Read and his crew did a great job on our siding project. When they found there was no sheathing underneath our damaged siding, they engineered a solution that wouldn't affect the look of the house and worked with me to find ways to limit the extra cost. I'd work with them again.

We're so happy with Constant Northwest Construction Services, we remodeled down from the studs in our split home, the basement had a flood from our water heater. The crew's work was amazing, they were very responsive to our needs, was easy to work with, and each and every day we saw progress. We've heard horror stories from other construction companies, but Read's team is amazing and he did great coordination with the plumbers and electricians. Read's crew does everything in including drywall, floor install, bathroom remodel. They do practically every renovation with exceptional work, I recommend them with your future renovations.

Last spring, our hot water tank failed, leading to our entire basement being flooded. The basement had to be gutted, giving us a blank slate to work with. I had a vision of what I wanted, and Read and his team brought it to life. Read made my various ideas a reality and even handled electrical and plumbing work that would typically be subcontracted.

Read, Andrew and Gerry were great guys to work with. I had them out to repair some rodent trim damage too high for me to reach along with an another decaying fascia board. Read gave me a clear and fair estimate, the guys showed up on time, we talked through the project, and they had it done quickly. Look forward to having these guys out in the future!

Please be cautious with this company. They attempted to overcharge us by tens of thousands of dollars and only after vigorously pushing back and providing proof of our own records did they back down admitting their bad accounting practices. At the end they did not complete the work but haggled over final payment. Read was incredibly nonresponsive and rarely present at the job site leaving much of the project management to us as the homeowners. This means that significant errors were made requiring re-work and additional expense and time for the project. Also, his team took advantage that I worked from home interrupting my work day constantly with questions that he should have handled / managed. The experience was very poor and I would not recommend this company.

We had an great experience with Read Constant rebuilding our deck. He was incredibly easy to work with, an excellent communicator, worked with us to stay in a budget that was comfortable for us and just made the whole process smooth!

My pipes burst last winter and did extensive damage to my home. Reed and Team did a wonderful job repairing and renovating. They are very trustworthy. His tile guys do amazing quality work. I highly recommend him.

I recently hired Read and his team for a home remodel, and the results exceeded my expectations. They expertly removed popcorn ceilings, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, and transformed the staircase with beautiful stair treads and crisp white risers. Read and team helped us restart our stalled kitchen remodel. We had the "easy" stuff done (holes in walls, tile removed, etc.) and we were ready to patch everything up and install the finishing touches. Except "we" couldn't do it, so we got professionals.
Read got his team lined out and every single task came in on time and on budget.

We were putting together a list of our remaining projects and asked Read if he could do any of them. "Of course we can do that" to almost every item. And if he can't, he'll help find the right people for the job.

Never had a contractor that communicated as well as Reed did. Great job on the exterior painting job, including fixing rot and replacing siding and making paint recommendations. Read’s painter did a great job on our deck, on time and as expected. The stain they selected seems perfect for a deck, water beads up on the surface nicely. Very happy.

Our small upstairs deck re-do turned into a much more extensive project when Read discovered water damage and rot due to poor drainage from the old deck. That entire corner of the house needed to be torn apart and rebuilt, with frequent consultation and careful planning. Read’s team showed up early, worked hard, and were always considerate. We’re delighted with the results!

Constant Construction finished our basement for us in March 2024, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Read and his team were incredibly quick, thorough, and did a beautiful job, down to the finishing touches. Read always put our preferences first, but he was also consultative throughout the entire process to ensure we understood costs, timelines, etc. and would be happy with the final result. We were very satisfied with the overall cost of the project, especially because their work exceeded our expectations. Read and his team crushed our full kitchen remodel. They were very fairly priced and communication was awesome. They even went the extra mile and did some extra electric work. Couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.

Read did a terrific job for our house. He has worked on two different projects for us, six months apart: remodeling our master bathroom down to the studs and a lighter remodel on our kitchen. The bathroom project involved demo, drywall, plumbing, waterproofing for a new walk-in shower, tiling, and electrical. The kitchen involved repainting cabinets, plumbing, electrical, HVAC (new range hood), tiling, and regrouting (and tons of other skills I'm probably forgetting). There wasn't any task that Read wasn't capable of providing.

For both jobs, Read and his team were professional, high-quality, reliable, friendly, communicative, and reasonably priced. We were provided with detailed quotes that were spot on, and timelines that were fair given the complexity of the jobs. His work is top quality and beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the finished products. Highly recommended!

What was once a useless and unfinished outdoor storage area off our bedroom became a beautiful, fully finished walk in closet.
Our bedroom was in desperate need of a way to organize and store clothes and shoes and we are SO pleased with the results. Constant Construction was consultative, communicative and reasonably priced. Read and Luke really listened to what we wanted and made recommendations on how to make the most of the space. Their work was well done and they patiently explained each step of what they were doing. They were also prompt and finished the work quickly but maintained high quality in everything they did. Ciara was a fantastic resource to run ideas off of - paint color, flooring and organization ideas. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again when we need other work done!
