I've used this company for many years and they have done a fantastic job on repairs and roof replacements in both places I've lived. A roof replacement in the first home and gutter replacement after I moved. They tend to be less available for repairs during the winter months, but their service is excellent otherwise!

Nice clean job 30+ years ago. Use them again in 2019 to preform roof tiles & gutter replacement. Excellent work. They cleaned up the site nicely upon completion.

in 2006 the old roofing shingles were removed and the new better quality ones were installed. We were happy with the work and we had them come back in 2021 to do maintenance on the same.

The guys at Cambie roofing came by to check around our skylights and damage that might have happened to the flashing from the big snow storms we had. They were on time, efficient and professional. They went to work right away and fixed a few issues which gave us great peace of mind and immediately stopped previous water damage that we had. Tar and Gravel Roof does not leak and looks good. Fascia flashing was done very well. Gravel was too small so it moves around on our 2 in 12 slope roof. I have to sweep it from bottom to top of roof then spread it around. Should have been large gravel-1/2” clear crushed gravel. They did a good job replacing wood fascia that was clearly rotten after roof was completed. Did a good cleanup after.

Cambie Roofing charged a competitive price. They showed up as promised and completed rapidly. Clean up was also efficient. The work overall was of high standard. Highly recommended

Cambie Roofing replaced my roof in SE Vancouver as well as replaced the perimeter drains around the house. Both jobs were done quickly and on time. In the case of the perimeter drains, the total cost was significantly under their quote and many thousands less than a quote I received from Milani. I can't say enough good things about them.

We have used Cambie twice for Roof installations. Most recently we replaced our residence's roof in November 2019. We did the same on a different residence in 2004. In both cases, the final results were very satisfactory, and in the case of the 2004 installation, we had no problems with the roof until we sold the house in 2015. When we sold the house, the roof was in mint condition. It still looked new. With respect to the 2019 roof, we have had no problems with the roof since installation. In 2019, the man who gave us the quote on the roof and oversaw the installation was named Stephen Jay. Communicative and prompt, he ensured the project progressed smoothly and quickly. We highly recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs a new roof.

Campie Roofing provided the best quote to replace the roof on an investment property. They were timely and thorough in their work and I would highly recommend this company.

We shopped around, did our research and chose Cambie to do a complete roof replacement - good price and excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. The front roof of the house replaced approximately 7 years ago with shingles and the larger section of roof on the back is a torch on roof done 10 years ago. We have had NO problems with either type of roofing.
Each crew did a great job. In and out in a day, and all the garbage cleaned up and taken away. Cabbie Roofing is number one in my books.

Gaudet Roofing crew are drug user's, they all dring booze on the roof & do drugs while there putting on the roof , the owner of Gaudet Roofing is high on pills, everyday, very bad company would never hire them, for cambie roofing not to notice??? Is that they never stop by & notice this, Gords brother Mike is a 24 hour drinker, drunk on the roof, this company Gaudet Roofing she be shut down,

They never showed up during the dry period In Vancouver and now I cannot get my roof fixed or replaced.... I Booked them in July and now they probably can't come till next year July because it has to be dry for 2 weeks prior to installation of the roof.... I was told 3 weeks ago that they're gonna come by on Thursday or Friday and they never did and they didn't call me to let me know that either..... The money I put aside for the roof replacement hopefully but hopefully won't need to be used to fix interior water damage..... They got lots of excuses but I don't need excuses I need my roof replaced....

Cambie Roofing were hired to inspect our strata building roof and then provide ongoing annual maintenance. The team were highly professional and easy to work with. They would make appointments and then show up on time. It was a pleasure to do business with this company, highly recommended.

An old man in one of your pickups cut me off and ran me into the median. We didn't make contact but he still decided to keep running into my lane and ran the red light, right in front of a cop. I don't think you should hire old people with dementia.

We had an issue with a lack of proper attic venting and some issues from a roof installation 5 years ago from another company. Cambie showed me the issue with online photos of the issue and had it repaired the the next day. Great service, great value. I'll be using them for all our roofing needs from now on.

I just wanted to get in touch and let you know how ecstatic we are with the whole experience of working with Cambie on our new roof. You responded quickly to our request for a quote and answered all our questions, including expanding the job to include facia replacement. The price was more than reasonable, and we felt very comfortable moving forward.
The leader of your crew came a day early to inspect the job, which gave us even more confidence, and the next day they arrived on time and ready to work. The job went off without a hitch and not only does the roof look great, but the facia looks excellent – can’t even tell it was replaced! Even better, the leader noticed a spot near the roof on our siding that needed paint (in a totally different colour) and asked if we had some of the paint on hand so he could fix it! The best moment, however, was at the end. As we were toured around our house so they could show off the work, we were impressed at how spotless the site was. Not a single shingle piece anywhere, the plants were all intact, and not a spot of dust on the deck. In fact, you would never have known we had workers on site all day!
So thanks for a great experience – we would recommend Cambie to anyone who asks.

The worst company ever!!!! Came to my house TWICE to fix a leak, FAIL!!! House still leaking at the time and they charged me a big fat bill of $900+ for not fixing nothing! I had to hire somebody else to fix it and they only charged me half price. I told the owner of Cambie roofing that it’s not fair to charge me full amount when they didn’t fix it. I’d be happy to work out a number that we could both agree. He completely refused to even discuss with me and insisted on the full amount and said he’d take me to court if I don’t pay all of it. So we did end up in court, and guess what , the judge ordered me to only have to pay the invoice on their first visit which Is exactly what I was willing to do at the first place. Cambie roofing also asked me to pay their court fees and the judge denied it, so they had to pay all their court fees. They’d got more money if the owner wasn’t that greedy and difficult. The guys in Cambie roofing are young and inexperienced I wouldn’t trust them with my roof if i were you.

To whoever runs Cambie Roofers: please have a chat with whoever drives KT 2291 down Victoria Dr around 6:45-6:50 every morning, and explain the importance of behavior when out in the public representing a company. Also, maybe buy him some refresher classes at Young Drivers of Canada.

Richard is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He truly cares about his clients and I've gotten the chance to get to know him over the last year and a half. He's a true professional and I would highly recommend working with him.

I have worked with cambie roofing for many years and they have always delivered on their promise and more. I had the pleasure of working with Aldo and Richard K. for Roof replacements and repairs, they were professional and fast to respond. I recommend them to anyone that's looking for a reliable roofing company.

Home owners beware, they might do a good job as per reviews but be very aware of there cost and estimating system they use. I phoned around to get an multiple estimate's to replace a 24x28 shingled roof to remove it and put on a torch-on roof because of a low slope for a deck and there estimator emailed a quote $6850 + tax, but he did not visit my house he just emailed a picture from Google earth without even seeing my house. So I had 2 others come physically for an estimate , Clearbrook roofing was $4900, then Whonnock roofing came by climbed up and said only $3500 plus tax for 2 ply torch on with some extra little repairs and drip rails and 10 year work warranty and 20 on material's.

So buyer beware if you sound desperate these guys will take advantage of you and charge double what the job is worth, I guess there senior estimator must make huge commissions from stupid people that sign a contract being desperate.

My advise is buy a huge tarp to cover your roof, cover side of roof that leeks then go over peak 4 ft on other side then put weight on it like tires or something then get many estimates because now your not desperate and won't get taken by these clowns, they don't care if they take your cash it is because you give to them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT USE!!!
Used them to re-roof our condo building and they didn't tarp it properly. It then leaked when it rained all the way to the first floor of a four storey building. They now refuse to replace my damaged floor claiming it was not their fault. 10 units were damaged!!

Asked them to go back and clean the gutters from a roofing project they did. This was over $200,000 worth of work and they could not even return and clean the gutters properly. They left them full of shingles, nails, and other debris. If you want a company that will not hold up their end of the bargain use these guys.
