ProRoofs recently re-shingled my my home and garage and the result was outstanding. I got bids from 3 different roofing contractors and ProRoofs offered the best value proposition. Richard and Helen did a great job of managing and over-seeing the entire project from start to finish. I am very pleased with not only the installation but also the clean-up. I phoned Pro Roofs when I discovered a leak in my roof. Richard and his assistant came the very next day, found the problem and repaired it, giving me peace of mind. He explained everything thoroughly. I'm happy to recommend him without reservation.

My experience with ProRoofs was great from start to finish. I had a small leak in my ceiling, so I called Proroofs. They answered on the first try and scheduled me the next day. Richard came out and assessed it and fixed it and told me that I had hail damage. He took pictures of what he fixed and communicated well! He was kind and knowledgeable. I was grateful for ProRoofs! Thank you!

I had a small leak in my roof and wanted to get a quote. They arrived the next day and took a look. The gentleman looked over my roof and found a nail that was bent put some silicon down. He also applied some silicon to other shingles to keep them down. He said if that does not work we would have to do some more digging.

He did not charge for his travel time or for his labor. I also asked him about a boot on my roof and he said if it’s not leaking then I shouldn’t worry about it. Very honest and upfront.

If I ever need roof repair or work done I am going to use them in the future. They left me with an impression that they do not want price gouge or take advantage of anyone.

Good, quality work, and respectful people who keep their word. Every night they left the job site was all cleaned up.

We called Richard this morning regarding some roof vent shingles that were blown off in this weekend's high winds. He came out and fixed the roofing better than new. We we certainly recommend ProRoofs, and will use them again. Thanks Richard!!!!

ProRoofs has been incredible in every aspect of our transaction with them. We had weather damage on our roof, which did involve our insurance company as well.
We had reached out to another local roofing company but they were not being responsive.
We heard the ProRoofs ad on the radio and emailed Kevin in the evening. By 7am the next day, Kevin had reached out to us and wanted to get something scheduled within the next 24 hours.
When Kevin came to inspect our roof, he anticipated we would need to re-shingle our whole roof. There were a couple of really bad spots, so he offered to cover with tarp – at no cost (just asked for our business when we were ready to move forward).
As we worked with our insurance company, Kevin stayed in touch and made it a priority to make sure he could visit with the insurance representative in person, so they could discuss certain items about our roof damage and what needed repaired, etc.
In anticipation of hiring ProRoofs, but needing to wait for insurance to get everything in place, Kevin gave us addresses with colors of shingles they have done in the past so we could really see what the final product could look like, etc. This was EXTREMELY helpful for us to really see the different color shingles on different color house colors, etc.
Kevin also was able to get our shingles ordered so they’d be ready to go once we got the final word from our insurance company. When we did get that final word from the insurance company late in the week (Thursday or Friday), Kevin had the crew at our house the next Monday. They got our new roof completed in less than ONE DAY. And, they kept everything cleaned up!
Kevin followed up a couple times after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied, check the work completed, and go over the warranty, etc.
Our project was completed in the Fall of 2022. Kevin called to follow-up in late Spring 2023 – just to see if we were still satisfied or had any questions, etc. (especially after experiencing a winter season).
We’ve never been so impressed with a company from start to finish (and after) of a project.

ProRoofs replaced the roof on our home. They were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process from initial quote through post installation follow-up. We were provided several options to find the best fit for our needs. We ultimately chose ProRoofs to do our work based on their prompt follow up as well as the confidence that we had knowing that this was a father/son operation with decades of experience. Love seeing multi generation business owners bringing strength from each generation involved hands on in servicing the customer.

Pro Roofs what can I say. They were on time. They were fast, they did an excellent job, and when done they cleaned everything up spotless. Roof looks fantastic.Would definitely hire them again.

I called Kevin on Monday to get an estimate and he had the estimate done by Wednesday and I approved of the price and he had one of his guys there on Thursday to do the repair!! I highly recommend Pro Roofs very speedy and efficient!! They will be my go to roof guys from here on out, thanks again Pro Roofs!

Great company. They were very good at communicating and keeping me informed of what was going on and when. Only company that was willing to work on my steep roof. I can't say enough good things about this company. I had no bad experiences. I will be using them to roof the new garage I'm putting up. Also I really appreciate the fact that they cleaned up everything when they were done.

Kevin and his father are so kind and professional. They happened to drive by as I was surveying some storm damage at my business. They pulled over and offered to help and fixed the damage on the spot! Wow! Then I asked them to come take a look at our home with damage as well. That was a little more extensive but they got right up on ladders and took off the mangled items so it wouldn’t cause more damage to my siding. They are the type of people that are instantly trust worthy an fair. I would highly recommend their company. We have many rental homes and I’m so glad to have found them!

Kevin is an awesome guy!! He was very responsive to my to all my inquiries in a timely manner. He was very professional and came quickly to fix the problem of my roof.

Kevin helped us through all of the paperwork and made the whole process easy . And my roof looks Awesome !!!!!
