Our technicians that came to clean and seal our shower were Jim and Brandon. I appreciate their promptness, taking time to answer my questions and thoroughness in cleaning the tile.

Happy with the dryer vent cleaning experience. Wes and Harry were on time, informative, polite and quick to get the job done. Would happily recommend.

My cream colored couch was heavily soiled by around the base from my dogs rubbing against it with the oils from their fur. The couch is an old antique that’s been reupholstered twice.
It now looks like a new piece of furniture. I’m very pleased with the results. My technician was Jim and he completed a beautiful job.

We first used Northwest Professional Services for Carpet Cleaning last Year. Our technician, Tysen had done an outstanding restoration/cleaning of a neighbor’s carpet.
I asked for an estimate, and subsequently made an appointment for the next week.
Tysen returned as scheduled, & to my amazement, brought our 17-year-old carpet back to life. Not only was his work great, but he represented the company so well, that I was inclined to enlist Northwest’s (HVAC) Duct•Cleaning service this year.

We were able to be scheduled inside of a month, & the team showed up promptly, ready to work.
Harrison (Harry) & Wesley are just as professional as Tysen. Harry has been doing the duct•cleaning procedure for a good amount of time. He is very efficient & thoroughly versed in the entire process ! Wesley, while a relatively new addition to the team kept pace with Harry.

Harry & Wesley did a comprehensive cleaning in an incredibly systematic & efficient manner. Both were able to listen, answer questions, & maintain focus on the task at hand. They are friendly, well-spoken professionals who work well as a team.

I am impressed by all the employees with whom I’ve interacted, from the guys I’ve mentioned above, to Meadow in the office. Doug, the gentleman who grew Northwest over the past 50 years, is clearly riddled with integrity. The team knows how to work, not just in terms of execution, but also in a manner that is sincere, courteous, honest & respectful ! If the Company can keep up the solid work ethic, while maintaining excellence in terms of staffing & training, Northwest Professional Services should be around for decades to come.

Northwest Professional Services are simply the BEST!! Brandon and John have helped me twice in emergency situations. After the first time I was si glad I knew who to call for the second time. They showed up quickly and moved to mitigate the problem. The first time was at night during a storm when it was raining inside my house. This second time Brandon has helped through a major leak that affected several rooms. Not only did he identify the problem and worked to mitigate it, he helped move things and offered emotional support through the overwhelming process. He’s knowledgeable and a super hard worker. He’s the one you really want on your side when disaster strikes. Everyone I’ve worked with at NPS has been wonderful, but Brandon really stands out.

We came home from vacation and our dog had a mishap and Jim came right away and cleaned carpet for us!

Very professional job cleaning our roof, gutters and exterior windows. I appreciated that the team operated in a safe manner using the anchors and a harness on our steep second story metal roof.

Extremely grateful for Brandon and his team coming in and making great loss feel manageable. After a bit of a flood they worked quickly to try to contain the water and made sure we were still able to function in our house throughout the demo process. They were very informative throughout the project.

After a quick panic, I was quite relieved at how quickly the NPS crew was able to get out to my home to help me with a washing machine malfunction. They took the time to dry out everything and were incredibly knowledgeable about the steps to get me back to normal. PJ Lemay was extremely helpful in explaining the next steps and what to expect and helped me connect with my insurance to get taken care of what I needed. I am incredibly grateful for everything NPS has done!

I turned to NW Professional Cleaners midway through a home cleanup disaster and Doug and his crew were eager to help! While they had little experience with fish odors, they rolled up their sleeves and tried different products and applications and some of them worked! This is a professional company that provides excellent customer service!!!

the receptionist/scheduler, Meadow, was well-informed, professional and congenial, polite and accommodating, so easy to work with. The scheduling was simple. I asked and was told the names of the people who were coming.
Initially just for Duct Cleaning, but we expanded it to rug cleaning and mopping of floors.

These guys always do an awesome job!! Had them clean my carpet and wood floors twice and my upholstery once. Each job done flawlessly. Just had them so some carpet repair that I thought was impossible to fix but made it look like it did before the damage. Couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. I highly recommend them.

Levi was great to work with! He was very professional and thorough. He worked with us before and took extra measures to clean a space he thought might need to be which involved him moving some furniture.
However, the customer service was dreadful. The rep changed the appointment time on us and did not notify us. When we called, she did not take any accountability whatsoever for her error and offered no apology. This is the face to your business, and we were quite disappointed with her response.

I have used Northwest Professional Services for years to clean our carpets. They have always done a great job while being polite and on time. I recently realized they also have a service to install Christmas lights. They provided a great estimate which was very thorough and well explained. Not only were they the best bid I would have chosen them for the service they have always provided to my family. I would highly recommend Northwest Professional Services for professional, reliable, and cost effective service. If you have used them for other services be aware they also offer an excellent service to install and store Christmas lights.

The staff on the phone to make my appt was kind, professional and quick to make my appt. I got a reminder email, with my technicians photo, which was great. Harry kept me up to date with his arrival time. After cleaning, The couch looked like the day I bought it! Pet stains GONE.

Levi and Wren were incredibly professional. We called Northwest professional services to have our ducts cleaned and dry vent. Our old furnace posed a bit of a problem, but Levi and Wren quickly had a solution and got to work cleaning our vents. They were obviously very experienced in their work and quite delightful to be around. Thank you Northwest Professional Services. You have made a raving Fan out of me!

I honestly couldn't speak more highly of this local company. We had a nightmare water situation in our home and NWP truly made a terrible situation into a not terrible experience. J handled our mitigation and was incredibly hardworking, thorough with every single explanation, patient with every single question and a wealth of knowledge. Ken was present every step of the way from mitigation throughout. Like J, he is incredibly knowledgeable as well as a prompt and thorough communicator in person/phone/email. He is professional, personable and gets the job done. I truly felt like this team (Ken, J, and Brad) care about their customers and go above and beyond every step of the way. While I sure hope we never have water damage again, I would go back to NPS without question.
