kind of a repair person Matt could be. My first phone call was answered. I explained a few of the problems I needed repaired and he was quite abrupt in in dismissing me to attend to another customer. I was asked to contact him at the beginning of the following week. I did contact him and left 4 voice messages and NOT A ONE WAS RETURNED!!!
In the mean time I contacted several other RV repair places. Poulsbo RV found the replacement exit window I needed. When the window came in, they were eager to get my RV in as soon as possible. I got in at my convenience and they had the window installed and my other concerns taken care of in a matter of days. During this process, one of their keen eyed noticed that my RV was listing to one side. They discovered a broken and rusted out portion that kept my leaf spring in place. It actually was not safe to tow. They made arrangements with a local welder to repair the damage which was set for a month later. They stored my RV in a locked yard until the repair was complete. They took such good care of me!!!
I would highly recommend Poulsbo RV over Matt who didn't even have ANY consideration to return my calls!!! Simply appalling!!!

Matt did a great job repairing damaged wheel well panel on my motorhome. Matt is very reasonable with his pricing, timely in completing the work and delivers on what he says he will do. Also extremely responsive on text messaging. Was really great to work with a small business owner that takes good care of his customers!

Matt, the owner at Pro’s RV, was a breath of fresh air! People say shop local and hire small businesses but sometimes that’s unpredictable. This isn’t the case with Matt. Despite all the anti-critter methods my husband deployed something made it through and chewed a small hole in a water delivery line. Although Matt could see where the leak was he wasn’t able to get to it. Thinking outside the box Matt simply pulled the entire PVC line out through the main water feed to make the repair! And charged the same amount he initially quoted! It doesn’t matter whether you have an $80,000 RV or a $5,000 one. His pricing is fair and reasonable and most importantly he does what he says he’ll do for the price quoted so you can’t do much better than Matt!

RV manufacturer did a shoddy job on the plumbing under my sink. Matt came out and fixed better than before. He came to my campsite at Birch Bay and did a great job and at VERY fair price. Highly recommend.

Just had a second highly positive experience with Matt/Pros RV. Needed to fix damage I inflicted down the side of my class A, and repair flaking clear coat on the front cap. Matt did a great job making both issues disappear, and he wasn't even going to upcharge me after the clear coat repair ended up being a much larger area than originally visible. Matt is very reasonable with his pricing, timely in completing the work, delivers high quality, and doesn't yank you around. So nice to work with a small business owner that takes good care of his customers!

This is my new go to place for RV repair and maintenance!!! Matt was incredibly helpful and made the whole process for our insurance claim so smooth. His communication is fantastic and he was always easy to reach either via text, phone or email. The repair work he did on our RV was immaculate and I can’t recommend him enough!!!!!

I'm a snowbird my est for body repair in Sacramento CA was $14,000 but didn't have the 4 weeks to wait. I contacted Matt n his price was $4,400 and I'm very pleased with his work.

Matt was phenomenal. He was incredibly competent, well-versed in his craft and pleasant. He put in our new tankless water heater, and it has been wonderful. We even had a brief worry about a gas smell a week later and he showed up 15 minutes later to check and make sure everything was secure, and it was all good. We'll be sure to call him for future installs and repairs.

Matt is a magician!! A regrettable turn left a deep and ugly scrape down the side of my BigFoot truck camper. It was all the way into the insulation with nasty fiberglass fragments all around the wound. Matt gave me a great quote and had the project done right on time. He honestly fixed it better than new. We had the BEST service from Matt at his RV repair business. I called about the floor being damaged over the winter due to a leak. The carpet needed to come out and be replaced. Matt got me in right away. He kept me informed of everything he needed to do to get the job done. Within a few days, we had our carpet removed, vinyl installed with new wood and framing. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for any RV repair needs!

Went to Pros RV Repair for a repair estimate on my fifth wheel on August 21. Matt said I would get the estimate in a couple of days. Ten days later I left a phone message and sent an email asking when I could expect the estimate. No reply. It is now September 16. When I first met Matt I felt like he was a straight shooter. To say the least I am very disappointed and have moved on. Based on other reviews I would say my experience is the exception.

I have a 30' travel trailer that had a roof leak. I decided to bring it to Pros RV for a quote on the roof repair. After meeting the owner, Matt I knew I had made the right choice. He gave me a quote and a timeline to do the work. The quote was very reasonable and I had him do the repairs. He did exactly what he said he would do in the time he said he would do it in. He sent progress pictures during the rebuild. The new roof is beautiful, he did an amazing job. He was not the closest shop, over 2 1/2 hours away. But well worth the drive. If you are looking for a roof repair on your RV, this is your shop. I highly recommend Pro RV, thanks for what you did for our trailer Matt. I attached a before and after picture. We are very happy.

Had my RV winterized, first time at this shop. It's a small shop offering personal, honest service. Matt will be my go to guy for all thing RV.

I only went with Pro’s RV repair because of these great google reviews. Brought in my motorhome to be repaired after it was hit by a tree. Although the Pro’s RV site says they accept all insurance, Matt was unwilling to wait for the check from the insurance company and I had to pay for ½ of the estimate ($3,600 out of my own pocket) before the work would be started (because he was a small shop). The web site also says they accept credit cards, nope, cash or check. Shop rate was $125 per hour. In hindsight, I would have used a larger repair shop rather than a one man show for that big of a repair.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the owner Matt and his quality of work. I would hands down recommend Pros Rv & Collision first to my friends and family.

It was great doing business with Mr Waters , Pros Rv worked on a roofing job on are 26 ft Coachmen , was happy from start to finish. The shop was booked out for a couple weeks so it took alittle time to get it in but glad we did when we did.
